Fantastic experience: I have a road test on 03-01-25, and Glori has made me feel so confident in my driving skills and I was always scared to drive until Glori helped me not be scared of the road. It’s absolutely worth it to put your money into the lessons you will be guaranteed to leave with a license.

Fantastic experience: As a student from united driving school, i would highly recommend choosing this school if you really want you child to be in good hands, my driving instructor, Danielle was by far the best driving instructor i could ask for, not a single time was i nervous or scared, she always had us calm and in control, i learned so much from her i cant thank her enough, 10/10 experience, would highly!!!!! Recommend her as your driving instructor .

Thank you to Samantha , she was the first person I drove with after that , I wanted her to teach me till my lessons were done. She’s the best !! …. Negative experience: Communication is HORRIBLE showed up to a road test after my son had to take the day off work to be told by another driver in the parking lot the instructor we were there for quit a few days prior. Never ONE call or email. They canceled our road test a week before because the invoice was pending a WEEK before and never ONCE called or emailed about it. Again son took time off work to be there. My Debit card was hacked and was waiting for the new one to come so I could pay I DID pay a week before as soon as card came in mail. THEIR communication is HORRIBLE. We make accommodations for your appointments and seems they could care less about their customers. Glad I won’t have to use them again.

Negative experience: ZEROOOOOO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION!!! Don’t waste your hard earned money on this “school”!! They don’t teach your child ANYTHING but how to watch a YT video, you will spend more time teaching them how to drive than they will even come close to! They WILL drop the ball and then will blame YOU for their mistakes!!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. They are the rudest, the most unprofessional operation at large. They never pick up their phone, no matter what time of the operating hours you call them. Their instructor was rude and impatient and didn't even teach the most basic things, which they then fail you for during the road test. The road also takes forever, you end up waiting for more than hour for a 15 minute test. Better to go direct to the RMV.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to United Driving School in Springfield, MA, i finally got my license !! A special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, Robert and his online course, he’s a wonderful teacher, and has a good sense of humor. Thanks to Fred, Glori, Sam, and Julia. They all were helpful and taught me different tricks to help with things like parallel parking, 50ft back, blind spots, and lane changes. I am forever grateful to the wonderful United Driving Staff !! I definitely recommend this driving school of patient and helpful instructors :)

Fantastic experience: Glory and the woman who taught glory is BOTH GREAT TEACHERS IF U GO ASK FOR GLORY OR HER TEACHER they don’t judge and they go at your pace they make u feel comfortable and safe

Negative experience: I do not recommend this driving school to no one look else where! they never have openings to teach the kids they shut off their phones to not deal with any of their customers. Try rescheduling your appointment with no way to get through to them they will turn around and charge you for last minute cancellation they don’t give the kids that much experience in driving I was told by one staff member I can pay for the test on the test date turns around I had to pay for it ahead of time so they bump my kid off the schedule to have another date another month later., This place is very unorganized . I have two kids and when my second child gets of age I will not be returning here

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to United Driving for assisting me in obtaining my driver's license. A special thank you to Julia for her patience and dedication in teaching me how to drive. Without this school, I would never have achieved this milestone. I wholeheartedly recommend United Driving to anyone willing to dedicate the time to learn. Their instructors are adept at identifying and addressing your weaknesses, just as Julia did with me.

Negative experience: Go someplace else. They made me pay close to 1000 dollars in makeups and then sent my son duplicate links to redo. Claimed it wasn’t theee fault when they are the ones who sent the zoom links. The most incompetent business who only wants your money

No quieren racionar y no importa si ya tienes conocimiento sobre guiar ellos quieren que tú cogas la cantidad de clases que ellos digan ya que les conviene por el dinero que van a recibir.

Fantastic experience: Our experience has been great. I’ve had to call several times due to scheduling challenges on my end and they were understanding and patient. Franchesa is a rock star and her customer service has been a breath of fresh air.

Negative experience: They treated us very badly, they diacriminated us, they told my mom to leave because she didn't fit in their cars. That people with disabilities don't fit in their cars because they are small. The one who attended us yelled at us very loudly. My mom is very depressed because of the situation and for denying her service.

Fantastic experience: I've been in car with Claudia, Fred, and Jonathon, and have also taken the thirty hour classroom course( through zoom) with Robert. All of them know and teach you not only exactly what you need to pass your road test, but how to stay safe on the road. Every time I've spoken to Francheska In the office, she's been kind and helpful, and has always gotten back to me right away with any questions I had. I want to thank you guys for all your help, really appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with United Driving School. They are very busy with all the Covid restrictions and still made it as easy as possible for my son. He really enjoyed the driving experience and education he received from Claudia. She was great! I was also very impressed with how calm he was during the driving test and yes he passed the first time. I know that came from the great experiences he received from United. We’ll be back for the next go around with our other kids soon.

Fantastic experience: We came to United after an awful experience else where , after one lesson correcting what the other school taught wrong and some home driving on their course they have set up my son passed his test. They were great in waking us through how to change the school and getting a lesson in to make sure he was ready to pass a test.

Positive experience: I took my classes with United driving school and I would like to commend with my instructor Claudia. She’s the best!!!! She’s very professional and will tell you what you need to work on with your lesson. Francheska was really nice too and answered all my inquiries!! I will recommend this place to everyone if you want to get your license.

Negative experience: 0 Stars. The absolute worst customer service. The woman I spoke with on the phone could not have been more rude. She's just a miserable person. Very sad. I've never written a review but she made me so angry I had to.

Negative experience: They don’t answer phone or respond to messages. I have called 5 times. No reply. I am out $200 too. Ready to ditch and go to another school which, is unfortunate for my son. He will have to start over.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this driving school. They lack in customer service. I took my first road test in October with them and failed. Called back to schedule my next one but they didn't want to schedule me again because they wanted the first time road test takers to go first in November. The receptionist put me on a waiting list but never called back. I decided to go to Winchester driving school and passed my road test with them.

I would recommend staying away from this non professional driving school. If you are not sure, give a call (you have to try 10 times before reaching someone), you will understand why their reviews are consistently mentioning being rude and non professional!

Negative experience: You have to call them about 10 times before anyone picks up your calls they don’t respond to emails ive been trying to schedule the rest of my onroads for weeks now and no one picks up the driving instructors are good but if I’m paying $600 for driving lessons I expect all of them to be scheduled or at least for them to pick up the phone so that they can be scheduled if it wasn’t for the fact that I got some lessons I would’ve called this place a scam Especially since it’s non refundable this is a borderline scam. I’ve also left messages and they never get back to me either.

Negative experience: My daughter hasn’t even started classes yet and already I’m not happy with their practices. After reading reviews I’m realizing this is their way of doing business !! Their lack of answering the phone (EVER) isn’t professional at all especially when you can’t leave a voicemail because the VM box is full! If she continues with this company I can only imagine it’s going to get worse from here - however if we don’t stick with them we’re out $200.

Uno y burlándose no quiero mas este lugar y no lo recomiendo para nada mejor vayan a Oquendo es más amable y súper ser humano realmente no no y no vayan aquí van a perder su dinero y te dicen que el examen es en la zona que practicaste y luego te cambian la fecha y el lugar un lugar que no conoces se tenía que decir y se dijo .

Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you to United driving school and the team they have I passed my road test and it probably wouldn’t have happened without the help they provided for me and the time they spent explaining things to me. Thank you Julia you are very amazing and helped out a lot and I liked to study the sheet you gave me and Claudia was very nice and very helpful. I appreciate it now to have safe driving and learn more on the road. Thank you so much. Good luck to the other students I recommend it to anyone who really needs the help they know what they are saying and doing it takes time.

Fantastic experience: I just passed my road test and all credit goes to the team at United Driving school . I tried to do the test as an experienced driver coming from another country and failed on my first attempt. Despite the unfavourable re views I took a chance and boy was it worth every dime spent. I was very fortunate to have Julia as my instructor and though firm she was simply amazing. She was very thorough and prepared me with all the essential details to pass the road test. The owner was also quite helpful and gave a mini drill of the requirements which was found to be very useful when doing my parallel parking. Many thanks guys I owe it all to you.

Negative experience: I won't be recommending anyone to this driving school. They do have good instructors such as Fred and Claudia but some of the others are rude and just unprofessional. The seem to think that every person attending a class already knows how to drive, they also speak to people like they are above everyone else. Last time I checked I paid all the required fees but they lack in being professional and giving sufficient information. If anyone does decide to attend this school stick to Ludlow for classes.

Negative experience: Ive been here before years ago and came back to refresh my memory but unfortunately the receptionist was a loud gossip, the instructor was rude and together they were pretty unprofessional. Halfway through the lesson I had to pull over so she could make a call and scream at her landlord about family drama for 10 min! The rest of the lesson was her screaming about it! I PAID FOR ONE HOUR AND DIDNT GET THAT! Im an anxious person, already worked up behind the wheel this "class" was not worth the money!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my test, I had 4 different driving instructors, all were amazing. If you are a new driver, Julia is known to have a short temper, but if you are lucky like I am. I didnt have her till the end and I was already a decent driver. I owe most of my learning to her. She is very nice if you already know what you are doing.

Negative experience: Instructor Julia was extremely rude, unprofessional and impatient. She half assed the whole lesson and treated me with no respect. Also, the secretary didn’t have change when I went to pay for the lesson therefore she told me to get it the next day and when I showed up she pretended I gave her the exact amount.

Negative experience: A la hora de escojer una de estas es escuela para que le enseñe a guiar,hay queinformarse bien de lo que uno como consumidor esta escojiendo. esta espesificamente tiene un personal bastante desagradable a la hora de tratar a las personas tu pagas por las clase 300 y lo q te ponen es un sargeto mujer que habla español que en ves de orietarte te trata como basura y uno pierde el dinero por que opta por no seguir el dueño de esto que contrate un personal que se dedique a enseñar no arregañar porfavor por que la proxima queja va hacer a la autoridades pertinente uno pierde un dinero que trabaja no que se lo regalan...

Positive experience: Great driving school. Owners a solid guy and the instructors know what their doing. However, one of the instructors I had was, for me, hard to understand (a thick accent). It's not that I couldn't understand her, it was just difficult to. I had absolutely no experience when I started and I don't think that registered either; instead of bringing me to a parking lot like she said, we went on the side streets. All and all, she definitely knew what she was doing and, after the confusion and frustration I faced, she said I had done well and started to grasp the basic concepts of driving (it's honestly not hard). United Driving School is a great school for someone in the greater Springfield area.

Negative experience: A la hora de coger el examen exijan q alguien le traduzca. En mi experiencia le pedí al examinador q me hablara más despacio para poder entenderlo e hizo todo lo contrario. Me trato muy mal. Levantaba la voz cuando le pedía q me repitiera las instrucciones. Me puso muy nerviosa y obviamente fallé.
