Negative experience: The experience I had with the driving school was not what I anticipated. The individual I spoke with on the phone was quite impolite and frequently interrupted me while I was attempting to explain my situation. I had contacted the school to inquire about scheduling a road test, as my Texas unrestricted license had not been renewed for two years. I had already visited the DPS and scheduled a road test for July 3rd, but the officer there suggested that I could take the test at a driving school if the wait time was too long. Unfortunately, the individual I spoke with at this school was not very helpful and did not allow me to fully explain my situation. As a result, I will be seeking out another driving school or simply attending my original appointment at the DPS North Center to take the road test. I have the dps paper and already paid $35 showing the time when my slot is reserved.

Positive experience: I have to say that I was calling to all of the driving schools in the city and for the 6 hour test, this is the cheapest one. There was only 65 and it worth it. The only thing that I didn’t like was the behavior of the teacher, sometimes she was really fast, we were some people in the room speaking English as a second language, so it is hard for us to read English really faster, but all the other things were good, there were snacks for students!!

I took the road test here and not only was it extremely affordable (seriously, other places charge twice as much) but the instructor was very patient and gave constructive criticism in a way that didn’t make me get nervous. Fantastic experience: This is a very good school. The staff is very nice and personable. My son did his class hours in May and will be taking his road test this weekend. They worked with him to complete his classwork when he sprained his knee in May. They gave me all the information that was needed for him to take the road test. I would definitely recommend this school to others.

Positive experience: The old lady Instructor for the written test is very rude, yelled at me because she thought I wasn't listening, we're all grown adults we can talk like normal people, you don't have to yell at us. Other than that, the test was a fast and easy practice for what we need to know, the school is going in the right direction but attitudes need to be handled.

Fantastic experience: Very easy-going employees that allowed me to do all the necessary tasks needed to get my license in just a period of two days. Would definitely recommend anyone desiring to get their licenses in a quick manner this school.

I started off without any knowledge of driving and due to my last experience within driving, it became harder for me to learn even more until I got to Safety First. With Safety First you will learn so much within the 6 hour class and even apply it to the road! I am beyond grateful to have been apart of this Driving School before I had the opportunity of taking my driving test! Without Safety First and the caring staff from Ms. Barbara to Mr. Steve I wouldn’t have received my license! Thank you!! (they also have free snacks to make you comfortable as well) Sidenote: Now you can also take your driving test through the school !

Fantastic experience: I went in for the 6 hours class learned a lot it was great ,very helpful and they had free snacks while we learned & studied. I recommend fully nice staff they really want you to be able to get your permit and be driving in no time.

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 star I would , they are rude as hell specially the old lady they have working in the afternoon, i called early in the morning yesterday and i asked for a copy of my certificate , i was told they were gonna email it to me. The whole day went by and i didnt receive anything so i called back to the office and the old lady that was there was so disrespectful, she made racial remarks about my last name , and also told she didn't feel like looking through files, that i could call later and try speaking to the other lady , mind you the whole time she is yelling and talking with the nastiest ghetto attitude ever. I will never recommend this school again to anyone. On top of the fact that she was extremely rude , when she called me to tell me she found it she tried to say i had to pay 15$ like what the hell? For a paper copy?! Umm no i dont think so . Anyways id try calling corporate but im not sure how these business work. I'd just tell people look elsewhere .

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. Doesn't work well with school and work schedule. Ask for a refund and was threaten to have my daughters drivers permit revoked. Take your money somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this school.
