I cannot even put in words how pleased I am with their service! John Owusu was my driving instructor and he helped me immensely to overcome my fear and nervousness of being behind the wheel. He truly has a mind of an instructor who understands the challenges of a new student driver. He was extremelly friendly, always encouraging, very attentive, telling me what I was doing correctly and what I still needed to work on. With each lesson I felt more confident and more excited to drive while before I always felt scared and panicky getting on the road. Even my husband commented on how much my driving has improved. Fantastic experience: John was my instructor and he had been very helpful with teaching me the fundamental skills. Driving can be a nervous thing at the start, but John is patient and he's always looking out for you, making sure you are not driving off the road and not hitting any pedestrians (things happen). If John's schedule changed, he's usually good at giving me a heads-up and we would reschedule. I did the online lesson and the adult driving class, and signing up was smooth. John was very responsive when I contacted him. I recommended one of my relatives to also take driving lesson from John, and she has positive feedback as well. If you are looking for a driving instructor, John is the one.

I called him uncle, he was very nice, kind and friendly. During the driving lessons, I felt super comfortable and he could teach. Negative experience: UPDATE - to owner's response today. Thank you for a quick response. To clarify the instructor didn't provide the alternative payment options. He only stated cash payment. But again thank you for responding and clarifying the other payment options since I will need a receipt. --- -----why are the driving instructor is asking for cash up front to teach my son to drive. This is very suspicious and doesnt sound safe at all

Negative experience: This is the worst place. They are not up front with the prices. The prices online do not match what Gloria mentions over the phone. This women was very rude and can not handle custom service. Be careful when paying, she might over charge your card without giving you the correct price. Online mentioned $50 and she also mentioned $50. The next day when I went to pay she wants $80 for admin fee! This is not listed online or anywhere else. Be very careful.

Negative experience: My Son still has not received his driving class instruction as there was to be a driver to come to our residence to start the lessons. The course was already paid for last year right before the holiday season to start in December, and here it is February 1st of 2020. Anyone else experience this issue?
