Fantastic experience: Highly recommended!! I took driving lesson from this school and I passed road test. Driving Instructor 'Lipi' was very nice, understanding and friendly person. He will teach you how to drive confidently. Good part is that he was always on time, never late. Definitely take lessons with Lipi. Overall I am satisfied with their service.

Negative experience: I had scheduled two driving classes before road test with them. One of their instructors forget about classes and road test and his excuse was too much traffic. Very disappointed with the way they conduct their business.

Positive experience: I asked if they teach people how to park and they said "we absolutely do not teach people how to park." Other than that, great school! They always teach people NOT to drive with their high beams on, which many schools fail to teach.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of concerns regarding the NYC DMV Road Test as a whole, but Lipi Apa of A Plus Driving School made me feel very comfortable. On my first attempt, I passed and received my licence. She helped me every step of the way, both emotionally and practically. The finest quality I've noticed about her is how skilled she is at what she does and how well she understands a DMV examiner's perspective. I had more than enough to learn with the four classes she simply assigned me. Additionally, she was always on time, and their prices are really reasonable. In conclusion, I am very happy with the whole service.

Negative experience: Terrible experience the younger gentleman is rude, and unprofessional lacks any sense of time management skill and common decency. My experience consisted of him rarely ever being on time for appointments and him constantly being on his phone.

Fantastic experience: A plus driving school is the best for beginners and advance learners to learn, practice and to pass the road test. My wife passed the road test yesterday in her first attempt. She took lessons from Mr Milton and Alhumdulillah she cleared her road test even though she haven’t drive the car before. Mr Milton is the best. I would definitely recommend him and A plus driving school to all my friends, relatives who want to pass the driving test in first attempt and want to drive safe in New York.

Negative experience: Big mistake not reading reviews which i always do before i go to any place very unprofessional and rude.The customer service is utterly counterproductive I made a worst mistake stepping in that business save your time and money I won't patron that place again.

He is very fast paced with his lessons and he gives the proper amount of time on his lectures for his students. I learned so much from him in a short amount of time and I passed the road test first time. I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: Terrible driving school. I drove with instructor Leapy, a very unapologetic lazy lady. She used her phone and ate the entire time we were driving and did not care about helping me learn. When the day of the test came, they didn’t let me take it. I was underaged and needed consent from a parent or guardian on an official document from the dmv website. I didn’t know this and she’s the instructor she’s supposed to know, on the drive back, she was getting mad at me telling me how I’m supposed to know this and that i wasted a lot of her time. Don’t come here, very unprofessional. Come here if you want to get blamed for other people’s idiocy. A plus driving school gets an F

Fantastic experience: I started taking lessons in May, and just recently passed my road test a few days ago. I got the 10 hours package (which also includes the 5 hour pre licensing driving course and road test rental car). My driving instructor was Lipy, who was a really good teacher. She showed me everything I needed to know for the road test and was attentive with what I needed to work on, as well as providing me with practical driving tips for me to understand as a future driver. If I ever felt like I needed more practice on a specific skill, she made sure to include it in the lesson. Overall, a really good and safe experience!

Negative experience: Very Unprofessional and rude. Will take your money and say you never paid them. On top of that their son is ghetto with a weed leaf tattoo on his arm. I wouldn’t give them my business again

Negative experience: Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Please do NOT take. They are two brothers that teach, older brother is okay, but my experience with the younger brother, Ritu was absolutely miserable. He taught me basically nothing! He spent the entire time he was supposed to be teaching me on the PHONE and just had me making left and right turns for the entire time. Barely practiced anything else besides left and right turns. the morning of my exam, he was supposed to give me a one hour lesson. But he showed up with 3 other guys the morning of, gives 2 of them a one hour lesson (WHILE IM SITTING IN THE CAR for those 2 hours) and then tells me "sorry we don't have time for your lesson" and just drives us straight to the exam site. At the exam site, I did not pass but when I showed him that I did not pass, he LAUGHS at me with the 3 other guys that are also there to take their exams saying "I knew she wouldn't be able to pass." Joke was on him because an hour later, the 3 other guys ALSO didn't pass. And then he gets upset no one passed, but sir maybe you just are a horrible teacher. I later did get my license but after switching to a legitimate driving school with an amazing teacher who actually taught me the basics that this guy failed to ever teach me. PLEASE AVOID. This was a disrespectful, unprofessional experience and a complete, utter waste of time.

Negative experience: The owner is a great teacher and I passed the first time. BUT DO NOT get the point reduction certificate from them. They didn't give me mine for 4 months and I had to later go storm their office and demand a refund for the discount of insurance I lost for those months. If they do that to you, simply go definitely go fight for it.

Negative experience: Its been about 1 month they are not able to give me my certificate. I call every day and everyday they said call after 1 hour and when i call after 1 hour they never pickup their phone. Very unprofessional people. I suggest to find some other school otherwise they will do same to you. Thanks
