Fantastic experience: I did contact them by phone or mail and they were very helpful . I have difficulty with English and was hard for me to read questions for knowledge test , that’s why I decided to study … I did pay in a person . Cash is good way to pay (because of fee) . Anyways she told me if I need help she will help me she had good attitude. Thank you . I did watch 30 mins videos since then I did passed knowledge test without this lol . Anyways i recommend this place if you need support!

Fantastic experience: Hannah was very warm and inviting to talk to. She engaged in conversation the whole time and made it very comfortable to be in the car with her.

Always clear instructions, observant, and very helpful with tips/suggestions. Great conversation as well that’s not distracting but makes it less awkward during the car ride. 5/5 instructor :))

Fantastic experience: Kristie was a great instructor for my daughter, she lucked out having her the first behind the wheel and requested to have her for her 2nd and 3rd lesson. Kristie gave feedback on what needed to be worked on between lessons and explained things in a way that made sense for my daughter without her feeling stressed about driving in different situations.

Very friendly, patient, thorough, informative, and all around awesome instructor! This is the kind of person we need more everywhere! I wish I had 10 of her working for me! Definitely the right person to be training the next generation. I will recommend her to everyone and I will return for my next student driver soon! This is where I learned to drive and returned for my children, so they are doing things right! As I am sure all the instructors are good, I especially hope you get Kristie as your instructor! Fantastic experience: I had fun experience learning how to drive here. I didn’t have trouble scheduling my classes. My instructor Hannah was super friendly she taught me a lot of things I needed to know for my road test. It almost felt like driving with your best friend. I have driving anxiety but she made me feel safe and slowly but surely helped me build up my confidence!! I passed my road test today!!

Did you know the light on the back of a train is called a Frank? Well now you do! Would definitely recommend checking this place out, 10/10 :)

Negative experience: I wish there was zero stars so I can rate them. It’s a worst place, bad communication, they don’t answer their phone and don’t return calls. They wanted to double charge me, thank God I saved my receipt. They don’t know customer service at all, they yell and blame their clients, not good. Do yourself a favor don’t take your kids this place, they don’t tech anything.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Central MN Driving Academy with our son after a not to great experience with our daughter elsewhere. Samantha was great to work with and they transitioned into a new online booking/pay system that is fantastic! My son said he liked the BTW drivers and they even put together reports that you could read and review with your child on line. Our son passed his drivers test with a score of 98% . I

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience working Central MN Driving Academy. Samantha was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful and willing to work with our schedule as much as she could.

Negative experience: Just called to get some info and they hung up the phone on me. Called a second time and they did the same thing.

Negative experience: No one picked up the phone. Called 4 times in a three hour period.

Negative experience: Terrible communication with they’re customers never answer phones or reply to emails i highly don’t recommend this place

Negative experience: The amount of money we poor into these classes for our children is insane to start with. My daughter has almost 4K hours logged for driving before she even got to do the behind the wheel portion. Granted, COVID has set everything back, but I called them many times over a 2 month span before finally getting a call back. Now I’m sitting in front of the store for my daughter to take her 2nd behind the wheel and there is nobody here. I have doubled checked the times/days multiple times. How are they even in business? Our appointment was at noon and it is currently 12:20 and nobody is here. They aren’t answering the phones. This whole thing has been a joke. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Sartell like I wish we would have!

Negative experience: It pains me to give 1 star, 1 Star is not deserved. Our son is in the online class (due to Covid) and if you are considering using Central MN Driving School DO NOT!! Use Sartell’s school (I’ve heard good things). I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of customer service. At this point, my son has been in 7 days of class and 2 of those days he has not received the Zoom invite, so he missed class. An email is supposed to arrive the day before class with the Zoom info, when we did receive the emails I started calling and emailing Sam, the manager. The problem is, no one ever answers the phone....and I mean NEVER....and she does not respond to emails. This last class he missed I called many, many times and left voicemails AND I sent six emails looking for help. No response! I cannot believe they run a business where there is no one to answer/return phone calls or emails?! If I could go back in time, I would use any other driving school. If you’re reading this review and considering Central MN Driving School, go anywhere else, you’ll be so happy you didn’t deal with this business!

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place . They lady works there are not friendly, they don't answer their phones call. I wanted a time sheet for my kid, they tell me to go online get yourself andand I paid about $500 for the class. It very hard to setup for driving lessons .
