Fantastic experience: Mr. Mendoza and Mrs. Mendoza are very kind people. They can be very patient with you and teach you how to overcome the difficulties you face. I had a great time learning under Mr. Mendoza and he was able to prepare me for the world when it comes to driving. I had ZERO driving experience coming into the drivers ed course and I came out with a lot of knowledge and great driving skills. Obviously, keep practicing after the drivers ed course and go on drives by yourself or with your parents to make sure you don’t lose that experience you got from Mr. Mendoza and you will be a very safe driver out there. The Olympics Drivers Ed course with Mr and Mrs. Mendoza is the best way to go if you want to learn how to drive. Just listen to what Mr. Mendoza tells you and you will be fine!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this Driving Education program. Mr. Mendoza focused on safety, and was knowledgeable and patient making every lesson less stressful, providing useful tips and information prior to every lesson. The classes are well-structured and Mr. Mendoza quickly recognizes what you need to work on. They were tailored in a way to fit my individual learning and hands-on practice behind the wheel. Mr. Mendoza helped boost my confidence on the road and prepared me, not only for my driving test, but also to be a safer driver on the road. Fantastic experience: Mr Mendoza is a great instructor, I was terrified of driving but still wished to learn. Mr M made me feel safe and comfortable while learning. I felt like I was in good hands. Even when I made mistakes he reassured me that I was doing well and told me how to adjust those mistakes . He taught me valuable driving skills to help me while driving. Taking this class made me feel capable of going on the road.

Fantastic experience: A friend of ours recommended Mr Mendoza and Olympic Drivers Ed to us after their son took their course. They were extremely happy with their sons results, and he now has his license. My daughter has only had her permit for a few months, but I wanted her to learn the correct way to drive on the roads and in traffic. Also, my nerves and patience isn't what it use to be. Fantastic experience: The best drivers education school in Arizona. Learned of this great family owned business through a co-worker and now they feel like family. My daughter started with minimal experience driving but quickly became a great driver with confidence which Mr. Mendoza truly helped with building in her. Because we live in a state with so many accidents, I invested in two rounds of courses and it’s by far one of the best investment I have made and a third might be coming for strictly Highway. She is now driving me to places as she continues to hone her skills. Mr. Mendoza is on time, a great teacher carrying a wealth of knowledge and real world experience that he freely shares to ensure they know the rules of the road; as well as, how to handle driving situations we have all encountered. Most of all as a mom of a you teenager, I felt she was safe. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business.Wife is an absolute blessing. Great people!!!

Fantastic experience: FYI- The reviews are all true, probably the reason I decided to join the school. And I’m so thankful that I did. Mr Mendoza is an awesome teacher. He knows exactly how to teach someone with little to no experience in driving. He will explain to you everything(road laws, driving techniques, training process etc etc) in detail with a calm and encouraging attitude. He is dedicated towards this cause and is 100% committed. I’m an international student and I have been driving in my home country, but I decided to take classes to get to know the new rules here in AZ, and the 5 classes that I took with Mr. Mendoza taught me a lot and he even corrected my bad driving habits that I had before. Anyone who wants to learn driving, it’s the best place for you and I’m sure you’ll pass the test because you get to be tested with the same car, also you don’t need to go to the DMV because Mr. Mendoza will test you by himself!

Fantastic experience: As a 20 year old who hadn't really ever driven before, Mr. Mendoza made learning to drive and getting a license painless. I was nervous going in. I didn't think 10 hours would be enough to become a more confident driver, but fortunately, I was wrong. After just 6 hours of driving we were already driving on the freeway. Become a licensed driver was a breeze taking this class. Mr. Mendoza is personable and funny too. Please take his 10 hour driving class if you get the chance.

Fantastic experience: As an international student in Tempe, I had zero experience with driving back home and wanted to get a drivers license here. After scouring the internet I decided to go with Olympic Drivers Ed as they had the best package suitable for me. I took the 10 hr behind-the-wheel training and was very satisfied with the course. Mr Mendoza understood that I had no experience, an made sure each class was as informative as possible. He makes sure that you turn out to be a very safe driver by the end of the program and instructs you on all do's and dont's. Fantastic experience: My schedule was incredibly awful, due to covid, my job kept shifting my hours. My two month course ended up taking an extra month because I had to keep canceling or rescheduling. Margarita and Mr. Mendoza were so understanding and accommodating to my changing times and worked around my schedule which I was so grateful for. Without their help, understanding and encouragement, I would have never gotten the courage to pick up driving. Now, driving feels like second nature, as if I’d been doing it my whole life. If you’re looking for driving instructors, please look no further than Olympic, they are honestly the best in Arizona!

Fantastic experience: When I was in HS we had driver's training as a part of the curriculum. That doesn't seem to exist anymore, at least around here. I feel confident in my own safe driving skills, but I did not feel comfortable being responsible for my son's safety. I was so glad to have signed him up with Ed. My son learned all the rules of the road with someone for whom safety is number one. As a bonus, Ed is licensed to do the driver's test, so my son only has to get the actual document when he is 16. My son drives confidently and we are still developing experience, but we are well on the road to having a safe driver.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mr. Mendoza teach you or your teen how to drive. I started out trying to teach my son how to drive. But, I quickly realized that an experienced driving instructor would provide a much better foundation for safe driving for my son. Mr. Mendoza is respectful, patient, thorough, and fun. My son loved learning to drive from Mr. Mendoza. Olympic Driver’s Ed has also taken the time to become an Empowerment Scholarship Account vendor. So, if your child is an ESA recipient, ESA funds may be used to help pay for drivers education from Olympic Drivers Ed.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a good friend that had a great experience so we decided to sign up our son for classes using ESA funds. Our son was hesitant about taking the driving test and driving. Once he met Ed, he was at ease and ended up being really excited about driving. Fantastic experience: This driver's ed class was very beneficial to me and i highly recommend it to any new drivers, and also to any drivers who have been driving but have not fully picked up the concept of driving. I've spent many hours driving with my parents but have still been panicky and have not learned how to drive defensively and safely. This class not online refined my driving skills but also renewed my confidence in driving. Mr. Mendoza was a terrific instructor and we had no problems in communication. He even went out of his way to come to pick me up even though it was more than 25 miles away once to make up for a scheduling error we had. Overall, i would like to thank Mr. Mendoza and his wife Margarita for helping me get my license because without this class i don't think i would've gotten it :)

Positive experience: Mr. Mendoza is a better teacher than others who tries to teach driving. He doesn't panic or yell when you or gonna make a mistake. If you need someone to teach you to drive, BAM, he's the one who you go to. He teaches driving for a living.

Fantastic experience: Before I found Olympic Drivers Ed, I was having extreme difficulties with rude representatives and so many questions that couldn’t be answered from other well known driving schools. But thanks to Ed Mendoza and his amazing wife Margarita at Olympic Drivers Ed, I was able to finally get my license and taught many tips/lessons that would greatly ensure that I will always be a safe driver! If you looking to be taught by someone who is calm and patient with you, I would HIGHLY recommend this phenomenal company!

Fantastic experience: I've always known I wanted to take driving lessons before I got my license, so I did a lot of research on driving schools in the Phoenix, AZ area. I was hesitant about which school to go with, but once I took the permit class with Ed Mendoza, I knew that he would be a great teacher for behind the wheel driving training. It really makes a difference who your driving teacher is and if you learn from family or from your peers, they tend to pass a lot of bad habits to you if you are an inexperienced driver. Mr. Mendoza has a very relaxed but helpful teaching style. He does a great job of walking you through the ins and outs of driving legally/defensively and he does so in a manner that really builds up your confidence in your driving skills. The class is 500.00 which is a fair price for the amount of behind the wheel training you receive, in fact I would have paid more money since the information and training Mr. Mendoza provides you could literally save your life when you're out in the real world driving. If anyone is looking for a great drivers Education program, look no further as these classes from Mr. Mendoza are crucial in helping you become a great driver. The greatest thing about Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza is that they are very genuine, caring people, and they make you feel as though you are their very own kid and the relationship you build with them is what sets them apart from the other driving schools.

Fantastic experience: I took 10h behind the wheel classes with Mr. Mendoza and, thanks to him, I succeeded very smoothly at the driving test. He is a great teacher and a very kind person. He explains everything in detail, he came to pick me up at my house and every time he was on time or even early. From the first course on, one gets that he is there to teach you, you can see that he loves his job and that he cares for you and wants you to succeed. It is also very easy to fix or change appointments. Margarita is very kind and friendly. Once I had to cancel a lesson at the very last minute, and she was very understanding about it. What can I say more? I absolutely recommend this place!

The instructor is very understanding of all situations and they have very affordable rates for their classes.
