Fantastic experience: I had did my driving classes with brooks driving school and they are proffessionals who are ready to take you through your classes with passion..I interchanged all the instructors amd there was no changed of service at all.I would highly reccommend them.THE BEST!

Negative experience: I called up to find out about information/prices,etc. The man who answered would not tell me anything and hung up on me!! This was on October 02, 2024. He said in a hastily voice that he would call me back and of course he did NOT call me back!! Maybe you shouldn't answer your phone if you don't have the time and patience to speak with me and answer my questions!! Just imagine how he is if he's trying to give you driving lessons!!

Negative experience: Made my wife parallel park on single busy road with long lines of cars behind her. Other drivers had to get in opposite lane to pass. Not mistake finder. Mistake maker.

Negative experience: Terrible I took a friend to help get his license I didn't expect him to pass on first try So usually other driving places will hand out the chapter number on the book on what we got wrong so we can study and get better on the next test but NOPE not BROOKS they pretend they don't know English On top of that is $35 for the test and $50 for the second test Terrible terrible terrible customer service

Fantastic experience: I am a Green River College student who recently graduated, and waiting for transfer. During the summer, I learned behind the wheel driving and passed the skill test with Brooks driving school. The team of instructors were patient, knowledgeable and caring. They also charged reasonably compared to other schools, I recommend this place to fellow GRC students.

The instructor’s helped me start from the ground up. After a few months of lessons I was very happy to have passed my driving exam. The staff is very friendly. Always checking in on you and asking how you’re doing. I’m beyond grateful for everything they have taught me. I went from driving anxiety to being able to drive myself to work and the grocery store. It may seem small to some, but Brooks driving school gave me the confidence. I’m beyond grateful. Don’t hesitate and book today!! Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Don’t go there. The lady got upset that I arrived late, even though my appointment was at 2 pm and I was there at 1:58 pm. Nobody informed me that I needed to arrive earlier to fill out paperwork for the driving skills test. Then, they seemed annoyed when they asked to see the insurance documents and tried to blame me for the delay, stating that if the test had started at 2 pm, it should have been finished by 2:15 pm. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When the lady who was supposed to test me arrived, she seemed upset. Since English isn’t my first language and I’m still improving, I couldn't understand her instructions while driving. This led to her becoming upset with me multiple times. Consequently, I didn’t qualify for the test. I will look for another school. Just avoid this one; they lack genuine care and provide poor customer service.

Their learners test is an absolute scam, They will give you the predetermined case study model out of syllabus exam via their Tablet, no one will going to pass first attempt, and they are making profit out of that, So I highly suggest do not be go for this scam business…..

Fantastic experience: I have always been too nervous about driving and every instructor I have had in past has just increased my anxiety of driving. With brooks school I actually first time felt how if your instructor is confident and can show a little trust in you , you can over come your fear. Its been some months since I got my license and I am using all the tips given by both Paul and lady instructor. Hats off to paul and his team for such good work !
