The Next Street - Bristol Driving School

Negative experience: After paying over $1,100, my wife's classes and scheduled appointments have been canceled constantly. They honestly don't care about your time, and just want your money. I'm honestly tired of dealing with this place laughing at the inconvenience we've received.They just say "oh well". The best advice I can give, go someplace else. Maybe we're a rare occasion? but still, this amount of disrepect should not happen to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Using The Next Street’s driving program is the best way to learn to get behind the wheel. My instructors from this specific Next Street location Susan Steeves is an amazing and talented instructor, giving me the step by step on how to drive and maneuver my vehicle. She gives constructive and thoughtful feedback that I could build off off in real time and is hands down a great person/instructor. If you are going to this specific Next Street location I highly recommend Susan Steeves.

Negative experience: This school is only after your money not teaching your kid, dmv hates them.Bring your kid to DMV with their car guaranteed not gone pass .After 14 days different school my daughter pass 100% with only 4 hours driving with new school .Do yourself a favor and use different school.

Negative experience: This place is the worst! They reschedule appointments all the time and they have people driving around the state. We signed up in the Bristol location so that we would only have to drive to Bristol. We have had to drive our son to Monroe, Shelton, Stratford, and Stamford. This place is a joke for what we paid. We should have gone to AAA

Fantastic experience: Forest made my 8 hour class fun by having everyone engaging! I can honesty say I learned a lot with him and the time went by so fast!

I honestly don't think I've ever had an instructor that made learning fun and make me wish the course was a bit longer. It doesn't get any better than Forrest ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Took the Drug and Alcohol 8 hour course with Forrest as my instructor. Absolutely phenomenal teacher with a sense of humor and tries to not make the material any drier than it already is. He also teaches on the road classes for those who are interested but definitely book ahead, last I checked he was booked to January 2019. Totally worth it though.

Fantastic experience: Rachael is my driving instructor, and I can honestly say I've learned a lot so far. Somethings I've learned that I didn't know before was that BAC stood for blood alcohol content and the implied consent law was that by getting behind the wheel you are agreeing to take a breathalyzer at any time asked by a law enforcement officer.

Fantastic experience: Do you ever get that feeling that somebody is watching you? Well you won't get that with Rachel Chizinski. She is a great interactive teacher and really cares about all of her students. I went into the class thinking "wow I'm hungry" and I may still be hungry but at least I enjoy drivers ed class.

I came into this course thinking that it was just going to be me sitting through a lecture but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't like that at all. Fantastic experience: I did my driving lessons at the next street in Bristol with Rachael and loved it! I learned several things that I never would have known if i didn't come here. I learned how to park and back into a parking spot which is very helpful! I highly recommend!

She went out of her way to teach us how to park the right way and we even learned how to change a tire. My questions were always throughly and thoughtfully answered.

Fantastic experience: Racheal Chizinski is the best teacher! The class is always entertaining Racheal never has a boring class! One of the things i was tought was if a light is flashing red treat it like a stop sign and if it is flashing yellow slow down and be aware but keep going.

Fantastic experience: I had Rachael. She taught us a lot like how to use jumper cables, and what to do in emergency situations. We also learned a lot about what to do with different conditions on the road, like how far ahead to scan, how much to reduce your speed, and how much to increase your following distance.
