Fantastic experience: TWP Driving Academy has done a great job for both of my daughters. Easy to work with, great communication, flexible, and pick up and drop off right from your home. Wonderful service.

Fantastic experience: I gave my Bmv driving test here and the experience was fantastic. There was minimal waiting and I was done with the whole process in less than 30 minutes. While all other test centers were backed up until Jan, TWP had availability. My examiner was very professional and I would recommend this place! The test charges are a bit on a higher side but totally worth it if you want to find a slot earlier and avoid waiting for months.

Fantastic experience: Went to this location but was late due to missing paper work. Employee was extremely friendly, welcoming, and understanding. Process was short and sweet. Went to the bmv directly from the location and was able to immediately get my sons license without delay. Will definitely be back next time around. Thanks TWP.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Jenean just recently passed her driving test and she keeps on talking about how nice and amazing her instructor Ayesha was! She made her feel so comfortable and she wasn't nervous at all. She explained everything throughly to her and I would always recommend this school!

Fantastic experience: TWP- Driving Academy “The Working Professionals” I absolutely would recommend this driving academy! The process from start to finish was very professional, very easy, and very economical. The instructors were a mother’s dream, as handing off your children to strangers can be stressful however, the instructors made my daughter and I feel as though they were family just going for a drive. My daughter passed her drivers exam on the first try and I am so happy she completed her driver’s ed training with TWP Driving Academy!

Fantastic experience: This driving school is perfect for learning how to drive, and exam prep! I took only the in-car part for adults, and within the 4 hours of drive time i was able to pass the test on the first try. My main instructor was Ms. Aisha, who I heavily recommend. All instructors who helped me were extremely professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly patient.

Fantastic experience: I called about 4 weeks before my daughter turned 18yrs old and inquired about maneuverability lessons. She had put off finishing her online lessons to the point that I couldn’t get her signed up for in-car driving before turning 18. So I found TWP gave lessons for just maneuverability/parallel parking. They told me to call and schedule after she turned 18 because those classes were just for adults (understandable). So I called the day she turned 18 and got her schedule for 1 lesson on a Saturday (since she is still in high school). During that call, they gave me the heads up that I needed to get her driver's exam scheduled ASAP otherwise I would like not get it in before her temps expired. So a few weeks later, on Saturday the 9th, she had her lesson with a very nice young lady who was very calm and reassuring; she was also kind enough to take her out on the road as well and gave her pointers on what an examiner would be looking for and deducting points for, etc. For the parallel parking, she gave my daughter amazing tips that made the process very easy. The next Monday night, I took my daughter to practice at the local high school where they have a set of cones left up to do the maneuverability. The next morning, Tuesday the 12th— she took her exam and PASSED!! It would not have been possible without TWP!! Thank you so much!! I will recommend this school to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I registered for the behind-the-wheel training in October and I could complete the whole course before my driving test with BMV in November. I did not expect that as I have tried to contact with other schools, some of them were not even give any feedback. So I am so luck to find TWP as my driving school. All the staff are so helpful and could schedule my class before my test and they are willing to adjust the training schedule to make sure I have enough time and skill to pass my test. The communication was very clear and timely both with instructors and other staff. My instructors are nice and knowledgeable, they are more than happy to answer all my questions. As less experienced driver from other country. It’s extremely helpful for me to be a defensive driver with their training program. I am confident to drive safe here after the course. And I passed my driving test after the training.

Fantastic experience: I wish I can give more than 5 stars! Aisha is the nicest & most patient instructor you can ever ask for. I came in with minimal driving experience and after a few lessons with Aisha, I passed my driving test on the first try. She is energetic, fun, and extremely knowledgeable. TWP is lucky to have her!

Fantastic experience: My overall experience taking incars at TWP was a 10/10. The instructors was very nice, chill , and extremely friendly. They taught me new things I didn’t know about different roads & signs. After completing my incars, I later took my drivers test & passed with zero mistakes. I highly recommend this driving academy.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with this driving school! The driving instructors made the in class lessons fun and it was nice since it's very long. For my in cars the driving instructors were very nice and helpful. They made me feel less nervous when I was driving. Their tips on maneuverability were very helpful when I tooo my test. When I took my driving license test I did pass with a perfect score and it was all thanks from the help I got of TWP!

Negative experience: I registered for the 4-hour Adult-Abbreviated (in-car only) session at TWP Driving Academy. The actual in-car sessions as well as the instructor that I had were great. I had Aisha as my driving instructor, and she was very encouraging. She helped me to become more confident with maneuverability and driving in general. Furthermore, she also helped me to become a better defensive driver. I am not happy with the scheduling aspect of TWP Driving Academy. When they first asked for my availability, I told gave them my schedule which included when I work and the fact that I am going to school online. However, they picked a day that I was not available on for my first in-car session. After I told them that time didn’t work, they picked a second time that fell when I’m scheduled to work at my job. Originally, my first in-car session was supposed to be in November, but it ended up being in December by the time we determined a time that worked. Furthermore, my last in-car session was scheduled about 2-3 weeks in advance but I received an email the day of my last in-car session that said that the star time had been pushed back due to the fact that it overlapped with a class that my instructor had. When I asked about another time, they suggested a time that fell when I am scheduled to work again, and I had to let them know for the third time that I am scheduled to work during the time they suggested. Additionally, They refused to issue my certificate of completion because the certificate for the class portion was from 2021. I had to call the BMV in order to resolve this issue.

Fantastic experience: Perfect experience! The process from inquiry to completing the in car instruction was professional and flawless. All communication was clear and timely and the instruction was excellent. My daughter loved her instructors and really enjoyed her time with them. Miss Aisha and Miss Nisha are outstanding in their instruction and fun to spend time with….which makes a huge difference. Could not recommend TWP more!!

Fantastic experience: I was able to get my DL with the first attempt and not only that I learned to drive safe but smartly. All thanks to Ms Aisha. She is so supportive and motivating that anyone who is trying to learn driving can get the confidence. I’m glad that I chose TWP to get started to drive. The instructors I had (Ms. Aisha and Ms.Nisha) were very knowledgeable and I learned a wide range of topics (i.e. defensive driving, manuverability) that helped me get my license. Fantastic experience: I didn't know they existed, so I went out to a local network, and their name came up consistently. Everyone was satisfied. It wouldn't take me long to see, why. I'm positive that they have professional boundaries, but I can't stress how accommodating they were. In a global pandemic, they made the necessary adjustments to be helpful, while being safe. They worked with the schedule of a busy student athlete, and maintained consistent contact. Of course, no one can guarantee results, but the fact is, they worked with my son, and he passed his drivers exam on his first try, with a perfect score. Our licensed driver is very thankful for TWP Driving academy, and we'll be sending others that we know to them, for sure. They were enthusiastically recommended to me, and I'm now a part of the crowd that shares that enthusiasm.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience! I've been through the whole in-car driving experience with my 2 other kids & had an awful time scheduling. Even with everything backed up due to the Covid closures, I called in June & TWP set up all 4 drive times in July (other places were backed up into September!). They were a bit pricier, but worth it! TWP instructors were very kind & my daughter loved them! She said they were very friendly and didn't yell or make her nervous and gave her good feedback, information & instruction. They were flexible in picking her up from home or school when she had band camp. I highly recommend TWP Driving Academy. My daughter had a wonderful experience and I didn't have to keep checking online for open time slots or drive her to their location. They were always friendly and communicated well with us. I'm so thankful to have found them! UPDATE: My daughter passed her Driver's License test first try & has been on the go since! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: What an awesome place! Reviews don't lie-- researched several driving schools in Columbus and surrounding area before choosing TWP. Awesome class instruction, and very expedient with scheduling in-car driving sessions (which I have heard from other parents at other schools can be a nightmare!) My daughter loved it-- I feel like she is prepared to take her test!

They got her in early, and when I told them she had a deadline to get her school parking pass, they went out of there way to move her up when someone canceled! We live outside of the pickup area, and she even drove her home on her last in car! Highly recommend - awesome staff and very flexible!

Fantastic experience: I had one of my girls do her driving through TWP and they did an awesome job. She passed her driving test the first time. And she has been "correcting" me on things that I should be doing when I am out on the road. Not sure I'm happy about that though (Lol!). Every interaction was professional. We felt the attention to details and the communication between instructor and student was thorough! Price was great and the instruction excellent.

Though your mistakes will be corrected, but in a loving manner that wants you to be better the next time you try that. Give it TWP a try, you will never regret it. Fantastic experience: Aisha was so helpful with her instructions, made me feel relaxed, and encouraged me to handle everyday driving situations. I made quite a bit of mistakes but she was very patient and still allowed me to notice them and correct them, as good instructors should. She explains in necessary detail, proper driving behaviours and scenarios I will experience. What made me initially choose The Working Professionals was that they offered a fair price for the courses and they responded quickly. What would make me choose them again is that whatever issue I'm having with driving, will no longer be an issue and you'll be encouraged to be a safe driver. By the end, I feel I've gained the confidence that I'm getting my license when i test for it.

Fantastic experience: Twp Driving Academy is an excellent school like Ms.Aisha will get you done with everything including in cars within a reasonable time unlike Schwartz because Shcwartz waits until you pay to tell you when you’ll be able to get your in cars, so I recommend going to Twp Driving academy because instead of Making you watch a 2 hour video and read out of a book like Schwartz. She actually talks to you and make sure you understand what she teaching and again unlike at Schwartz you can get your in cars and classes done in a reasonable time Twp Driving academy with Ms.Aisha is 11/10. Go to Twp driver im telling you that you won’t regret it.
