Fantastic experience: The school teachers they are so lovely and kind cord and omary

Positive experience: This school is great. My class did have some teachers who weren’t very passionate about helping us pass though. I will mention that he doesn’t work there any more and the lead instructor is amazing. My biggest complaint is the trucks all need to be serviced. Every truck I got into had dot violations. The manual backing truck was down for a few days due to a dead battery and the location doesn’t even have a proper jump box. The auto backing truck is a Volvo and we tested in a freight liner. Would be nice to practice in the same truck we test with. I will still recommend this school because they did help me and I passed first try but this company does not put any of its profits back into their trucks or equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great CDL school, got my class A manual CDL in 5 weeks. Passed the state test on my second try. This school is worth the money$ This school really cares about there students And Instructors Cody & Omar are amazing

Fantastic experience: Stop looking around and enroll! I finished my course at the Kent, Wa location and passed my DMV test first try. Im so glad I choose this school and location. All the instructors have positive and encouraging attitudes. Craig, Cody, Omar, Monty and Rod are all patient and give advice and correction calmly. I initially enrolled for automatic transmission and with the encouragement from Cody (an instructor) switched to manual and am so glad I did. Omar and Cody were my driving instructors and both are so calm while giving advice and correction even when quick action was necessary during our city drives. They never respond in way to shame, embarrass or stress you out. Omar can literally drive the truck from the passengers seat with you being his hands and feat. His instruction made learning double clutching and downshifting very easy not to mention backing too. Monty (another instructor) was a blast too. He gave awesome instruction for backing and pounded the air check and pre trip inspection into my ADD brain. While I was there I noticed how the whole staff was so supportive and genuinely happy for previous students they had as well. It shows that even though they are a business they genuinely care for the success of their students. So stop deciding what school to pick and sign up. Listen, study, follow their advice and instruction and a month later you'll have your Class A CDL. Thanks again guys for all your help, advice and encouragement!

Fantastic experience: I attended Toro Driving Academy for my CDL training. I'm happy with my experience as well as the curriculum. It was evenly spaced with instructors that understood what areas I needed to work on more. With the attention that was giving to me I was able to obtain my CDL on my first attempt an all thanks to the team and instructors for helping me along the way.

Fantastic experience: I went to the kent location for 1 month to obtain my class A. All instructors were great, helpful, easygoing, and laid back. They teach you everything you need to know to pass. I took my test with the state and i passed one and done!! If youre looking to get your class A i highly recommend the kent location!!! Shout out to all the kent instructors Omar, Craig, Monty, and Cody!

Fantastic experience: Toro was a great school, not having much experience in or with trucks made me anxious but over time I was able to learn all I needed. The instructors were all nice and courteous each instructor had their own way and personality which is something I enjoyed and found helpful in me learning. Fantastic experience: Joined this school after paying 6K to 160 Academy Seattle, which screwed me and gave me no time to practice. I wish I had joined this school first as they really took care of me and allowed me to take my classes while i was working full time.The administrators are welcoming and helpful especially JALYN, and the instructors REALLY helped get me as much drive, backing and pre-trip practice time as possible. Big THANKS to my instructors Omar,Cody and Anthony. the best instructors for manual and automatic.I passed my CDL test first time One & Done.! Highly recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience teachers were really Knowledgeable and they make driving trucks very easy to learn. Also they are all around good people and I’m glad I chose this school. I never drove a manual anything and I just passed my state test in a manual semi to get my class A. Negative experience: Don't even deserve the 1 star!! Pacific NW CDL school (Kent) Is just a false advertisement. They say they will help you with your CDL license, they do not even teach you hands-on, they are very rude! they do not care that you pass your test. They will take your money and will not prepare you at all for the test. The staff is extremely unprofessional. All the trucks are broken down and not in good condition. Everyone waits in turns to start practicing driving and there is no instructor who teaches you, you learn from other classmates instead of the actual instructor. And also they have scam review.

Negative experience: This school is just collecting money there is no thing do all staff members are rude and lawful I want to notice dmv to check what is going on in this school they’ve to close seen they’re playing with students money and time ..........,,,,, you trying to make credit you better to say 20 times you will get what you did seen

Fantastic experience: I just graduated from this school today. Last day, it has been really fun and educational. Myself and other students was cool to see how we knew nothing about trucks to doing preteips without missing anything. Allot of backing practice and city driving ever other day. We had a huge class and we still got plenty of practice driving. Instructors are all friendly and surprisingly very passionate about us doing well so they all are very helpful. Love the atmosphere. Michelle the office receptionist was very helpful when it came to the paperwork side of it. I highly recommend this school.

Your instruction, pointers and tips when operating in heavy traffic helped me to be as relaxed as possible in my final drive test, and I know helped my operate as safely as possible. Fantastic experience: Great school for CDL drivers. I got enrolled in a class a few days after I reached out to Ecaterina ( she has been very nice & helpful). They have one of the best prices in the PNW. I’ve got my CDL driving license in less then 6 weeks. That’s pretty dope. You can also make good friends in there while you do the training so keep your eyes open. If you do well with graduation Ramiz could probably help find you a job...which is hard to find as a beginner driver. Hamed , Lado and Taher are the instructors i was happy to meet. I would highly recommend this place !

Fantastic experience: The instructors are very experienced and take what I would call a semi-hands off approach to teaching where they allow you to learn for yourself and figure out what isn't working but will correct you if they see you heading down the wrong path but are always avalible and willing to answer questions. Ecaterina does a phenomenal job running the office and is always friendly and helpful with getting paperwork in order so that you have every opportunity for success. Finally Ramiz the manager is a character, I always enjoy going into the office and having a laugh and talking about the industry or just chatting about a movie he tells me I need to watch. Overall I am very glad that I chose to come to PNW driving professionals kent location and would recommend it to anyone who wants to pursue a CDL

Fantastic experience: I recently graduated from this school and can’t imagine having gone anywhere else. They managed a large number of students as a result of the pandemic very well. Their tactics allowed students to operate a few different style trucks and be consulted by several different instructors which was key to me passing my test the first time. They can handle a diverse crowd and they operate in a very relaxed atmosphere. They are the professionals you would hope to learn from. Thank you to the entire Kent location staff for your patience and devotion to me and also to the Tacoma location staff for brief but meaningful time spent there as well.

Fantastic experience: I looked into many other driving schools and this one was by far the best priced. The instructors had a way of connecting with the students on a personal basis. They custom tailor their service based on how much the individual wants. I had zero problems getting through the course and getting my CDL. Extra info: The owner is personally involved in making sure that each student was on track and made it through the course and got they were getting the help that they needed. The program was structured in a modular way, there were parts that I needed little (and wanted no) help in and the instructors were happy to let me be take the self taught route. The modules I needed extra help in had the full attention and all expertise I could want. Their staff was absolutely amazing, they were professional, on point, and incredibly understanding. I had some unique circumstances that came up and they went above and beyond my expectations. I was completely surprised. In particular, Dwayne, Vlad, Henry, and Mariana were my key go-to people. Defiantly call give them a call and check them out.
