Fantastic experience: Lemar was my instructor he was great, friendly and patient. He took the time to remind me of what is expected of me to pass the test and I pass on my first try this week.I recommend this sch to anyone who wants to pass, you put in the effort and time n you would be walking away with your license. For me personally I took a lesson before my test and that helped calm my nerves! Ask for Lemar.

Negative experience: I’m warning! Do not do business/spend your hard earned money with this establishment. This man is a one man show. No one answers the phones, returns phone calls nor picks you up on appt dates for road practice. When you finally get him in person he has every excuse in the book for his unprofessional behavior after he has taken your money. Will tell you to your face he has called you and returned phone calls fully knowing he didn’t. He only takes Zelle because he knows you can’t dispute the charges because of the service he does not provide. There are other reputable driving schools to patronize that are honest. You don’t heed this message, it’s on you. But don’t say you weren’t warned!

Negative experience: I don’t understand how this place has so many great reviews nobody answers the phone when you call them and nobody is even in the office when you try to visit them you have a better chance at winning the lottery than actually getting in contact with someone here it’s ridiculous how poorly just the customer service is here and when I actually got one lesson (mind you I paid for two in May and never got the second till this day) it wasn’t informative at all the instructor was on his phone majority of the time and i literally had to ask him how am i doing to get some feedback it basically felt like he didn’t want to be here and when I call to get a refund surprise surprise nobody answers the phone this place shouldn’t even be on your radar if you want your license you’ll just be wasting your time and money

Negative experience: I ADVISE ALL WOMEN TO BE MINDFUL BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS DRIVING SCHOOL , I FELT UNSAFE. I was recommended this driving school by a family friend first things first there is no one available to answer or return calls so it took me 2 weeks to book an appointment ( first red flag ) . The day of my appointment Lamar was my instructor he seemed completely uninterested in being there but I looked past that everyone has a bad day . However mid driving he was taking personal phone calls ( not an emergency call ) which made me a bit uneasy like he wasn’t really paying attention (Second red flag). When it came to my second lesson he should up late and with a stranger in the back seat to my home , did not explain anything to me I had to ask why is this person in the back . His response was this was a student whom I would be dropping off somewhere. I wasn’t comfortable so I left and figure I would book another day, when I tried to rebook his response was he was busy and would have to get back to me and it’s been 3 days I haven’t heard a thing however I already had it in my mind I would not be using there services again . While I will admit he is a good teacher the lack of professionalism was too much for me to stick around . I also cannot fathom how unsafe I felt . Would not recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: came to Mr Dunes for a refresher course after failed attempts doing the road test on my own. I've heard of calm instructors who would get you there step by step, but I had not met one like instructor Jones Lemar. Calmest instructor ive seen. timely, the pickups and drop offs are bonus. He gave me the confidence I needed, explained why you do what you do, that enabled me to give the examiners what they need so they could grant me what I needed. talking about holding your hand, he was my instructor from start to finish. I've tried other driving schools before, doesn't compare. Highly recommend working with them

The instructor ensured that we always had a clear line of communication when it came to making payments or scheduling appointments or pick ups. Negative experience: I scheduled a lesson for 10/31 /22 for 10:30 am he never showed we then rescheduled for Nov 3 at 10:30 he again never showed this is very unprofessional and I need my lessons I've wasted two days already can someone get in conta with me

Fantastic experience: My first time ever driving was through this school and literally all I knew was how to start a car. I was lucky enough to learn from Mr. Lemar who taught me all that I needed in just about 12 lessons. Im really grateful for the patience and care I received from my instructor throughout my lessons (despite how frustrating I may have been lol). Thanks to Mr. Lemar and this school, I was able to pass my road test on my first attempt Definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: I don't know how this place have so many high reviews. My experience has been horrible. Signed up for 12 lessons. I was supposed to have my first lesson on Friday, no call, no show. I had to call to rescheduled for Monday. Another no call, no show. One of the owners finally called to speak to me to give me an excuse about an emergency that came up. I'm understanding of emergencies, what I don't have time for is when you don't call to let me know that you are unable to make said appointment. It's basic customer service. Hopefully I get my refund in the timeframe they gave me. 0/10 Do not recommend

Fantastic experience: Mr.Dunes is great a wonderful teacher I took my road test 2 times and failed I had given up I decided to take 4 lessons with Me.Dunes he explained after the 4 lessons he could send me to the road test but he doesn’t feel I would pass I wasn’t doing what they would look for so I decided to take 4 more lessons and guess what I finally passed. I say that to say Mr. Dunes is not just about money he wants you to pass he is very understanding and patient he makes you feel comfortable I would highly recommend doing lessons with him oh and the payment plan works wonders

Fantastic experience: Mr.Dune is an excellent driving instructor. I had never thought I would be able to drive before and Mr.Dune boosted my confidence in driving 100%. He is extremely patient, very attentive & safe. He never allows you to doubt yourself, he lets you know that you can do it & believes that you can. To give some insight, I had no idea what I was doing prior to driving with Mr.Dune, I took 10 classes with him and once I got done I started to drive with my step dad in which we took about 6 lessons together. Mr.Dune had encouraged me to also drive with others outside of his classes which was very helpful! Thereafter I took my road test & not surprisingly passed! I listened to Mr.Dune & everything he had taught me, I couldn't be more thankful to him that I am now licensed to drive. Do not hesitate to book your lessons with Mr.Dunes driving center you will not regret it! 10/10 <3.

Negative experience: I purchased a package over 2 months ago with them. They never contacted me to do the lessons. I called serval times leaving messages. I went up there several times and no one was ever in the office. After 2 months I was finally able to catch someone in the office and got a refund without issue. I would not recommend them. They are very unprofessional.

I took my road test yesterday and passed on the first try after starting lessons in March. I would recommend this driving school to any and everyone.

Fantastic experience: After not succeeding at my first attempt of the road test, I was recommended to Mr. Dunes driving school by my sister. Thanks to Mr. Mak, I was able to pass my road test after 5 lessons. He taught me everything I needed to know for the test as well as made me feel relaxed behind the wheel. I passed my Practical Car Test in November 18, 2020 because of Mr. Mackelder’s excellent teaching abilities which I am thanking him.I couldn't have asked for a better instructor! Fantastic experience: Come here for honest teachers who WILL help you learn to drive. I had the pleasure of learning from both Mr. Dunes and Mr. Markelder. Before I came there, three years ago I had another instructor who didn't give me half as much instructions as they did. Now, I understand how to move a car safely but actively. They reinforce what you did correctly but let you know of your mistakes. Lessons are planned ahead and you get a call to confirm your appointment. During each lesson, both instructors ask you where you fell short to monitor your understanding of driving. Fact of the matter is they will make you an aware, confident and safe driver. I set up 1 practice test before my 3rd attempt for a road test and passed just by listening to what Mr. Dunes taught me. I recommend him, he’s great with teaching you to drive carefully and his way of parking is also great. The best parking technique I’ve learned and mastered.

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school! I must say that after trying out other driving schools in the past , this one worked best for me. I had both Mr. Dunes and Mr. Mackelder as instructors and they were not only quite patient, but also taught me how to drive carefully. I passed my road test today on the first try! Not only are they excellent instructors but they also work with their students. I really wanted to pass my road test before my permit would expire in a. which is in couple weeks and they made sure to not only get me scheduled for a road test quickly, but also that I was well prepared for the test. Fantastic experience: Mr. Mackelder was a very helpful and attentive instructor. He gave clear instructions and made comments the entire lessons so it was easy to fix your mistakes the same time versus him waiting till the lesson was over to correct you. He made sure I was a safe driver. It helped a lot that he took me to the road test. Would definitely recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: GO TO THIS SCHOOL. I have taken lessons with Mr. Marks as well as Mr. Dunes and I must say that they're both exceptional instructors. Very patient, clear, and safe (the instructor has brakes as well so you drive without fear knowing he will correct you). This is a big help because it makes it a lot easier to feel things out. Feeling how much you have to slow down for a turn for example. You will be highly encouraged to ask questions as well so ask away.The prices are very good as well compared to overpriced schools. I had no driving experience and took the 8 lesson package(w/ car for road test). Just got my license today. I even recommend this school to my grandmother because I know that I was in good hands. You will be too.

Negative experience: Totally unreliable, horrible car and service. Keep away if you have a choice. I took a package "road test + 30 min lesson". Mr Dunes picked me 1 hour later than agreed. I had to call twice, waking him up with the first call. He did not give any discount after that. He didn't even apologized, instead gave a tone of BS. The excuse was "I thought your exam is 30 min later" and after a while he came up with "I had another client before you" - like before 7:30am :D Charged 120 (not 85 as on website). The car was in a very bad shape and dirty. He provided a few hints on exam, and I passed at the end, that is why 2 stars.

When i decided to give it another chance i went to mr.dunes driving school and he took me right away. I took 4 classes with him and in that short amount of time he built up my confidence to drive on busy roads and helped me work with the areas i lacked in. Fantastic experience: Mr Dunes has a relaxed but informative approach to teaching. Learning to drive is stressful, but his presence helped calm my nerves. He was helpful when I made mistakes, and also recognized when I made progress. Protip- schedule your lesson a couple days in advance to get the time slot you want- this guy is busy!
