Negative experience: Emailed them for information cuase their website shows classes for October of 2024. Not even a response this was on 10th of January. No thanks will enroll my kid somewhere else!

Negative experience: I booked my child for a 6 hour driving lesson on Sunday, however we waited an hour and no one showed up and we were unable to contact anyone!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was able to sign up for class immediately. The owner and in office administrator Toyia, took the time to immediately to correct problems. The class instructor was engaging and presented the class information with care, accuracy, and thoughtfulness. The driving instructor Mr. Alassa was awesome friendly, patience, and thorough as a driving instructor

Now I can do it without thought and defencely. Top Driving School is a very Patient , Detail and professional School. I really was shocked how much I didn't know about driving. Now Im confident and safer on the road. They took me to MVA and Properly to receive my license. I have a lot of Gratitude , and it didn't take long at all. I love you TOP DRIVING SCHOOL . Negative experience: Terrible customer service, instructor was thirty minutes late, could not explain how to fill out papers correctly and was very rude. He made some comments that had a racist undertone. I would recommend you go to another school.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, waste of time. The manager calls with one appointment time, then the receptionist calls with an earlier time. I arrive and see no one. The next day I take time off from work to go and find that the receptionist is clueless since she's new. And the manager is nowhere to be found except on the phone. The online form on the website doesn't work either. I'd rather go elsewhere, where they actually care about providing a service.

Negative experience: Not sure how they got 4.8 stars. I sent a couple of emails, I called every number listed on their website and nobody bothers to respond or talk to me.

Negative experience: This is the worst place in the world you can find. My high schooler picked this place to get his drivers license, they ignored his multiple phone calls to schedule his in person driving. Poor kid called them during school lunch breaks. They promised to get back and they never did. So I had to step in and deal with this. Now every time I call they schedule one session for my son, and then they send me a text message to cancel it just before the class. I called 5 times now, and every time they said they call me back, but they never did. What’s wrong with this place? Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen! Don’t go to this place! My son has been waiting for 2 months, and still no driving session scheduled. If my last try failed, I will have to call the credit card company to refund my money.

Fantastic experience: I had a very lovely experience with the school. Communication was excellent. Behind the wheels training was superb as well. My BYW instructor Daniel was amazing, patient and kind. Grace was really excellent, and superb. I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Very poor school, I booked 21 and 22 half a month in advance, a woman called me today and said that there is no way to give me that time, because someone else has paid for it, and booked that time, because I paid Cash, no way to give me time! Such a terrible thing, just because someone else paid the money first, so I gave someone else my time. The service is terrible. After waiting for half a month, what you get in return is that you can't learn how to drive without paying first! Whoever pays first will learn first!

Negative experience: This experience has been a nightmare! I enrolled my child in a course that included 30 hours of online instructional and 6 hours of driving for $380. After the completion of the online course I was told the the 6 hours driving was to prepare for the test and not for my child who had no driving experience since she stopped learning to drive after an accident. They suggested I purchase an additional program that teaches driving. I chose the 10 hour option for $450 and paid the first half of $225 only to get an instructor that showed up with a regular driving car did two hours and then was a no show for the following two appointments. As I sit here waiting for a confirmation from both the owner and the instructor as to whether he will be showing up today as promised or flake again. Messaged yesterday and today no response. Let’s see when 3pm comes around. I’m out of pocket $605 dollars and only received 30hrs of online instruction and 2 hours of driving in a regular car. My kid lost income having to take off her part time job for the online classes and lost time waiting around each Sunday the instructor was a no show. Not only will I be reporting them to the BBB but I will file a civil suit if I don’t get my money! Please go to a different school!

I called a few days later asking for a refund after the horrible display shown by the staff after trying to schedule and I am STILL waiting for my refund. Negative experience: Not recommended this school for driving . I could have choose different school . I will give zero rating for this driving school . My wife is new to driving and paid 300 for 3 hour class . Imagine 2 classes my wife drive on regular car. We supposed to get driving school car . Driving school car has extra break thats why i send there. I would have taught in my car rather sending her to driving school . The instructor scold at my wife and she was not happy at all . 3 rd class instructor used driving school car and also took control . He is good and my wife learned . I feel like i put my wife life in risk .
