Negative experience: The instructor never showed up to the Boiling Springs location today. All the students left. The hotel said they’ve done this before. Use someone else!!

Negative experience: I took this 4 months ago. I did not like how Jim canceled on me twice. I know another person who took it with him, and Jim had to cancel on him, too. I also know two other people, and he has had to cancel on them twice. It had been a week since he had canceled on one of them and still hasn’t contacted them to set up another time to do it. They have contacted him, and he has still not contacted them back. This is a problem that needs fixing. Please fix it.

Negative experience: I was calling around to see my options for driving school, and this man Jim calls me back rudely asking me what did I want, repeatedly what do I want, so rude so unprofessional because what has placed his business on here three times does not mean I have intentionally called the same person 3 times. I honestly believe if you have to place your business on here three times to stand out it probably isn’t worth your time or money . I have three people who needed driving school and we will definitely be taking our money somewhere else .

Fantastic experience: Jim was my lesson 1 instructor, and he was very good at breaking the tasks like parallel parking down into smaller and easier steps. He was also very easy going which made driving with him more comfortable. Overall my first driving lesson was very smooth.

Fantastic experience: Jim was my instructor on my first lesson. I have this overwhelming anxiety from previous wrecks and Jim helped calm me. The whole drive I never felt rushed, or forced. He never raised his voice at me or made me feel dumb for not knowing the simple things. Instead he merged his knowledge of driving and personality together and created the best learning environment I have ever attended. He not only knew what he was talking about, but he knew how to execute the material in a way that I could comprehend it. I wish there were more teachers like Jim. He’s a gem!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jim and the Greenville driving school !!!

Negative experience: I don't know who that man is with the Australian sounding accent but if he doesnt have the patience or people skills needed to deal with the public then he shouldnt be answering the phone! No I dont want to be contacted about my experience- I'll just go elsewhere. For over $300 per person walking in the door thats alot of money to loose or gain within a 1 min phone call. There are plenty of other driving schools around so no big deal. But I do hope your calls are recorded because just wow..

Fantastic experience: For my driving instructor, I had Mr. Jim. He did an phenomenal job with instructions, feedback, and making me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who suffers with anxiety when it comes to driving. I feel prepared and more ready to take my test than I ever had.
