Fantastic experience: Miss Yvonne was very sweet and engaged with her students while teaching and informing the class. She has a great sense of humor and gets along well with her students. I was only taught by Miss Yvonne for only one day but she made sure to try to include everyone and constantly checked if we understood the materials. She kept conversations with us and patiently let us take notes. Even if for only one day, she was a great teacher and makes a great connection with her students! Coach Hugo is very informative in the class portion. He teaches the class and keeps them engaged while also sharing his own experiences. He helps you experience real life in his own ways and is very responsible and even funny at times. I'm very glad to have been taught by him, even if just in class!

It’s also at a convenient time due to the fact that everything is at the morning and afternoon instead of the evening. Miss Yvonne is the best!

Negative experience: I don’t know who bought out this school, but I do not recommend it. When the school was run by Coach Hugo, he had all his paperwork together, and was attentive and on top of things. When I took my daughter for her drive test, they lost her folder, then proceeded to skip over us in line. Instead of finding out our paperwork was lost earlier, we waited additional unnecessary time. When I asked for the manager she said she was off site. Continued to take students instead of attending to me / my child and coming up with a solution. All the while the phone rang off the hook. I stayed until the folder was found 2 hours later. Not even a refund was offered nor discount, nor did management call me. We missed the drive test, and were offered to test at the Spring location. I took hesitantly, because I already had ad DPS appointment scheduled. I will not be returning nor referring anyone here.

Fantastic experience: Coach Hugo and Coach Yvonne or as my dad called her (Miss Yvonne) :') She always laughed at that. Haha. They both truly are exceptional at their jobs. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids attended Tomball Driving School for both driving classes and driving practices. Coach Hugo is amazing….taking pride and commitment in his jobs. He’s extremely good with teaching and instilling safety awareness on kids. My kids always looked forward to their driving time with him. They both felt connected with and encouraged by him. They learned how to drive safely and passed their first driving tests. We’re very grateful for his hard work. His wife is also a very helpful admin.

Fantastic experience: Coach Hugo was wonderful. I started out a very nervous driver to the point I made lots of mistakes while driving that were bad. Now, I just finished my last drive time and took my driving test and I feel so much better and less nervous while driving. He was able to work with my schedule and was able to fit in all my drives times in a 2 month span so I could get my license by the time im 18. I’d give 100 stars if i could. Definitely choose this driving school if you (or your kids) want to be a better and safer driver.
