Se le quitan las ganas de manejar totalmente, no conocen las normas de atención al cliente, pero si solo fuera eso, van más allá de las ofensas y crean tensión y maltratan a los estudiantes... Lo peor de lo peor, tuve que dar una estrella para poder dejar el review, porque hubiera dado -5

Negative experience: De las peores escuelas te estafan uno paga carísimo y no te ayudan en nada el sistema nunca sirve y si estás haciendo tu examen y el sistema falla es una oportunidad que perdiste por qué si. Te roban descaradamente. El peor lugar y la gente que atiende súper odiosos

Negative experience: Antes de ir yo chequee todos los reviews, por alguna razón pensé que iba a estar todo bien, resulta que cuando voy a querer sacar mi licencia no habían mandado mis resultados(Han pasado 2 meses) y aun no mandan mis resultados les sale mas barato hacerlo en el dmv he incluso hasta en menos tiempo

Negative experience: i dont even want to give it one star. this place was awful disnt even put my system thru. never take your kids here it is a waste of time and it is so bad! NEVER GO EVERRRRR!

Fantastic experience: Don’t look at any of the negative reviews, I don’t know what they are going on about, I went there for a driving test, I was out in about 20 minutes with a pass.

Negative experience: I would highly recommend seeking another place for driving lessons/DL testing and i will inform of my experience. I purchased a 4 hr course and a Drivers License testing with this company for my 17 year old son. I informed "Sunil" that my son had lost his permit card and that I only had a photo of the Permit and she asked me to text her the photo of the Permit card, which I did, and I have saved in my text messages. I paid the course, $320.00. My son took his driving lessons and the instructor was great, no complaints there. However, when we arrived for my son to take his driver license test 'Sunil' (supposed owner) informed that the test could not be taken without the actual permit card. I asked her why she had not informed me of that since the beginning and I would have ordered it online. She proceeded to tell me that I never told her the permit was lost and she fragmented a story that I told her that the permit had stayed in the house and that is why she took the money for the services. So I reminded her that is not what happened because I would have never said that the permit was in the house because that permit was lost months ago, so why would I say that the permit was in the house? I asked her if she was calling me a liar. She proceeded to behave aggressive and loud and combative to the point she walked out of the door from her reception area and got in my face. All this INFRONT of my son and other clients. This was not an experience I wish on anyone especially being that my son was there and I would just like to warn of the unprofessionalism and disrespect conducted by this person who says she is the manager/owner. There was a gentlemen who worked there and attempted to diffuse the situation and refunded me $100.00. However, please be aware from my experience and the reviews i am now seeing on this company, the manager/owner is highly unprofessional, disrespectful and a ticking time bomb.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with the school. Instructors and the manager are knowledgeable, polite and professional. The school is certified to test you for the driving exam, so if you pass you will only need to go the DMV to get your license! Saves a lot of time. Also, a very convenient location in Coral Gables. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I am sorry I don’t understand what’s wrong with people today that don’t wanna work I have my daughter called around 3:20 pm we live three blocks from them but whoever picked up the phone said that they were closing in five minutes So if that’s the answer my question is why do they promote on Google that they close at 4:00pm That just did not make no sense to me Then I decided to call and when I called was 4:40 and the lady that picked up said that they were about to close so they could not do much for me The only thing I could think about is that no one wants to work there So I’m hoping the owner sees this and understands to have people that do not want to work it’s money lost for their business I’m not saying that I would not recommend I’m saying that the owner should take a look at the employees and make sure they do all they need to do to bring in the money to the business to be able to collect for their paycheck

I highly recommend Mercedes, as she is one of the kindest instructors there. I could not recommend a better place to learn to drive!
