I'm out recovering from surgery so I don't know how you're leaving a negative review as I've been out since 11/13/24 YOU, have never used my business you're just getting on the will Rothenberg/Rothchild/Pitt who seems confused about his name bully train FYI what you put out there comes back to you when it hits you think of me.. because God doesn't like ugly All because someone made a post about Will being abusive on my Facebook dating page& from what I have experienced because of it he's clearly is a abusive from. & so are you because you've never used my services and to leave a negative review on a business you've never used their services is abusive & childish no wonder your all friends your all sickening

you never used my business STOP LYING you're a friend of will aka as will Rothberg aka Pitt from Will powers PC as well as Andrea and you're all mad because somebody made a post about WILL being abusive on my dating site that I own on Facebook and at this point I think they're probably right because I have been Abused by him & now you and Andrea who have never used my business and are attacking me because of a post that somebody else made & I was threatened by will that he was going to come to.my work place and do gods know what your all bullies. go check all his reviews they're all negative except for will, which proves their connected has everybody he's left reviews for are all negative except for will you're a terrible person and one day all your terribleness will catch up with you

You rock you and I know what a good teacher I am, and I thank you for posting it it's not about money to me unless someone doesn't follow the rules to my class and then I'm going to keep it, which happens because there's a lot of rule breakers out there and if people can't understand that go up the street from my house and sit on the bench across from the most beautiful headstone you ever seen because a man who already had two DWIs decided it would be a great idea to get plastered and drive 156 miles an hour up the northway snapchatting and driving and now one of my precious students who was in my life until this murderer took her out is now buried up the street from my house therefore I'm going to say this to people again if you can't follow the rules to my 5-hour course don't take my class cuz I'll keep your money thank you Catherine I totally appreciate everything you just said above XO

you enrolled your son for a 5-hour course and you agreed and confirmed that not only did you receive the zoom link but the classroom rules that is posted above that I said if you can't follow don't take my class I had 16 other people there tonight to watch me call your son's name from 350 until 4:00 at 4:00 I called his name one more time and then I said to my other students on Zoom you are my witnesses besides my recording should this get ugly and as it did to the point I had to tell you if you kept contacting me I was contacting the cops and now Anthony I want you to very clearly understand that's the something happened with your son this is going to be out here publicly to know that one you didn't follow New York State rules then you sent me two text messages one stating that you were standing behind him the whole time and the second one that you had to take a conference call and wasn't seeing aware what was going on so were you there or weren't you and then you went to PayPal and told them that I would not let you in the course and then you kept trying to get in the course and trying to risk my license when my classroom rules are very clear that you should be logged in by 3:50 according to you your son didn't start logging into 3:58 which is why my directions cover that if you log in last minute and have a technical issue because there was someone having technical issues tonight that I did mention trying to log in and I believe it was you but you didn't ever log on by the time class started and therefore I could not let you in because you didn't check the link like the classroom instruction State cuz if you did I would have gotten notification of that and instead of taking accountability accepting responsibility you have done nothing but attack me through text social media and now on my reviews and do you know what when someone does something like this I know that down the road this review will come back and haunt them and be used against them I hope you're perfect son who did everything perfectly tonight according to you but if he did why aren't you going to DMV and making plaint want to know why because it would be found faults and then I could see you for slander and you don't want to lose more than $50 cuz I told you that's what would happen and since I enforce the rules like I said I would you know I would sue you and you'd be going to work for me and if people don't like my replies to my reviews then maybe they shouldn't treat me so terrible and I wouldn't have to treat them so terrible back because I'm a human with a Business, and no one is going to mistreat me abuse me or risk my license including you Anthony Demento and if anybody would like the taxes between us to show that he said he was standing behind his kid and then was on a conference call which basically shows he's a liar right there text me everybody knows how to reach me text me 518-365-0649 I will give you the text messages from me and Mr Anthony Demento where he clearly states he was standing behind his kid the whole time and then he was on a conference call then he wasn't logged in we both know it every kid in my class knows it and the zoom recording knows it and if he was and I was lying which I'm not because unlike Mr Demento my word is everything to me and I wouldn't sell it out for $50 he could go to New York State DMV and make a complaint but he won't because he can't cuz he be lying there and then he'd be in bigger trouble so let's just leave a negative review so I can post this reply and pray your son doesn't hurt somebody or you and if you do well their lawyers can use this against you cuz it's out here publicly you don't follow laws and you can't take any accountability when you don't follow rules and laws ..

Rose O'Donnell I don't know if you have memory issues but I just went back and checked all my texts and emails and I don't have anything from anybody with your name because I save everything for a year therefore you have the wrong driving school cuz you'll see in my Google reviews I've never not responded to anybody so you're either one of those using a fake name because you didn't follow the rules of the classroom and just want to try to bash me somehow or you got the wrong Driving School cuz it wasn't me cuz I have no contact from you whatsoever with anybody named Rose O'Donnell you're ridiculous because I don't know how I could argue with you if I've never spoken with you your review is oxymoronic cuz you said I didn't do one thing but yet I did it and had issues with it did you even read what you wrote it doesn't make sense and if it doesn't make sense it can't be true ask judge Judy cuz that's what she says, I don't have any employees so why would you say instructor and not use my name you're fake and you're a liar or you got the wrong Driving School and I have no problem saying that because I don't let anybody disparage my name I've never had any contact with

the only reason I was difficult to work with is because I wouldn't travel over a half hour and you had to bring your son to me and then you said why are you so agitated because I wouldn't travel that far you could have said that to yourself but you had to text that to me and i'm not going to spend a half hour driving somewhere when you're obviously home all day homeschooling your child and you couldn't understand that and after you said that to me " why are you so agitated" I didn't want you as my customer someone who could speak to me in such a manner by text so I told you to find another Driving School but I'm the terrible person because I didn't allow you to speak to the way you did and then help you with your son who has already failed a road test again self entitlement at its finest and I'm glad that you left your name so now everybody knows that you contacted a business and when they wouldn't do everything you wanted them to do you said why are you so agitated when I wasn't I just wasn't traveling over a half hour for a 1 hour lesson and you didn't like that boo hoo poor you because I meet people where I find them and if you didn't like how I treated you maybe you shouldn't treat people who own a business in the manner that you did, which you don't seem to be taking any accountability for you just want to say I'm a rotten terrible person to communicate with so are you because I offered you an appointment and pick up at Saratoga high School yet you never informed me he was home school and didn't go there and then contacted me over a day later to take the appointment and still didn't inform me he wasn't at Saratoga high school he was home schooled which means you could have brought him anytime because you're home all day as I've worked with many homeschooled kids over my 25-year career and it's funny the only people who leave me negative reviews are people who didn't get what they want from me or I enforce the rules I tell them I'm going to enforce for my 5-hour class, and you didn't get what you wanted from me because even after you were rude to me and I told you to find another Driving School you were like I'll meet you on Friday and I said no thanks because I didn't want to deal with you and that makes me a terrible person if that's the case again too bad how sad maybe if you correct how you communicate and treat people businesses will not refuse you service

1ST WHY DID YOU WAIT 5 WEEKS TO CONTACT ME FROM ORIG CLASS? The classroom directions I posted above say if you can't follow these classroom directions don't take my class so I don't have to deal with people like you who don't follow NYS laws & then when they don't can't accept responsibility as the classroom instructions clearly stated if you weren't logged on on time & ready by the start time of class & able to be seen you would forfeit your money and at the end of the directions it says please reply yes that you received the link in classroom instructions which your son did reply yes it also States in those directions that you should check the link to make sure it works as a person who says they're in IT technology you waited till last minute where my directions very clearly cover that if you wait till last minute and you can't log on properly you will forfeit your money that waiting room opened up a half hour in advance but you waited till last minute to get on understand this is a class to get your driver's license where you have to follow rules that are from NYS understand this is a class to get your license where there are rules and laws for driving but you can't even follow the rules to a NYS class , in which you not following the laws of the class that NYS gives me you tried to risk my license & my classroom directions clearly state I'm not letting anybody risk my license just because they can't follow rules and laws of New York State DMV and when I wouldn't make an exception for you you started to become belligerent and call me names to the point I asked you to stop contacting me but you continue to do so instead of holding yourself ,& your son accountable for not following the rules/laws of New York State DMV to take this class & now this is publicly out there as understand should you or child do something where you're not following the laws you hurt someone on the road they'll be able to use this against you as proof that you don't follow laws of New York State DMV it makes me very concerned when a parent can come on here where I left my own review & embarrass themselves saying they didn't follow the rules but I'm the bad person for enforcing them if that makes me a bad person so be it I wear it proudly because no one's risking my license as when you weren't on time ready & able to be seen at the start of class time that's exactly what you tried to do & if you won't hold yourself accountable understand I will! Im not sure why you're using the name Gabriella as when you contacted me you said your name was Christina DiNuzzo and the only person that should be ashamed/embarrassed is you from publicly admitting that you weren't ready on time or able to be seen & didn't follow the New York state laws of this class as again that waiting room opened up a half hour early you waited till last minute to log on nor did you check the link Christina who tells me she's in IT technology but she couldn't get the camera to work, everyone else was in that class on time ready & able to be seen but you want to be made the exception when you don't even follow the law, & your mommy and daddy might have done that to you where you're doing it to your children but I don't reward bad behavior &that's exactly what your did when you try to risk my license by not being ready on time & able to be seen because you had camera issues because that waiting room I open up 10 minutes before I actually start class and if you did have technical difficulties you would have had 10 minutes to figure it out but you didn't because you waited the last minute to sign on!!! if you bought tickets to a movie a concert a train plane or bus & you didn't show up on time you would have forfeited your money I am no different because we all sell seats & you don't put your butt in that seat when you're supposed to and be ready you lose your money I hope this is a valuable lesson to you & your son. again why u waited 5 weeks after your class date to contact me?

a cell phone is a murder weapon when you're behind the wheel , because I have four prior students that are dead because other people were on their cell phones and I didn't say I was Facebooking behind the wheel I do it in my personal time, therefore you obviously weren't paying attention in class and then you were missing 40 minutes before it ended to the point I even texted you to which I didn't have to do & got no answer until the next day at 2:30 pm my directions for that class are very clear you must be in front of me the entire time it's not my fault you don't follow laws rules and directions which is why you ended up in my class yet again because you didn't and you probably put everyone around you at risk because you lost your license and had to get it again I suggest the next class you take you follow their rules, and that's funny you're saying it was a terrible class because that night two separate other students texted me what a great class it was it wasn't great for you because you didn't finish it and get your certificate and then you expected me to make you exception when my classroom States no exceptions and if it was really that important why did you wait till 2:30 in the afternoon to contact me when I contacted you at 8:20 tonight before

you were given very clear classroom instructions the day before class giving you 24 hours where they told you to check the link and make sure it works but you chose not to do that and then your child didn't follow the classroom instructions where it stated you had to be logged in by a certain time ready and able to be seen ,where I am licensed by the state and as a delivery agent for this class if I don't follow their laws and make my students follow them they will take my license and I'm not letting anybody risk my license so I didn't scam anyone your kid you obviously taught not to follow rules didn't follow the rules and you lost your money that's why I left the above statement on my Google above for people exactly like you that states if you can't follow my classroom instructions don't take my class but instead of holding your kid accountable for not Following the rules you Sarah Bryan come here and try to bash me and say I'm a terrible rotten person who scams children of their money and you know who does that only terrible rotten people like you who don't hold their kid accountable for not doing what they should be doing and if that's the case that they can't even do what needs to be done for a New York state license class that means they'll probably won't follow the rules of the road putting everyone else around them at risk and when they do hurt or kill someone if they're underage you're going to get sued and you will finally be held accountable for not holding or teaching your kid accountability because obviously no one taught you either which is why you're making excuses for your kid not doing what they should have done and trying to blame me for enforcing the rules that New York State gives me. You Alex u are the best!! as you saw last night some people didnt follow the classroom instructions that are very clear and I have posted on my own Google site above stating if you can't follow these classroom instructions don't take my class & when they don't they blame me , instead of accepting responsibility I do everything I can to make my students experience enjoyable however I have to uphold the laws that New York State gives me and if I don't I could lose my license and I'm not letting anybody risk my license nor am I going to let anybody disrespect me as also saw last night as my classroom instruction I do not know how to make any clearer state if you don't follow those classroom instructions you will forfeit your money and there are no exceptions you are right I take a lot of unnecessary abuse from these same people who didn't follow the rules and laws of New York state for my class and I hold them accountable which they can't seem to accept, this is why I tell so many stories about people who didn't follow the law and then hurt and kill others on the road I truly appreciate you taking the time to leave the above review because you will notice in most of my reviews where they are negative those people admit they didn't follow it and I was rude because I held them accountable and if I have to be rude to keep my license safe from people who are trying to risk it rude is what I'll be I meet people where I find them if you are sweet I'm the sweetest person but if you're rude I will let people look in the mirror and reflect upon how they just treated me, as it takes a lot of patience to be a driving instructor, a job not many can do, but that doesn't mean that I will allow people to walk all over me or treat Me terribly , nor, should anyone else Thanks again I wish you many happy safe miles!!

says Patrick Nance of Gloversville who texted me to register for my 5hr class and then I send him the registration info and he proceeds to call me shady and a scammer, not a legit business so I gave him a screenshot where are you could find me on DMV and said he could have searched Google for the same information , so it's obvious he did his due diligence after & found out I'm real to leave this negative review and after he proceeded to call me more names as I never called you any names Patrick Nance of Gloversville, therefore I suggest before you contact another business asking to use their services do your due diligence & check them out but no instead of taking a couple minutes to do that you would rather insult them calling them shady and not legit why because I only use PayPal or Venmo for payment for this class , why because I'm already receiving enough information by getting people's permit which is why don't take credit cards in case I were to ever get hacked and when you were shown you were wrong and that you could have googled me you couldn't handle it and proceeded to called me more names so I blocked you btw your names didn't hurt because my mommie taught me sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me, and never let anybody abuse you which is exactly what you did when calling me names which is why you wouldn't leave your full name here therefore I left it for you so everyone now knows that Patrick Nance of Gloversville is not a nice person who can't control himself and doesn't do his due diligence on companies he goes to use and because he doesn't then feels he can call the.person of that company names yet says in his review I shouldn't be allowed to communicate with people the only person that should be said about is you, Patrick Nance & after calling me names which makes you an abusive Bully I blocked you so you couldn't anymore!!

first off Michael Foster you're a Liar as well as a Vile & disgusting excuse for a Man because I don't take credit cards you paid me by PayPal and you never emailed me for help what you did was email me accusing me of being the reason you couldn't book your daughter's road test a decorated retired military man who is supposed to be honorable and have integrity as you are anything but honorable much less integrable because why would you call a woman the "C" word over something so trivial as not being able to book her road test and being enlightened that it was because she was not eligible at that time a man who receives contracts from our government as a self-employed contractor and when I contacted the Navy base in Milton the women in HR who answered the phone didn't seem too fond to hear you using that vulgarity either as when you couldn't book your daughter's test and you emailed me accusing it being my fault and I informed you that your daughter was not eligible to book a road test because her 6 month waiting period wasn't up because you didn't do your due diligence as a parent and it had nothing not do with me when I informed you of that you called me the "C" word the C U Next Tuesday word, then you post here saying you have to change your credit card information trying to slander me by saying that trying to make people think I'm a thief but I don't take credit cards and just like everything else you've posted above is alive and said to DMV which was found unfounded ,therefore you're anything but honorable, much less integrable and you're lucky I don't sue you for slander for insinuating anything about credit cards info when you paid by PayPal and for you going to New York State DMV and making up false allegations which also didn't work!! as so if anybody here is unhinged and can't control themselves it's you!! and any public information I got on you , you put out there between your LinkedIn and Facebook page therefore Michael Foster your word obviously means nothing and a person is only as good as their word and yours are lies & also disgusting!! your a man who thinks he can speak to women any way he wants when they inform you that your wrong about something and as a grandmother of a granddaughter who is in the military the same Branch Navy I'll be darned if she were to enlighten you that you were wrong that you think you could call her the "C" word and then go on public forums and lie about credit cards when everybody knows I don't take credit cards I use PayPal venmo cash and check only and always have and FYI I have never been affiliated with the BBB!!! and I feel very sad and now worry for your daughter safety and well-being that she has a father who calls women the "C" word over something so minor and I can clearly understand why you're divorced!! as you're obviously very abusive!!

Coming from the likes of you Drew McDonald tis laughable as your the rudest & most inconsiderate human being that texts ppl at 1230 am and then after being told it was inconsiderate you text again at 915pm you have no care for anyone but yourself and if it takes me to tell you it's rude and inconsiderate to text someone at those times I gladly will and as far as professional you should talk as I had to block your disgusting texts voicemails & Facebook msgs as well as Google msgs through here because you can't control yourself or the nasty vile things that come out of you but then again if you look at your reviews on home advisor and other places you take people's money and don't do the work or don't do it right... You Matthew Phillips are a Liar !! as you went to New York State DMV and told them I sent you a defunct link but u waited till last minute to join and found your camera didn't work!!! a link that worked fine every for everyone else I gave you classroom instructions after rng the zoom link and below are the instructions I sent you and if you didn't take them seriously that is your fault not mine because this is the New York state license course and I have to follow laws and regulations and if I don't they take my license off the wall and because you can't follow rules laws regulations and instructions that's not my fault nor am I allowing you to risk my license because you can't if I receive the following I would have made sure I was logged in by 3:45 because I actually open the classroom up at 330 but tell everyone 345 and I let everybody in from the waiting room at 3:55 and therefore whether you're one or two minutes late you late as you were told to be logged in on time ready and able to be seen by 4:00 p.m. and 4:02 is late and if you can understand that that's not my problem my problem is to follow the laws and guidelines New York State DMV gives me so I can keep my license on the wall and if you booked an airplane train or bus ticket and you broke down on the way there in your car and you didn't arrive for that flight bus or train on time it would leave without you my class started at 4:00 p.m. you weren't there and I left without you and I don't have to offer you another seat because the airline train and bus station won't give you another one as if you want to continue on to your destination you'll have to pay again, because we sell seats & because I am only allowed so many seats in my classroom per class I shouldn't have to forfeit for one for someone who doesn't think the rules and regulations and the laws of New York State don't apply to them, because had you logged in at 3:45 when I told you even though the waiting room was open at 3:30 and some people logged on right after I opened it you wouldn't have been late but you waited till last minute found out you were having technical issues which is why the directions say for whatever reason to cover technical issues or if somebody chooses to wait till last minute and find their device is not working properly because had you done it when you should have you would have been on and instead of taking accountability and just because you were polite doesn't mean you don't have to follow the rules and I don't think threatening someone is polite here is what you received along with everybody else and why would I send that if I didn't enforce!!! because that means I'm not a person of my work and if anybody knows me that's exactly who I am which is why I make it sound like if you don't log on for whatever reason you will lose your money and if no one has ever held you accountable up until today well unfortunately it got to be my job to do that because I'm not letting anybody risk my license especially someone who can't follow instructions if you have a printer please go to my website & under menu bar choose road test sheet and print that sheet for class, if you don't have a printer then please take a few minutes to look over the road test sheet on my website that way you'll be familiar with it when I use it during class I will see you May 18, 2023 at 4pm. via Zoom the waiting room will open up at 345pm failure to login for whatever reason, be ready & on time as well as able to be Seen will result in a loss of your money!!! please note this policy is strictly enforced!! no exceptions & I mean no exceptions.. As these are NYS Laws , marybethsschoolofdriving.com every driving school has the same policy so when you go somewhere else maybe you'll follow theirs because they're not going to let you risk the driving school license on their wall either nor are they going to lose money on a seat because you didn't or couldn't follow the instructions you were given

I don't have to be flexible as your grandson received a zoom link 24 hours before class and the reason I do send it is so people can check to make sure they can log on , on time but he didn't choose to do that either because if he did I would receive notification from it and this is what he received after he received his Zoom link because this is a New York state licensed course and because the waiting room opened up 15 minutes early actually I opened it up at 8:30 and he chose to get on last minute and then had technical support and if anybody sent me the following message I would have made sure I was on at 8:45 I am not letting anybody risk my driving school license and if you showed up late to an airplane train or a bus for a ticket that you bought and you didn't put your butt in that seat that vehicle would leave without you if you wanted to continue to go to your destination you would have to buy another seat because we make money selling seats and I'm only allowed so many seats per class and I shouldn't have to forfeit a selling seat because your grandson didn't do what he was supposed to do but here we have another person who can't take accountability for their failures from their own choices and decisions as I didn't keep him from logging on he chose to wait till last minute and then he knew he didn't have a camera even though the directions were very clear that you must be seen here the standard message I sent after the links the only thing I change is the date and time I don't know how it can get any clearer but instead of holding your grandson responsible you want to come and hold me and I won't allow it because everybody else was in that classroom on time they all logged on early because they believed the message they received if they didn't unlike your grandson therefore I hope you're $50 loss has taught you a valuable teaching lesson that when someone says you need to do something or you will lose your money you do it but obviously not because here you are blaming me instead of blaming your grandson!!! HERES WHAT WILL RECEIVE AFTER YOUR ZOOM LINK AND IF YOU CAN'T ABIDE BY THIS FOLLOWING DON'T COME TO ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CUZ I'M SICK OF GETTING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU WHO DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND WHEN THEY DIDN'T I HOLD THEM TO THE BUSINESS POLICIES THAT EVERY DRIVING SCHOOL HAS !!! Saratoga county like most county's is big 844 miles to be exact you expect me to cover 844 miles I like most driving schools only travel so far for pickup and traveling a 1/2 hr 1 way and another back for an hr lesson makes no sense and you were offered that you were more then welcome to come to me like a lot of other people have &do who live to far away for pickup but don't want to travel that far yet expect me too therefore I find this review absolutely ridiculous as I'm in business to make money and if a driving school traveled an hr round trip for every lesson no driving school would even exist anymore .. & what did it cost you 5 mins to text me to ask to find this out ... wow... like I said ridiculous

Spencer Thomas just like everyone you were sent following instructions after receiving the Zoom link in which you replied "got it" if you have a printer please go to my website under road test sheet and print that sheet for class, if you don't have a printer then please take a few minutes to look over the road test sheet on my website that way you'll be familiar with it when I use it during class I will see you March 11 2023 at 9am. via Zoom the waiting room will open up at 8:45 am failure to login be ready and be on time as well as able to be seen will result in a loss of your money marybethsschoolofdriving.com I even sent proof that other driving schools having the same policy as this is a New York state class and if you aren't logged in ready and able to be seen by the time told you were well aware of what your consequences would be " loss of money" You were sent the link 23 hrs before the start of class giving you ample time to log in and make sure everything worked & and that there would be no technical difficulties but neither you or your daughter Maya Lynn Johnson- Thomas chose to do that which is why i send it the day before as if you did like you said you did I would have received a notification of it like I did from the people who actually did and I didn't get one for you Then for some insane reason because your so self-entitled that you think that my business policies or New York state laws dont apply to you or your daughter & even after you were told NO multiple times when you asked me to make an exception I told you I don't make exceptions because if I do it for one person then I have to do it for everyone or it's not fair and then what would be the sense of sending those rules and policies if I don't enforce them and if I don't enforce them I lose my license to teach and I'm not losing my license because you & Maya failed to do what you're supposed to & when you were supposed to do it, as I explained when you pay and take a spot you keep me from giving that spot to somebody else as we're only allowed so many spots per class, however you would not accept that I wouldn't make an exception so then you continued to harass me with a barrage of text messages for hours where i just ignored them & then the next day even before business hours started you started sending them again asking the same question I had already answered and once you realized you weren't getting your way you became nasty and insulting which is when I told you to take your insults and nastiness and have a nice day and not to contact me again BTW , Everyone should know that your daughter Maya had my phone number and could have texted me when she couldn't get in or log on but she did NOT!!!, Question what does Maya do in school when she needs to contact one of her teachers about something does she have daddy do that for her too?.. she personally texted me about getting a duplicate certificate few days before where I had to tell her that her certificate had expired therefore she was very aware of how my class works But instead of accepting responsibility like an adult or holding your daughter accountable like a responsible parent should therefore ensuring to raise a responsible individual ,as you stated in text that you were at work when she could not log on but that she had been in the waiting room since 8:45 and if that was also true then she would have came in with everybody else when I opened the class up but she wasn't as I told you she did not log on till well after 9:15 as I saw when she came in and even mentioned it during class as all my zoom classes are recorded but instead of being a responsible adult & parent you want to come here & leave negative feedback and blame me for you & your daughter's failures because you & your daughter DIDN'T do what you were supposed to even after you were told what would happen if you didn't that's really twisted and says a lot about you for everyone to see!!!

NYS DMV rd test driving school scheduling system went down and screwed up your 1st appointment that I had booked and took you to giving you an hour lesson which I was never paid for I then rescheduled your rd test right in front of you & today i contacted you to let you know we needed to go early due to my doctor's appointment being moved up which is when you informed me that your father was taking you had I not contacted you you would of not even had the decency to contact me to let me know you were canceling and would have allowed me to drive all the way to your house for the appointment and then never ever paid me for the lesson I already provided and I told you I was going to per my website policy cancel your road test because I booked it and you didn't even have the decency to let me know your father was taking you leaving that appointment in the book keeping me from being able to give that appointment to someone else causing financial harm to my business after you already had services rendered that you never ever paid for which now makes you a thief in my book !!! at that point you started calling me vulgar names where I had to tell you if you contacted me again I would call the police and have you arrested for her harassment!!! then I started receiving the same type of conduct from your father who owns H2O water solutions in Malta which I had to say the same thing to him that I said to you don't ever contact me again because if you do I will consider it harassment and contact the police and now after youcall me vulgar names & steal from my business but then have the audacity to come on here and leave negative feedback I'll make sure I do the same for your father's business because I'm sure that when people find out that he knew his daughter was rendered services from a business that she never paid for and that his daughter didn't have the decency to even contact that business and cancel the appointment she scheduled with them and then when that business holds her to their policy they both call her vulgar names they might look a little sideways with doing business with him I am not responsible for the New York State driving school website road test scheduling system and if it goes down and has a glitch and screws up someone's appointment that is not my fault which is what happened with your appointment and you were rendered services that you never paid for and then tried to say that your father called me to cancel when your father admits he didn't know he had to which is odd to me because he knew I rebooked the appointment & even if he didn't know it doesn't matter as I booked the appointment with you someone who's supposed to be responsible enough to get behind the wheel with other people's lives and then you lied and said he called me so you are not only a thief but a liar in my book!!! and now everyone can see it Rya Torres because I have all the texts to back it up!!! and I hope that future employers and colleges when they go and look you up on the internet which a lot of colleges and employers do before hiring people that they see this so they know what they're dealing with someone who can't tell the truth and steals people's business services and can't accept responsibility when they are wrong and instead of accepting responsibility become vulgar to the person they wronged

ITS MY FAULT SHE DIDN'T DO WHAT SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO At least I'm real dont trust someone who hides behind a fake name on the internet as I never had a customer with this name who if you look at her reviews only uses it to leave negative ones first she leaves one review saying I scammed her money which was slander and she knew it which is why she changed it now she's changing it to about my Yelp reviews this is not Yelp and this is Google and I have been doing this business for 22 years and if I have 20 bad reviews in 22 years that's not that bad especially when I have to deal w people like you who did not do what she was supposed to do and instead of accepting blame and responsibility comes on here trying to attack me and my business and again understand everyone reading this if she was doing what she should have been doing in the 1st place she wouldn't be breaking rules and laws that results in her losing her license and ending up back in my classroom to begin with!!!! ( which means she was putting the public at risk which is why she doesn't use her real name ) Everyone is sent the link to the class the night before that way if you have not used zoom before you can make yourself familiar with it when I send the link with it I also send Specific instructions that you are to be logged in ready & able to be seen & on time and if you are not you will forfeit your money you are forewarned of what will happen if you are not logged in & able to be seen and all driving schools have this rule as we are licensed by the state of New York and it is a timed class for some reasy you chose not to make yourself familiar with the app and you waited till last minute to log on therefore you need to take accountability for your actions because I open the waiting room up 15 minutes before class even starts so people can get in logged on & be ready again you chose not to do any of that and waited till 4:00 trying to use an app you've never used before and not knowing how to work your camera that is not my fault that is yours !! & I will not allow you to blame me for your shortcomings when it comes to following rules which is why you ended up back in my classroom to begin with to get your license back!!!

AGAIN ITS MY FAULT THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY WE'RE TOLD TO DO!!! everybody understand that this person was sent to link the night before class with the link they are sent specific instructions that if they are not logged in and ready and able to be seen by 4:00 p.m. they will forfeit thier money I give people 5 minutes after the start of class time to get themselves together and if they can't that is not my fault because I am sanctioned by laws of the state of New York for my licensing if you choose not to download or use and get familiar w the app prior that is your fault and not mine!!! I open the class into the waiting room 15 mins prior , try showing up late to a Regents or GED exam and see what happens they are NOT letting you in because it's ran by the state & with are rules and regulations I'm no different. I am only allowed so many individuals per class when you register and take a spot it keeps me from giving it to someone else try taking a college class and if you don't show up or choose to quit they keep your money why because you took a spot you contacted me I sent the registration information upon receiving your pmt and documents I sent the link the night before with the specific rules of what day& time that you need to be logged in and able to be seen & if you are not what will happen you obviously didn't care maybe next time you will as when you don't follow rules thier are consequences and the only person you can blame is yourself but instead your on trying to blame me which I will not ALLOW as I didn't stop you from downloading and learning the app so that you were familiar with it or keep you from logging in on time so if telling you the truth is considered rude so be it as I'm not saying anything here that I didn't text you

Abigail Clark let's be honest here you contacted me at 11:00 at night and instead of asking me for my licensing number which to be honest a smart person would have done research on anybody they were looking to do business with before contacting them you could have contacted DMV you could have gone and looked at my website but when you called me a scammer & fraud then swore at me that was when I cut you off and blocked you by the way I'm a personal business which means I'm a person first I'm not Price chopper and I'm not open 24/7 have some respect and consideration of the time when you contact people and if you were so concerned I was a scammer why did you send me all your information again that wasn't smart again on your part and you call me the child you're 16 years old and how you spoke to me was disgusting and I don't have to take that from nobody nor do I have to allow anybody who speaks like that in my presence much less my class

All you had to do was contact DMV to see if I was legit you didn't have to call me a scammer first upon contacting me and I see leaving one bad feedback wasn't enough for you Abigail you had to do two and you call me a child you're just mad that I wouldn't put up with the way you treated me btw constructive criticism doesn't include someone swearing at you my dear child in case you didn't know that...
