Negative experience: Cancelled on my driving test appointment (a $150 package) the day before my driving test and did not even apologize. They just called, said they could not accommodate me and left it at that. It's understandable that conflicts arise but cancelling the day before is unprofessional and prevents the customer from booking another driving school at such short notice. Definitely don't entrust them with something so important. They are definitely offering some kind of false incentive for positive reviews, quite telling that they have only 2 stars on yelp.

With a steady hand and a patient grace, She guided me through each challenge I'd face. In the driver's seat, I was just a novice, unsure, But Stacy's wisdom and guidance, I could always secure. She taught me the rules, both big and small, And with every lesson, I felt ten feet tall. From the basics of signaling to parallel park, Stacy made it clear, left no room for the dark. Her calm demeanor in traffic's chaotic stream, Turned anxious moments into a tranquil dream. With a smile on her face, she'd say, "You've got this, dear," As I nervously navigated, plagued by fear. Her confidence in me was a comforting embrace, And she gave me the skills to pass the road test with grace. Through rain and shine, we'd drive along, Stacy's knowledge and patience were incredibly strong. She'd say, "Mirror, signal, shoulder check, and go," And in her guidance, I began to truly glow. Parallel parking was once a daunting task, But with Stacy's guidance, it became easy, not a mask. And when the day of the test did arrive, I felt prepared and ready to thrive. Thanks to Stacy's teachings, I passed with flying hues, Her dedication to teaching, I'll never lose. In the world of driving, she's a shining star, My instructor, my guide, who took me so far. So here's to Stacy, my instructor so fine, For giving me the skills to navigate each sign. With gratitude in my heart, I now drive the road, Thanks to you, Stacy, my confidence has flowed.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service when I called they hung up on my calls, and when they finally answered they were rude and sacist .

Fantastic experience: I did the four lesson plan with Valerie and she was so helpful, patient, and an amazing instructor!! I learned so much in just four lessons and could tell by the end that I improved so much. I highly recommend Valerie she was great!! :)

Fantastic experience: I had Stacy as my instructor for a pre-licensing course I had to complete in order to get my full license and hopefully begin using my EMT license to get a job in the city. Entering the course not sure of my driving level, she was able to point out the specific details in my driving technique that I would lose points on the road test for, and gave different directions and words of advice for each of them. She prepared me for my road test with multiple practice road tests, and also made sure to hone in on what I said I needed work on. She never got upset at the little mistakes, and always kept the environment friendly. In the future, i’ll make sure to recommend Stacy from this course to anyone who needs help with driving! She was patient, funny, focused, reassuring, and most importantly, a kind instructor who made me confidently pass my road test on the first try.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience! If I may recommend one of the instructors offered at All-Suffolk Auto School in Lake Grove, it would be Stacie. She has all my thanks for teaching me and my other three peers how to drive and more importantly making the learning experience fun and adventurous. She has a welcoming and bubbly personality that made the four of us more than comfortable while driving. She came up with topics of conversation that would end with all of us smiling and laughing together. Life is full of failures and successes and Stacie reminded us of that. She reminded us that we did not have to apologize for making a mistake because mistakes are bound to be made. Also, each time someone finished their session of driving she had us all clap for that person to let them know that we are all here for each other. We took two practice road tests over the course of the summer class. The first one I failed, but I did not get discouraged. I tried my best to improve and on the second one I passed. I am confident to say that Stacie helped me become the driver I am today.

Negative experience: I had Stacy as a driving instructor and as much as she has good Reviews I didn’t see the appeal. She was rude when I took 10 minutes to get outside meanwhile she showed up to all of my lessons NOT on time. She has rude remarks and made me feel very uncomfortable and stressed to drive with. I do not recommend having her as your instructor if you are sensitive and get stressed easily.

Fantastic experience: My daughter did the four-lesson package with Guy, and had an amazing experience! We booked with him because several of her friends recommended him, and we were not disappointed! He is so easy to talk to and has such a great personality, my very nervous daughter was put at ease right away. She looked forward to every lesson, and really felt that he gave her the skills and confidence needed to pass her road test on the first attempt! Her last lesson was today (right before her road test), and I have to say that we will miss seeing him! We highly recommend him, ask for him and you will not be disappointed! Thank you, Guy, it was a pleasure getting to know you!

Fantastic experience: I recommend to specifically ask for Stacy as your instructor! I had Ron before Stacy and not only does he talk more and teach less, you're driving to far places and only have enough time to practice a little bit before heading home. He also brings in politics, which is pointless because I'm here to drive. When I got Stacy, not only was she queer and trans accepting and asked for my preferred name, (something that Ron never did) she also made me notes she went over with and gave for me to keep, and made me drive shorter distances to make the most of the lesson parallel parking as I requested. Very detailed and helpful explanations as well. Specifically ask for Stacy!!

Fantastic experience: When I started I was so nervous but my instructor Guy Gagliano told me to tell my self I was a better drive that I thought I was and to have confident in my self which helped me a lot since i have really bad anxiety and with practicing a couple of times and showing me how to drive and to parallel park perfect,I took my road test and passed and couldn’t be happier.He also took my brother who had zero experience of driving and he also passed his road test, with zero mistakes. 100% recommended him such a sweet person and amazing person to learn how to drive.

Negative experience: Stay far away from this driving school. My instructor did not give me feed back on how to stop making the same mistakes over and over again. All they care about is getting your money. I was charged $215 for a road test with a 7 am pickup, confirmed by text and phone call, but the person picking me up did not get me until 7:20 am. Highly unprofessional. If you want the best chance at passing your road test, do not go to these people.

Fantastic experience: I have been using All Suffolk for quite some time now. Thankfully I had taken Stacy as my teacher! She has taught me so well and makes my driving lessons so fun!! I have passed my road test because of her. Totally recommend!!

Fantastic experience: When I first started, Stacie reassured me and made sure I wasn’t nervous to drive. When my instructor switched to Valarie, she also made sure I was calm and taught me how to easily parallel park. At the end I felt ready for my road test and wasn’t nervous.

Negative experience: Started off good with a great instructor, then they switched instructors after a few lessons which was on a different page “contradicting lessons taught by the other instructor” called for our kid to have the original instructor for the road test for a lesson before the road test and actual test was stuck with the not so good instructor. Secretary wasn’t really helpful with scheduling and was rude so our kid was stuck with the other uncomfortable instructor. She wasn’t nice was more worried about her phone and changing the radio station vs teach our kid and make her feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately she failed. We Don’t recommend.

Positive experience: The instructors in this school are excellent at their job. especially Valerie she is good at keeping the student calm and informed on what they did wrong. she also teaches the student skills that are beyond those found in the test. my only issue with the school is that its a bit pricey but besides that it's an excellent school especially since they offer convenience by picking up their students.

Once I got home, I booked my next session with her and haven’t stopped thinking about driving. I can’t wait to get out there again with Stacie!
