Negative experience: POOR SERVICE!! ‍♂️ RUNN!!. So they cancel the course I paid in advance and call me the day of literally an hr away from the class to tell me it has been canceled do to the lack of students enrolling. An HR before?! Extremely unprofessional when you set aside time from your busy schedule with work, and school to accommodate their schedule. I don't know if this is the way you conduct business, but I'd rather take my money elsewhere. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! Oh btw the receptionist lady so rude and they quick to charge right. I expect my full Refund.

Fantastic experience: I took the 6 hour driving course for (Adults 18-24). I highly recommend taking this class with Mrs.Gonzalez , I can vouch that she is very knowledgeable,high spirited and very nice. I was nervous when coming to class not knowing what to expect but she made the those 3 hours seem like only 5 minutes with her advising the class and teaching them everything they need to know. I highly suggest to take this class with her ! Tomé el curso de conducción de 6 horas para (Adultos 18-24). Recomiendo encarecidamente tomar esta clase con la Sra. González, puedo dar fe de que está muy bien informada, de buen humor y muy agradable. Estaba nerviosa cuando vine a clase sin saber qué esperar, pero ella hizo que esas 3 horas parecieran solo 5 minutos con ella aconsejando a la clase y enseñándoles todo lo que necesitan saber. ¡Te sugiero encarecidamente que tomes esta clase con ella!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous about my test but it was a great experience. My instructor explained everything that was going to happen on the test, he gave clear directions which really helped calm my anxiety down. Paul Jackson was my instructor, he is a professional and very kind. He had such a calm demeanor that put me at ease. Hopefully you get him as your instructor if you take your test. Highly recommend Cazares, they were all very helpful and informative.

Negative experience: the service in this place is so bad they forget that you have an appointment scheduled for driving. Not good instructors in my opinion and i’ve been driving for a while.

Negative experience: This school is absolutely horrible. Please DO NOT sign up your children or put any money towards this school. My beautiful daughter had her first driving lessons and was absolutely disappointed at the teacher. Specifically Mrs. Gonzales, she in fact should NOT be a teacher if she keeps being rude to my daughter and every other kid she is being rude and disrespectful too. She is being very unprofessional and should not even be in a position to teach someone. She should be fired immediately. I will not stand for someone to be rude to my daughter and other kids. Driving should not be scary and have kids nervous because their instructor is yelling at them and braking every moment. Absolutely disappointed, thought this would be the perfect school… So again please do not bring your children here if you dont want them coming out traumatized. 0/10

Fantastic experience: Passed my driving test in 1 week after 1 on 1 instruction with Mrs. Gonzalez! Gained confidence in driving during my first lesson, despite my little driving experience. Would recommend for any amateur drivers.

Negative experience: My daughter went to this location and has told me multiple times that Mrs Gonzalez is extremely rude and yells at the drivers. Super unprofessional considering she is supposed to be teaching them and not disciplining them. I’ve also heard that she makes unnecessary stops at locations frequently while the students are driving.

Fantastic experience: I have had a very pleasant experience with Ms. Gonzalez as my driving instructor. I have observed a first time driver and she was very patient with the driver. She has also been very professional with how she handles situations to make us better drivers.

Fantastic experience: i was observing sergio and he was a bad driver on the 6th lesson mrs gonzalez handled it well even tho he did make some mistakes but she kept her composure and told him at the very end “it’s best if you learn to handle the car better and to practice and not be in a rush to take the drivers test” she’s overall a great instructor and is very informative with driving and instructs well with being able to handle mistakes i make or other people make .

Negative experience: NOT SURE WHY THEY KEEPING SAYING LOG IN AT 5PM IS THERE ONLY ONE CLASS ONE TEACHER ONCE A DAY!!!!HOW CAN ANYONE GET IN!!!!!!! I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOAD IN MY DAUGHTER FOR WEEKS WE FINALLY GET A CLASS FOR WEDNESDAY 11/24 AND THEY CANCEL HER ...WTH AND I'VE BEEN CALLING THEY ARE OPEN AT 1-6PM NO ANSWER ANSWERING MACHINE FULL CAN'T LEAVE MESSAGES MY DAUGHTER GOING TO BE 30 BY THE TIME THEY FINISH. HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK THIS IS $#%@%&*^%&(*&^$&()(

Negative experience: Is there a negative one star rating available? I was told not to go with this driving school, but I didn't listen. I was told they are not compliant and do not serve the paid in full customer at all. Whomever answered the phone at the McAllen location needs training in customer service. Telling me things like "we told you guys" and "the paper says to log in at five." The document she was speaking about clearly states Thursdays AFTER 5:00 PM. I did just that. Logged on Thursday at 7 PM. Young lady telling me it was my fault I couldn't find anything (granted not in so many words). This establishment is unorganized and poorly run.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Cazares Driving School because of their professionalism and their dedication to make sure all students are prepared at the time of taking their exams. They have an excellent group of staff that are always well prepared to answer all your questions and concerns in a efficiently and timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love and recommend Cazares Driving School! I had a horrible experience at another driving school that I won’t name here with my son. Did some research and decided to check out this school for my daughter and love it! They are very professional and the staff is very friendly. Mr. Martinez is an excellent instructor and I’m confident that my daughter is going to be prepared to drive on her own when the time come.

Negative experience: I was astounded by the treatment of my friend's son.  The treatment of the program of services was not only unprofessional but plain rude.  I recommended this program to my friend for her son because of my nieces and nephew.  They learned how to drive here.    I was present at various moments when the program would cancel on them without prior notice.  My friend would call to confirm the appointment.  She is a single mom.  She depends on scheduling.  She schedules due to work and home.  She prioritizes her time wisely.  Several times, individuals canceled without warning.  There was no explanation.  One specific time she spoke to women who did not give my friend her name.  She even hung up on her.  The individual woman said she was doing my friend and her son a favor.  A favor for a service.  A counterproductive service.  Please owners, in the past you had great service.  Take into consideration who you hire, and how you conduct your business.  You had great customer service.  I am sorry I recommended you.  I hope things change.

Negative experience: This is the worst driving school than any of my teens have attended. This school does not teach, does not keep the driving schedules, customer service is rude and to top it off when you want to schedule a drive they say they are doing you a favor. Please do not enroll yourself in this school. You will save yourself many headaches.

Negative experience: Absolutely do not waste your money here. OK all the teacher did was play driving videos from the 1980s and nonstop talking about don't drink and drive. THEY NEVER tough me how to drive whatsoever. Sometimes the teacher would play the same video twice without knowing she played it yesterday. The instructor was by far the worst thing ever. He would actually yell at me when I so something wrong. I almost cried due to the yelling and ever since then I've been scared to hold a steering wheel again.

Negative experience: Cazares is the worst driving school , take it from a student , their hours are the most inconvenient and They have the worst instructors. On top of having the worst service , their instructor driving and observation hours are so inconvenient because you can only take 1 per week meaning that you have to wait 7 weeks to finish your hours. Their driving tests with instructors is the worst experience I’ve had , don’t pay for Cazares when the better alternative is RST Driving . This is not paid for in any way , I’m an actual student that attended Cazares in mission and in all honesty it sucks!

Negative experience: Customer service is less than the best. Wouldn’t choose this school if I had to sign ANYONE up for driving lessons. They will say that you can sign up for driving hours online on Thursdays 5pm but good luck with that actually happening.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school there is in McAllen

Negative experience: They messed up on my green form so they delayed the meeting and i had to wait 2 more hours so not off to a good start, the instructor is pretty smart but very repetitive about what she teaches so i didnt learn much. Its not worth the 300$ to pay for this class i believe the cost for this should be less than 300$ because it really isnt worth that much, than the people that work there are commiting insurance fraud as well so us the kids are learning illegal things as we learn some legal things, the teacher forced us to tell us who wrote a review and to give her a 5 star review so all those 5 stars were mostly forced or a joke. this was honestly not a good enviroment for teaching driving.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Not professional at all, we pointed an error from their part and took it very personal with attitude instead of apologizing. They are not organized. Don't waste you time or money.

Fantastic experience: I took the CPR class here. It was a great experience. I definitely felt prepared for different scenarios and for the exam. The learning is hands on and the instructor was super knowledgeable. The class is only 2 hours which was just enough time to fit everything in.

Fantastic experience: They have a Dodge Charger for their lessons and offer the Adult Defensive Driving course every so often. If you have an appointment in the morning and it is winter, stay in your car because the morning staff sometimes runs late.
