Fantastic experience: I took the driving test last year, and I still recommend this place, the instructors, and their teachings here. I got Patrick, who was chill, respectful, and taught me a lot with the lessons he gave me, and other things that I did not get told much when I took two tests back in the American Driving Academy. I then took the lessons, applied it to pass the test. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this location for practice drives and the driving test. My son came here to do a few practice drives before his driving test and he learned so much. He had Patrick, who was calm and very informative. My son said he felt confident to take his drive test after his practices with Patrick. He said he learned so much from him. My son did pass his drive test the first time and we owe it to Patrick who helped him become more prepared. Thank you!

Positive experience: I took a 6 class package with Patrick and of those, I had 1 class with Justin. The class with Justin was very good and informative. Patrick was patient and calm during the lessons. I failed the drive test twice and was told I had to go to another location or drive school if I wanted to take the test again. I went to American Driving Academy and I passed the driving test there. Dina at American Driving Academy was awesome too. I found out a few new things which I missed on my test with Dina which she explained to me clearly after the test. Even though I had passed I appreciate the fact that she took the time to correctly explain where I lost point and how I should correct my driving.

Negative experience: Patric clearly wanted to make more money. We wore a body camera to ensure no foul play, sure enough all the violations not looking over the shoulder not putting on the turn signal in time we’re all bogus this person does not have integrity, steer clear

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at Road Star with behind the wheel driver training and the drive test. The environment is friendly and educational. Justin gave my daughter clear and helpful information which helped her feel confident taking the driving test. He was very kind and supportive. Driving with a parent for the log hours and beyond I think is also key, as I can tell my daughter has become more comfortable and a better driver the more supervised driving hours she has. No need to be nervous for the test drives or drive test as Road Star prepares you in a very positive environment! We will be taking our other kids there, too.

Negative experience: The online class is very dull and my son had a hard time taking it. Their in person class isn’t for another 6 months so we’ll be going somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: My son took his driving test with Justin. My son was so nervous but Justin was great, answered a few questions we had before the test. We were relieved that there wouldn’t be any tricky turns or “gotcha!” moments. It was pretty straightforward and my son just had to demonstrate that he could stay in his lane, check over his shoulder before turning or changing lanes, and always have a hand on the steering wheel. No parallel parking, no big, busy roads— no high speed merging or risky maneuvers. We’re definitely coming back to this location when our youngest son is ready for his test.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! We took my daughter here for her driver's class and license test and her instructor was Justin. He was very helpful and gave her all kinds of great information about how to better her driving skills and become more safe on the road. My daughter became much more confident with driving after working with him. The other staff all seemed very nice and helpful a well!! Great experience!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. All of the instructors my daughter had were great. Everyone should sign up their young new drivers to take at least a few courses with a driving instructor, although we did several and it was the best money we ever spent. They will fill in whatever gaps you may have in your teaching and prepare them well and give them confidence for their driving test and being on the road. Driving is the most dangerous thing we do every day. Please ensure the new drivers in your life are well prepared.

Fantastic experience: I came here to take my driver's test and it was a pleasant experience. It was in a convenient location and had amazing instructors.

Fantastic experience: I was not too happy to take another driving test, as I had a valid drivers license from another state and still had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get another Colorado drivers license. It was a technicality from a late fee from when I was twenty-four that put me in a position to be stressed and entirely uncomfortable going through all of the initial things to yet again have a valid drivers license. With that being said, Susan at the desk was comforting and empathetic and my instructor/grader Justin who rode with me was fantastic. I would hire both of those individuals instantly. The business is fair for pricing compared to others and everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable. Five stars for them!

Negative experience: I do not recommend Road Star's online driver's education class for learner's permits. The information is of very poor quality and some of it actually differs from what is in the official Colorado DMV Handbook. My daughter spent the majority of the 30 required hours of instruction trying to answer questions that were not in the online learning material. If she got just one question wrong out of 15 questions, she would have to go back and do them all over again. I saw this for myself and it was absolutely maddening.

Fantastic experience: Great school to go to! They prepare you and give good details on what you need to work on. They also put you in situations that aren’t a normal thing to come by.

Fantastic experience: Im so happy that I got my driver’s licence from this school , I love this place they teach you everything that you need to know, I got some drive lesson with Justin I like him he was so nice , there is no way that you will fail your test if you get lessons from him !and he makeseverything easy for you, and I passed the drive test with Patrick’s he may look quiet and it may scare you because you gonna pass the test with him but his so nice and honest , he does his job very well ! Highly highly highly recommended!

Negative experience: Doesn't leave a very good impression when someone driving a car with the Colorado license plate of BUP-024, covered in advertisement signs for your company is tailgating me while I'm already going 5mph hour over. Then this person starts weaving in and out of cars. This was at night, so it leads me to believe that people could be teaching others to drive dangerously. Shouldn't drive like this while advertising for a diving school. Just saying.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Patrick was clear and decisive with his instruction, while still making you feel comfortable enough to learn how to maneuver yourself through traffic. Road Star got me my drivers license!

Fantastic experience: I had Patrick for 6 instructed hours plus the test and he was absolutely incredible, very calm and collected and a really nice person to be around especially on longer drives. Instruction was great and when it was time to take the test I felt completely prepared. It was a very relaxed environment, would recommend to anyone on their way to getting a permit/license.

Negative experience: Buyer beware! We purchased the 6 hours of driving. When my daughter got her permit, they had no availability to schedule her drives for over a month. We are moving out of state this summer and now can't complete her program. I have called 3 times for a refund of $360 or to work it out and no one will return my call.

Fantastic experience: All in all, very smooth, building was small but very clean. I didn’t catch the ladies’ name, but both she was very nice. Patrick, on the other hand… woof. He made me question humanity. (Just kidding - I was told to say something mean about him. He was great.) Awesome place and people, recommend both!

Fantastic experience: At first I didn’t think I would like the classes but after the 4 days I really started to like them. You don’t just sit in a classroom and look at PowerPoints and read all day, you actually get to do interactive projects and that made this class really good. You also take little mini test and take really helped because it showed me what I have to work on and what I am already good at. I think this was a great class.

Positive experience: My experience with Road Star Driving was overall really fun but I also learned a lot. Everyone there was super nice, we all got along really well. I would highly recommended Road Star Driving for anyone who is looking to learn a lot about safe and responsible driving, as well as having fun learning about it. The course is 4 days long from 9am to 5:30pm. Within that time span we don’t stay in a classroom all day, we are allowed to go outside or anywhere else while working on bookwork and stuff and assignments. Robin teaches the class in a way where we don’t feel dumb asking questions, and the work isn’t super hard. We are also given an hour for lunch where we can go anywhere we want, as well as a few 5-10 minute breaks throughout the day. We have a lot of freedom. 10/10 would recommend the program to all my friends and family!
