Había escrito hace 5 días atrás el gran placer que sentí al estar en ese lugar pero ayer y hoy estuve ahi recibiendo clases y en el examen de manejo, súper especial la atención de todos en el lugar, es un ambiente acogedor y de muy buena vibra, es un lugar familiar, además educativo en todos los sentidos, las chicas que hablan inglés se esfuerzan por hablar y entender el español y viceversa, eso significa que se puede aprender, son muy positivas con aquellos que han logrado pasar su examen sea escrito o práctico, serviciales y muy atentos, exigentes y a la vez carismáticos. Negative experience: I witnessed a horrifying and abusive dressing down of an employee in the office this morning. The boss was yelling in front of customers, using profanity and was absolutely unprofessional. Disgusting behavior. Zero stars.

Despite her driving anxiety and past negative experiences, Ms. Veronica's advice and calming presence helped her immensely. My daughter passed her driving test at 24 after a long, stressful journey. Fantastic experience: Grateful to have had Jen be my daughter’s driving instructor. Jen went out of her way one day to pick up my daughter at our home because there was torrential rain that day. I wanted to cancel, but she came to our home and picked up my daughter because she knew it would be great experience for her to drive in the rain under her instruction. She is a dedicated instructor. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience! I paid the practice first and did it with Jen, she’s amazing and made me feel well prepared to take the test, she helped me understand the road test and explained everything in detail. When it was time to do my test I was assigned with Scott, he’s also amazing and made me feel at ease, he explained everything very clearly as well. They both made me feel calm and comfortable at the time of practicing and doing the test! Thank God I passed it I’m so happy I did and recommend paying the practice before the test, it helps a lot. Thank you for all your help!!!

Negative experience: Si quieres perder tu dinero valla a ese lugar ,pagas 60 dólares y suspendes para eso vas a la licencia normal y pagas 6 dólares por prueba ,pesima atención y tienen prefecrencia con clientes,o sea ayudan a los que quieren y a los que no los dejan suspender y perder su dinero

Negative experience: Had an appointment scheduled for months to take a road test for my daughter. Called at 5 pm on Friday to cancel our appointment that was scheduled for Monday morning. This gives me ZERO time to find something else. The first person didn't speak any english. The second only spoke some so I don't really udnerstand why they were cancelling the appointment. You can't get DMV appointments for a month, so this is a HUGE problem. They couldn't even suggest somewhere else to go. Would NEVER recommend this place!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Listen, the level of professionalism and how welcoming the instructors and staff are at Bonita Safety Institute is beyond belief!!! My instructor was Scott Yeoman (the best!) and believe me when I say his method of teaching is accurate and informative, he’s calm and patient in teaching the skill of driving!!! Also, my examiner Jen was so comforting in the exam as she created conversation to keep me calm and focus while taking my road test. This driving school is absolutely the best in Southwest Florida and I recommend them a %100!!! Thanks again guys!

Negative experience: GET THE BLACK COROLLA CROSS OFF THE ROAD! SAT AT A GREEN LIGHT UNTIL IT TURNED RED AND GREEN AGAIN, AFTER FINALLY TURNING THEY IMMEDIATELY STOPPED TO HOLD TRAFFIC UP MORE! PLEASE WE ALREADY HAVE PLENTY OF SNOWBIRDS WE DON'T NEED SOMEBODY TEACHING ANYBODY TO DRIVE LIKE THIS! TERRIBLE

Negative experience: A driving instructor just rolled a stop sign, nearly hit me, then sped off to make a light that was turning yellow. If this is how they drive around Bonita this would be the very last place I would go to get “Safe Driving” advise. I would think you would drive more appropriately with your business plastered all over the vehicle.

Fantastic experience: It was my daughters birthday arrived early and they took us right away. We were welcomed By the friendly staff. Scott was my daughters instructor and he was fabulous. Scott was kind , patient and encouraging. Put my daughter at ease and was helpful during the instruction. Thanks Scott for making this birthday girls day. They are the best of the best!!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this traffic school!! When I first started, I was terrified to get on the road. But, by the second lesson, I was comfortably driving on the highway! Instructors Monica and Veronica always made me feel safe in the car and were the most fantastic teachers. Their calmness in any possible scenario is amazing. I will 100% be recommending them to my other permit-holding friends! Thank you guys so much; I wouldn’t have gotten the driving skills I have now without you!
