Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Andina Driving School. After many years away from driving, I found it very easy to ask questions about their programs and typically received answers within 24 hours. My instructor, Kattya, was the perfect mix of personable, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She quickly recognized how I think, and she was able to explain the rules of the road and considerations for different situations in a way that made sense to me. Her patience was remarkable. She had no problem going over things multiple times or answering questions until I truly understood them. Her goal was to make sure I felt completely comfortable in a car and on the road. In the end, it felt like I was driving with a knowledgeable friend. I cannot recommend Kattya and Andina Driving School enough!

Fantastic experience: I am 17, I did the driving program and took the driving test through Andina driving school. My instructor was Alex who was an amazing teacher and very safe. I completed over 30 hours of driving before taking my test that I passed on my first try. I definitely recommend for new drivers who need practice or anyone who has never driven in general.

From the initial sign-up to the final driving test, everything was organized to make learning as easy as possible. I was able to get my driver's license in just two weeks, which was amazing. Negative experience: Absolutely worthless. Paid for twelve hours of driving lessons for our minor child and instructor was on phone half the time. Did not provide step-by-step guidance or ensure they were ready for the test. The school was supposed to administer test on a Saturday and instructor did not show up at the time that the test was supposed to be conducted. The testing instructor reached out via text and indicated that they were on vacation and had no knowledge of the appointment. The owner ultimately sent us to a different school to conduct the driving test - for an additional cost to that second school. The second school indicated that our minor was not completely knowledgeable of all the rules and not 100% ready for the test - probably because of the stress caused that day by the first school not showing up as promised. Completely unprofessional. Owner did not contact us after the fact and did not acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience, nor did they offer a credit for the test that they failed to administer themselves. Stay away and use someone more reputable, reliable, and professional.

Negative experience: They give a class where they say a thousand things in 5 minutes. (I learned more from videos on YouTube). Don't waste your money. They wrote my name wrong on the theory test. I had to take the test again somewhere else because they never corrected it. I very respectfully asked for my money back, and it's been over a month and they haven't done it. Bad, all bad. By the way, they take a photo of you without consent. Dan una clase donde dicen mil cosas en 5 min. (Aprendí mas en videos en youtube). No pierdan su plata. Pusieron mal mi nombre en el examen teórico. Me toco hacer de nuevo el examen en otro lado por que nunca lo corrigieron. Muy respetuosamente pedí la devolución de mi dinero, y ya va más de un mes y no lo han hecho. Mal, todo mal. Por cierto, te toman una foto sin consentimiento.

Fantastic experience: Great driving school, everyone who works there is super nice and encouraging. My driving instructor Kattya had the most patience with me being that I was new to Florida, she would explain to me a lot to ensure that I didn’t make the same mistakes, being that I’m a visual learner she always drew up when she explained so that I would have a visual idea of what she’s saying. I would highly recommend this school especially for starters, if you want people who will work with you and to carefully teach you this is the school you should go to.

I have an anxiety disorder and am very nervous by nature besides, so I had held off on learning to drive for a long time before I took their Defensive Driving course for people with disabilities. It was a great experience - my instructor, Victor, was very knowledgeable and professional without coming off as intimidating or making me nervous, and I would recommend him to others in my situation. The owner, Mr. Carlo Monzon, was always very punctual and professional in our communications. I didn't encounter any issues during my time taking lessons through Andina. Overall, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good driving school, particularly anyone who has anxiety about driving.

Negative experience: Son unos ladrones te roban el dinero a la cara te dicen un precio para engancharte y después te cobran 40 dólares más para el curso de alcohol y droga cuando ellos dices que está incluído en el precio inicial son unos falsante y la escuela no sirve para nada

Negative experience: La persona que atiende el teléfono no está bien preparada me dijo 10 am y no me dijo que a las 8 comenzaba el otro examen necesario y perdí mi mañana de trabajo por esa mala información porque no pude examinar. Deberían tener personal las capacitado en customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with my instructor Kattya. She was very kind, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. I felt an instant connection with her. I was so nervous to drive outside of the neighborhood, but she helped me to become more confident in myself. I was a completely different person from my first class to my last class and I would like to thank her for helping me to get to where I am now. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The entire process was very smooth - and very quick. I was able to schedule the written test and then set up 20h of driving lessons within 2 weeks. They also took care of all my DMV appointments. Alex and Kattya were my instructors and they were both amazing, with different teaching styles, which was great for my learning. They put me in all sorts of different traffic situations including complex highways and so on. I felt 100% prepared for the driving test at the DMV and it went without a hitch! Highly recommend the school - this was a great experience and I feel like I have the skills I need to drive well!

Lo recomiendo infinitamente, el lugar es bastante cómodo pero lo mejor es la atención, la chica MUY amable y profesional, y el instructor igual, nos dió una clase excelente, solo con su clase y el poco conocimiento que ya traía de casa, fui capaz de terminar mi examen con muy buena puntuación, en resumen, muy recomendado, salí bastante satisfecho.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic tutoring that got me prepared for the written test! Along with this the driving lessons were fantastic. Not only did they help me pass the driving test with flying colors, but Kattya also prepared me for driving in the real world. She is extremely personable and a great person to have next to you while learning to drive. Fantastic experience: The only reason I went with a driving school is because it's impossible to get an appointment at the DMV. I know people who took their kids at 4 am and left the DMV at 12 noon. Somehow, Andina Driving School managed to get an appointment for my son just 2 weeks after I paid them. We were told to arrive 30 minutes before our appointment at the Coral Reef DMV location. My son and I arrived an hour early and so did the instructor, Roberto. He took my son for a 15-20 minute drive to practice what he would do during the real test. The car my son used for the test was from Andina Driving School. Roberto was patient and gave my son confidence. He made him practice several things more than once. He was a very nice guy. We returned to the parking lot of the DMV where Roberto gave me the insurance and registration cards for the car. Roberto waited while my son and I entered the DMV building. I did not pay for the $48 for the new license since I had already paid Andina Driving School. The appointment was for 9 am and we were done before 10:30 am. Andina's system is efficient. They were very professional both over the phone and via email. If you do not want to stand in line for 8 hours and can afford to pay extra, this is a good school to use. We do have to question why there are no appointments for months if a person tries online through the DMV website, but a driving school can get one almost instantly. It's not really fair to people who cannot afford it or simply do not want to pay extra. (It's $48 to get a Class E license, it's $309 to go through this driving school).

Fantastic experience: Carlo was very helpful in answering my questions when I was shopping around for driving tuition. I was very glad with my decision. My instructor Kattya was very patient and pleasure to work with. She focused on making me a better driver who was prepared for the roads not solely on preparing me just to pass my test (which thanks to her help, I passed on my first attempt).

Negative experience: Driver Alex never showed never Called either but yet they got full payment. When I called the office no one answered and you can Not leave a message either because the inbox is full. Bad experience, they don’t deserve any star at all. BEWARE!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Miami from India. Kattya my driving instructor taught me car driving with a lot of patience. She has a great sense of humour and very good communication skills. I have a baby and she was very flexible with last min cancellations and adhoc driving sessions. She was thorough with feedback and filled with positivity. I used to look forward to my driving sessions with her. Thanks to Kattya, I now have confidence on my driving skills. Her brother Carlos made sure he gave me sessions to prep me for the computer based exam. All in all, a very good experience indeed.

Negative experience: Estoy pasando por la misma situacion con el Señor Roberto Monzon me quito 400 dolares por unas clases de manejo y conseguir mi cita para la licencia que supuestamente tendria dos dias despues, ha pasado mas de un mes y no tengo ni clases ni cita, me amenazo de demandarme por difamadora porque le exijo que me devuelva el dinero, todos los dias le llamo y no atiende y cuando atiende me dice que me devolvera la llamada y no me llama. Les invito a todas personas que están siendo víctimas de esta estafa que denunciemos porque nadie tiene derecho a quedarse con el dinero de nadie ni de ser engañado. Por mi parte si no recibo una pronta respuesta lo haré y el que quiera sumarse nos podemos poner de acuerdo. No recomiendo en lo absoluto esta escuela de manejo, hay muchas opciones de personas honestas que pueden hacer un buen trabajo, no soliciten un servicio en esta escuela y muuucho menos con este señor.

Negative experience: Es la academia llena de farsantes ! El señor Roberto Monzon es un ladrón, me pidió dinero por adelantado para el examen teórico y alcohol y nunca salió con nada y me robó el dinero. No da información de nada ! Me bloqueo y nadie responde ! Abran los ojos con este estafador que ha robado a varias personas y la academia es de su madre y padrastro por eso ellos se hacen los locos con los reclamos ! No vayan nunca a ese lugar !!

Negative experience: If you are going to use this school, make sure you do NOT get Roberto, he is a scammer and likes to take more money out of his students one way or another. I paid for my classes at sign up, and he told me the day he picked me up that he had to charge me extra because I live in homestead and he did “not know about it”. I ended up having to pay $150 extra to HIM, not the school, and he maybe dropped me back off in homestead twice out of my 6 classes. I did pass my driver’s test thankfully, but overall I feel robbed and disrespected.
