Negative experience: Use caution if you have a neurodiverse driver. Our instructor allowed for multiple dangerous situations, was highly critical and totally zapped my child’s spirit. She put my child is a situation that she was not prepared for and the blamed her for the negative outcome. A poorly qualified and very dangerous instructor.

Fantastic experience: This place has been great. My twins just completed the class and got their permits. The Instructors have been amazing and the school affordable. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This school takes learning seriously. We appreciated that they took the time to show what could happen if teens did not take their driving in an imperative manner. This definitely made an impact on how our son treated the class. Our son really enjoyed learning from retired LEO and previous military. We are working on his first ten hours now, so he can go and begin his driving with an instructor. We definitely recommend this driving school to others. It is well worth the drive if you aren't close by!

Fantastic experience: My son took his driving exam at 911. The staff was friendly and the proctor was fair and informative. Will take my next son here.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended, no scams of failing if do not take classes with them. Both my wife and I did just the driving test with them and we both passed. Folks are really nice and also serious about their work. Don't hesitate to go there for your lessons and driving test!

Negative experience: I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a downright horrible and traumatic experience with this place. So I was taking a 1hr evaluation and I could from the start tell that the man who was the driving instructor was not warm and fuzzy and instead rather gruff which made me nervous from the get go. So first he goes over some stuff for like 5 minutes giving me a lot of information at once. We start driving and I ask him what he meant by the word search and he got all annoyed and said “Weren’t you listening,” in a very belittling tone which made me even more nervous. So we keep going for a while and he says that I tend to speed which was absolutely not true because I intentionally went under the speed limit, so I got even more nervous. And later he told me to turn left but I was so nervous that I made a mistake and was going to turn right and apparently there was a car in my blind spot which I didn’t see and then the instructor screamed at me extremely loud to turn left and then said “Whats wrong with you. What were you thinking!” I was extremely rattled by this and pulled over in the neighborhood and started crying and I told him that I needed to stop and wanted to go back. Where the instructor rudely told me “Seriously.” I was so freaked out by this guy that I got in the back seat. When we got back to the place and I got out of the car to go to my Dad he saw that I was crying and we both went inside. My Dad firmly asked the instructor “Why is she crying” (my Dad did not raise his voice). Then the instructor screamed at my Dad and got real close to him and put his finger in his face. My Dad told him to stop and don’t pull that with him. The instructor screamed at us to get out. We didn’t and asked for a refund and while the front desk lady was doing that the instructor went on saying that we almost got into a major accident because the car was right next to us (this was a lie and he later changed his statement after I said that wasn’t true, then saying that the car was in the blind spot). The front desk lady said that if a near accident happens then the instructor is supposed to immediately end the evaluation which he did not do (I ended it because he scared me). The instructor said “I shouldn’t have to teach on an evaluation,” but if someone makes a mistake you should correct them and never scream at them. I told the instructor that I’m autistic so I’m really sensitive and he rolled his eyes at me. We got our refund and then left. That instructor should be fired for the way he behaved. You do not scream at and get in the face of customers.

Fantastic experience: Just took my driving test and passed, instructor Don was clear and precise while also very friendly and welcoming . 10/10 would recommend best prices in the area too.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience with this place. The old white guy was being very angry and off putting from the get go. And come to find out he charged me a 135 dollars and failed me. Even though most placing are charing 80 for the same driving tests. I think he is ripping people off and I would not recommend it. After I got done with the test and I told the old white guy that I would like to find another place to take the test. He got mad and yelled that that was fine with him and I was a bad deiver. I have been driving for almost 20 years . I would not recommend this school!!! Shop around he is only in it for the money it seams like

Fantastic experience: My experience with this place is amazing. My driving examiner was great to talk to, and even gave me some tips during the test to help me pass. Im happy he even pointed out a mistake I made at the start to ensure I dont do it again. Really grateful. Last week I went to Colorado Driving Institute in Boulder and it was a horrible experience. So glad I made the trip down here, the staff are all so friendly and had a great experience overall. Highly recommend to do your tests here!

Negative experience: Pre-registered my son, family came down sick. Chose to cancel due to his immune-compromised complications, first was told no refunds then I had to tell them their own policies. They would only return 50% - so be sure to read all the fines and fees before signing up and giving them money.

Negative experience: We put our au pair/nanny in lessons here and she did the test through this school. They somehow passed her (I have no idea how). We trusted the school to actually test her though since the instructors are retired police officers. Well, she got in a minor accident one week after getting her license. She then totaled our car two weeks after that. Such a waste of money. $500 for 6 hours of lessons and she was just as bad as when she started. She said they didn’t make her drive on the highway or parallel park during her driving test, and her minor accident was her backing out of a driveway…probably should have tested her parking skills a bit more..

Their instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They understand they are dealing with teens and make the most of their classroom and practical driving lessons. Scheduling with the administrative staff is a breeze. They offer reminders and completely understand that life happens and reschedules need to take place from time to time. 911 is courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure your new driver gets everything they need to pass their test! I will no doubt be back for the youngest sibling!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: My son really enjoyed taking the drivers training classes at 911 Driving School in Westminster, Co. He learned a lot and was able to take his permit test on the last day of class! I also appreciated that they were always quick to respond to all of my emails/questions. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Hello all. I started my driving lessons as a 22 year old adult learning how to drive and I was so nervous and afraid. With the help of Greg, Jeff, Carl, and Josh, I accomplished what I wanted for so long. I got my drivers license and they helped me every step of the way. They were so patient, kind, and unafraid. I will forever be grateful to them!

Negative experience: Do not go to this place if your a person of color. They will lie about your test. The car has engine issues, old, beat up, smells, can't see out the back window. This place should be closed. Do not believe the good reviews.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids have been through the 911 Driving School program. The instructors are very thorough. Neither of my kids have had a ticket or an accident in the three years we've been associated with this company. Yay!

Positive experience: It was a good experience, and fast service in a professional manner. I needed to take a driving test again to get my license back, and since the DMV no longer allows people to take a driving test at the DMV.... !! I went through this business and the driving instructor was very professional , did his job well, and afterwards went out of his way to provide me with resources and information towards helping me down the road with obtaining a CDL.. A bonus with this place is they provide the vehicle for the test.. Now it was my first experience with driving an electric vehicle! But it went better than I thought and passed the test with flying colors, and it was a lot more pleasant than any other time I've had to take a driving test before.. so I recommend using these guys if u need to get your Driving License especially in a hurry . P. S. When I first looked for a service to do the test most places where months out for an appointment. These people called me back that day and had my booked the very next day first thing in the morning and this was the Monday after Christmas.. I'd still be waiting another 3 - 4 months till March for an appointment if I went with the first place I called !! Thanks again guys ! Great service !!

Fantastic experience: We couldn't be happier with 911 Driving School!!! They are kind, customer service oriented and professional. They offer all kinds of training programs. The instructors are Police Officers, like our Favorite, Dave Stovall. He was patient and very attentive. Ralph is the best! Thank you guys for all you give to so many young adults so they can have more independence!

Fantastic experience: I went here for drivers exam only, and everyone was very supportive and kind. My instructor was named Ralph and he took the time to make sure I was calm before the test. He was very kind towards me, and I could tell he was happy that I had passed the test. When I went into the school afterwards, the staff cheered for me, it was a great experience!

What a nice guy! Wonderful sense of humor! My driver's test with Ralph was not stressful at all. I felt very comfortable with him. 911 is the best school for drivers education! Fantastic experience: They got me in quick, were very professional, and let me reschedule when life got it the way. All the driving teachers are police officers and the lady at the front desk was AMAZING. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone wether it's your first time to get a license or a quick fix for a previous driver.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and responsive in scheduling classes and navigating driver's license classes for your teen. The classes are of high quality as are the driving instructors.

Negative experience: I was a student here, and my experience was nice up until I had to take my test. The instructors are patient and kind, and I learned quickly. I decided to take a third-party driving test through the school. I was told several times I would be able to use my own car to take the test, but when I walked in, I was told I would have to use one of their cars instead, due to COVID, which wasn't a big deal - until I drove their car. I was put in an ancient Kia model (window still had a crank) with a faulty gas pedal which stuck. It was incredibly difficult to maintain a decent speed (I could either speed by 3-5 mph or go 10 under the speed limit). I was expected to cope with the stress of taking a driving test with a man that I didn't know, as well as adapt to a faulty vehicle. The man giving me my test criticized my driving in a way that made it sound like he didn't want me on the road, only to tell me I passed, with nothing positive to say about my driving. Made my mother (and myself) a lot more nervous about my being on the road than was necessary. I was told that "most test takers adapt to the vehicle within the first five minutes." All in all a good school for instruction, but do not take your test here.

Fantastic experience: 911 Driving school was a great experience. They were flexible with schedules, very supportive of our new driver and always focused on what he needed, not just their lesson plan. We talked several times about their years of experience and applying that to their teaching styles. Did you know that there is no special training required to be a "driving instructor", certified by the state...and you don't even need a perfect driving record? I will continue to recommend them.

Negative experience: Maybe the instructors should keep their students away from mountain roads if they are not ready to do the speed limit. Holding other drivers hostage on a 2 lane mountain road with no passing lanes, doing 20-25 in a 40 is only teaching them how NOT to drive. Thanks for letting everyone stuck behind you to know what driving school NOT to send children to.

Fantastic experience: Such a great place with great people who works there. I needed to get my drivers license and I decided to use this school to pass my writing test and a driving test as well. It was very nice atmosphere and I didn’t have to stay in line and wait for my turn. It took me an hour or so to get it done. Then I had to bring papers to DMV and I got my license in the same day.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with the 911 Driving School was 10 times better then the other, larger driving school in this area. My daughter enjoyed the class, instructors and material. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful even under the stress of two dozen kids and parents showing up the first day. I would strongly encourage you to enroll your child in the 911 driving school program over the T** C*** program whose officers made me feel like I was being pulled from the car, thrown to the ground and handcuffed! And, it was cheaper then those other guys too!

My son has completed the initial course and one of his three drives leading up to testing for his license. I think he feels much more prepared as a result of this course and as a parent I feel more secure putting my son behind the wheel in a few months.

Fantastic experience: When it came to teaching my daughter how to drive, I had full faith in Russ Eldore and his staff of Police Officers and Fire Fighters. Enrolling her at the 911 Driving School proved to be an excellent choice. I highly recommend the class education as well as the Drive Fit Program. I know my daughter is a better driver for having experienced the 911 Driving School Program!

Everyone I've spoken too in the office has been extremely helpful and friendly. This is a great bunch of people. My kids learned a lot.

Our older daughter that went through the program is very responsible, cautious and really appreciated the thoroughness of the program. Great quality, very worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: 911 Driving School is a must for all new teenage drivers! The instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly; my son enjoyed them all. I signed my son up for the Teen Driver Package and it is well worth the money. This included all class time to earn his permit, six hours of personal drive time, and the driver's test. The staff is very friendly and scheduling drive times and testing was always very easy. I will be sending my daughter to 911 when she turns 15. I highly recommend 911 Driving School!
