Fantastic experience: My experience with Drive smart Academy is 100% the best I highly recommend for anyone and everyone who wants to study for your driving license this is the school . also ask for Mr. Ben he is the best instructor he is very patient and will answer all of your questions because he wants you to pass and get your license.

The driving instructors are very friendly and composted so you will feel little to no stress when you are on the road with them and they will still guide you. I did very well on the road with my instructor Mr. Ben and Like I said I would recommend him for your behind-the-wheel training and test.

Negative experience: Adjustment: The owner, Ms. A was amazing and within an hour of discovering the problem she had personally dealt with it, called me back and apologized for the issue. Will improve the rating upon completion of the process. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TAG & TITLE SERVICES! I went to them to get my car titled in January hoping to simplify the process. I should have just went to the MVA. Months later, while attempting to fix an issue with my car, I ran into some difficulty with fixing the relatively simple issue online. So I go into the MVA and attempt to use the kiosk so that I can scan my registration to no avail. Upon speaking to an attendant at the MVA I learn that the reason for my issue is that my title DOESN'T EXIST due to the fact that the required paperwork was never sent over. At which point, I return to Drive Smart hoping to fix this little mix up only to initially have the staff insist that I must not have used their services so its not their problem. Once they actually deigned to look however, they discovered that this was, in fact, a title that they had issued. They then claimed that it probably wasn't their fault but they would resend the information so I let it slide and went about my life. And then I receive a letter from the MVA concerning the first issue so I go back in (believing my titling issues should be resolved) and attempt to correct the issue, which proves impossible for THE SAME REASON. I call them again, still patient, and they insist they will be sending the information over, calling the mva, whatever is necessary to fix the issue. Fast forward a few months. It's time to renew my registration and to that, the initial issue must be fixed. I go in again. Once again, I am told that the required documentation was never sent through. I STILL don't have a title. I call him back to have him again instead that it's not his fault, it's that of the MVA. Not once have I received an apology for this error nor any proof that he is doing what he says he is. Save yourself some time and a headache and just go to the MVA. It will be annoying but it you'll at least get the service you're paying for.

Fantastic experience: Mr Ben is a very good instructor, he thought me so many things that I didn't pay attention to before and now that I know them I will use it in my day to day driving. Thank you so much sir. I fully recommend his driving school you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Ben was my instructor for the online class and Behind the Wheel sessions and I had a wonderful time here in this academy. Mr. Ben has great teaching skills, he is very patient when he introduces and explains any topic, well organized and very knowledgeable. He is very energetic and makes everyones spirits go high up. He conducts a very interactive class and is always engaging the students which makes everyone interested to learn new things and make everyone feel more confident in their driving abilities. He gives complete information on what the new drivers need to be safe drivers. By carefully following the instructions given to you during the sessions, you will definitely succeed. I would highly recommend this driving school and I would definitely give him my 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: The online portion of the course was great. Very good learning opportunities. When completing the online lessons you get to drive with the instructor 3 times. And the third time is a final driving test. Over all if you pay attention you can make it!

Positive experience: I had the pleasure of having Mr.Ben as my instructor for 2/3 of my lessons and he was really helpful; he actually took the time to be present, to teach me, correct me, and let me figure out my mistakes and self-reflect. Even when I made mistakes he didn’t make me feel bad about it as he was patient and always smiled!

He has a positive attitude, he has patience and his presence of good spirits. He is also very knowledgeable. Make sure you ask for Mr. Benz for your driving instructor. He's the reason that I am giving this school 5 stars. Office receptionist lady was nice but lacked knowledge of a lot information and when asked to speak with a supervisor one was never available and I never got a returned call to follow up on my concerns.
