Negative experience: I would think twice before I would use this company. I had a driver in their green Kia Soul completely cut me off in my lane in Downtown Dallas. Turns out both the driver and passenger were on their phones.

Fantastic experience: I'm from Australian and went to the local DPS as I thought I could do my road test there on the day but they just issued a driver's permit. I called Mitchell at Top Professional Driving School and he did a road test for me on very short notice. They even helped print out my IMPACT certificate. Long story short I was able to get my license in one day due to the flexibility and communication with this school. Many thanks

Negative experience: I took the driver's Ed course here and it went well, absolutely no problems. The instructor did his best to explain all road rules and had a good attitude. However. I heard good things about one driving instructor but the one I had was horrible at this location. What kind of instructor stays on their phone AND takes phone calls while the student is driving? Gave absolutely no advice until the very end of the "lesson" just to tell me I wasn't using my turn signals. Again, why was I not told this DURING the lesson? That's the whole reason I'm there. Instructor was also extremely unpatient. Every time I had a lesson he just sat there acting like he didn't want to be there sighing and checking his phone the entire time. I went to a different location and the instructors there were MUCH better than the one I had here. Actually paid attention to my driving and made the experience comfortable. I do not recommend this place for driving lessons but the drivers ed is fine

Mitchell Moore and the staff at top professional driving could not have been nicer and more easy to work with. Positive experience: We sent our granddaughter here because for some teenagers, it is easier to learn from a stranger than from a "parental unit." She is finishing up her observation hours as well as her behind the wheel lessons. She passed her state test for her learner's permit and was immediately certified, as the school has state endorsement as a testing site for written tests. The school communicates well to students and parents in person, but they need to up their game on answering phones, and they need to work on customer interface on their website. We are happy with our overall experience and happy to have a new driver in the family.

Negative experience: I had covid symptoms and I request them to reschedule my appointment but with my surprise they asked me for $25 rescheduling fee . I canceled the appointment, and they still charged me $25. Thank God, I didn't take the test otherwise they would fail me and ask me to take the lessons. Extremely unprofessional and greedy !! Stay Away

Negative experience: I sign up my son for private lessons with Mitchell but he was not available for lessons for some reason. Instead my son got 2 lessons with another instructor and it was horrible. Instructor was on his phone more than half of my sons driving time and gave no advises. I will not go back to this place anymore

Fantastic experience: Both Instructors are extremely nice and helpful. I used to have driving anxiety but they gave me advice on how to overcome it. Now I drive safer and I don't get anxious. I've been to other driving schools where the instructors made me nervous and kept yelling at me when I mess up. But the instructors at Top Professional are always calm and explain things in a way that doesn't make me feel nervous while driving. Thank yall so much for your help!
