Comedy Traffic School

Negative experience: They are completely unresponsive when you call, leave messages or get put on hold for an hour then hung up on. Correct answers marked wrong and ZERO help (have proof of correct answers submitted). You get dinged to pay more and more at the end yet they delay sending certificate of completion to court and DMV. Had they ever responded appropriately or helped over the phone, I would rate higher. Course is easy. It's not funny at all but it could be worse. Response: Lack of help is not good. I know how to take a test, I appreciate your assumption I'm stupid. I have proof and sent it. Ironically, same 2 answers as before. You can't leave questions unanswered yet doesn't show my answer (as it was correct). I call, finally get someone to pick up and then immediately hung up on without a word spoken. The court has not received the certificate. Happy to get on a 3 way call with them as verification. The certification sent is the issue and I overwhelmingly feel it wasn't sent and won't be sent. I would happily alter my review. Sad that this is the ONLY way to get a response.

Negative experience: Course works......19.95 turned into 69.95.....quite a scam they suck you right in.....live and learn! Bummer!

Fantastic experience: If you just want to get it done fast. Don’t pay for the extra video (that’s recommended) I just skipped through everything and took the test. Took me 30 minutes probably could have done it even faster but obviously wanted to make sure I answered correctly and passed. Google coupon code. I used the code “funny.” Hopefully won’t need their services again but if I do will definitely be back to Comedy Traffic School.

Negative experience: Course was simple and straightforward. They lie about the discounted price for the course, claimed it was 19.95 when you sign up you’re supposed to get a discount code, never got it. Actual price is $34.95 + another $24.99 to get the bundle for them to send out your certificates to the courts and dmv. I opted for the “upgraded” video package for $9.95 so my total was $69.89. Would’ve been $55 with the discounted code, but they never gave it to me and I don’t have the luxury of time to wait for them, so I will just pay the $69. If you can find a better deal elsewhere do it. I found them to be very dishonest with the pricing and hopefully will never have to do traffic school again, if I do, I will definitely go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Course was easy and quick. You pay after finishing the exam. Be prepared when checking out that you're options are either to purchase a bundle package of upgraded options in addition to the course price or purchase all upgraded options separately in addition to the course price. The site will not allow you to purchse just the course. FALSE ADVERTISING of the course price. I contacted support and was told to call in to place my order. Called different times and no one ever answers even after holding for 10 minutes. Edit- I finally got in touch with someone at customer service who allowed me to pay over the phone at the advertised price.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time! I paid for the whole package. 4 tickets to a comedy show in my area & the digital comedy course. NOTHING WAS LEGIT. First the course was miserable. Everyone talked monotone, Erick Estrada talked like your Grandpa struggling to get every word put It was actually really sad. The when I was do my tickets the company then stated they lost there contracts with the clubs during the pandemic. After back & forth emails the sent me a promo for a club 36miles from my home & that club didn't honor it!! Go elsewhere & save your money.

Positive experience: The course is great. But it says that it cant give you tickets to comedy clubs because they are closed. I know they have been opened for a while now. The website seems to not be updated since 2020. I hope she gets her ticket cleared

Fantastic experience: I was a little hesitant at first but I'm so glad chose the comedy traffic school. Super easy to use the site and the information easy to remember. I've used other online traffic schools before but none are better than this one.

Positive experience: UPDATE: They called and also issued a refund for the $15. I’ve updated my rating as a result. However, I could not give 5 stars as I should have been able to get the advertised price without the extra work. I’m any case, they honored it and the course was great otherwise. Very deceitful advertising as a $19.95 course. Didn’t notice the relatively tiny font that said “with coupon” until it was too late and I could not get a coupon code. Tried to call and got an answering machine. tried to click the button on the website to get a code and the page would not load. Be sure to read the fine print so you aren’t fooled like me. Also, the jokes suck so “Comedy” is a real stretch. I guess the joke is on me! Never again.

Negative experience: I spent 10 hours studying extra and reviewing and was trying to take Section 4 Quiz (our of 5 Sections) and it will not let me access the #4 Quiz! So I logged out and went to the confirmation email they sent me and logged back in; it then loaded the page for my Court and DMV information, then took me right back to where I left off! NOTHING LOST. ' COMPLETION GAINED! This was on a Sunday, so I went to the Courthouse the next morning to make sure that everything was worked out and while I waited in line called their Support Line. I was treated respectfully, and promptly. They saw that there was a 2nd account created and set everything right for me! The Court was confident that all would be received and since I had already paid my Court fees when I first received the ticket all was well. I then received an email from COMEDYTRAFFICSCHOOL.COM confirming their transmission to the DMV of my Certificate was completed and in receipt. I cannot be any happier. I am also much wiser and have been brought up-to-date with all the changes that have occurred since my last testing. It is a great program with a lot of content that makes sure you hear and read the material over and again. I am a better driver with greater confidence and will use this service again! Fantastic experience: This makes learning very easy and stress free. I was able to take the test as many times until I passed and the certificate gets sent directly to the dmv.

Fantastic experience: This traffic school was SO quick and easy to use. Not to mention that they through in some comedy to break up the monotony. I had never gotten a ticket before and wasn't sure what to expect from the class, but it was overall great!

Negative experience: i just called and waited 25 minutes until someone answered. realized i called the cali office not az office of the same company. So I asked for the number to the Az office and she said she doesnt have it and rudely hung up on me. After waiting on the phone 25 minutes I cant believe someone could be so rude. Its the same company. I would never use them again in any state. Plus its not comedy, it was boring.

Negative experience: Comedy Traffic School had additional fees at the end of the course, I had no idea about. They advertised $19.95 that includes a $10 discount and I ended up spending $42. You have to be careful when opting out of the video/audio course which costs extra. The test at the end allowed me to review my answers & it counted a few questions as wrong answers when I in fact had answered them correctly. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. My recommendation would be find another online traffic school!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue when I submitted my completion of the course. I emailed their customer service and got an email back within 10 minutes. Tasha was very helpful and we sent back and forth maybe 5 emails within a few moments. She helped me resolve my issue quick and efficiently. Thank you Tasha!

Positive experience: The course was great and easy enough to pass with a decent amount of effort, the only thing that bothered me was that you have to be very careful during the registration process that you don't unintentionally add the extra costing features like audio/video add-ins if you don't intend to because you may miss the option to opt out of them in the sign up process. And Frank "Ponch" Poncherello (Erik Estada) is cool in the training videos but the audio in the videos is not recorded well and is difficult to hear clearly.

Fantastic experience: It was fast and easy. I completed the course on Tuesday and on Thursday, I have already received confirmation that the court received my certificate and closed me case. I paid for the video part but ended up just using the text because it was quicker and I was pressed for time, but it was nice to have the option. I don't plan on needing it again, but if I do I will return.

It's a little confusing price-wise because I thought it was $20.00, which it is, but you have to put in a coupon code, but that's easily found online. I did the very basic, read-only, which is really all you need, so I didn't pay more for the videos. If you're super nervous, don't worry about it, the test is so easy!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I, got a ticket a few months ago and, had the option to take a driving course or, just accept the points put on my DMV report. Not sure if everybody knows this cuz I didn't prior to taking this course. The DMV goes hand in hand with most insurances Co. What I mean is were all given a score and it uses that score to determine how much we pay for, insurance. AND, it can be combined with your credit rating as well to give a overall look at a person Prior to offering you there services. Most insurance Cos will look up this score to determine your rates. And many business will look up BOTH of these scores to determine if you qualify for a job position. Many landlords will look up these scores prior to giving you the opportunity to rent or, lease. What it all boils down to less negative comments on your DMV license is BEST. I am so glad I choose Comedy Traffic Shook it kept the points off and entertained me at the same time. Its easy, no hassles, no waiting and, is done on my time. It gave me a lot of information in a way that wasn't boring. So, on a scale of 0 to 10 with 10 being the best school overall I give them a 9+. That says it all Thanks Comedy Traffic School.

Fantastic experience: The Comedy Traffic School has the lessons via Audio. This was a life saver for me. I passed all the quizzes and final exam primarily by listening to the course. Also made it easier being able to read/listen across multiple devices. Called customer service to make sure certificate of completion goes to the correct court. Tasha, a CTS customer service rep was spectacular! She answered all my questions and more importantly made sure my information went to the right courthouse. Tasha was very friendly, patient and helpful. No attitude...she didn’t rush me. If you have to go to traffic school, I recommend CTS.

Fantastic experience: Taking this course was actually really simple. I appreciate the fact that you are given options; whether you would like to listen to the course through audio, or videos is really nice. I chose to view the videos and they were informative. All the quiz questions were covered in the course as well as the test questions too. Take your time and read/listen and you should do just fine. You are given the opportunity to redo quizzes until you pass which is a bonus! The only difficult part was figuring out which option I wanted when it came to getting the certificate. They give you a good deal if you do the bundle so I would say just go with that. Overall very good experience.

I took notes to help me remember things , such as: which lanes to turn in , how many feet apart are you supposed to break and use a signal before turning and when is the perfect time to make a U- turn without it being considered illegal. The whole material is divided into 5 section, with 5 subsection each. I would recommend Comedy traffic school to anyone who is looking for online course.
