Positive experience: I took my extra driving practice and my six hour course with them. When i took my driving course, everything went well. But when i took my 6 hour course, i got there at 11:30, and I take accountability for being late. The driving classes are supposed to last two hours. I got out of the car at 12:36 and the instructor told me that my course was finished. If i’m paying for two hour courses why was my class only an hour long? It was maybe 12:10 or 12:20 and I had been doing backup parking for a while. I asked her if I was going to be doing reverse parking for the remainder of the class and she said yes. Reverse parking for 30-40 when I could be driving on the road instead is insane. It’s a good driving school but I feel like that don’t have a very sturdy driving plan.

Fantastic experience: The instructor clearly communicated guidelines with detailed explanation and scenarios. I would strongly recommend the school to anyone looking for a topnotch service.

Positive experience: I barely had experience on the road as my mother was frightened to teach me. Therefore, I scheduled lessons with Leap. First, I had lessons with Hakim. It was definitely beneficial driving on the MVA driving course route a few times until I got it right. At first, I thought he was all right since he never yelled at me, but I didn’t realize how quiet he was. I basically had to learn everything by myself with trial and error on the road. Then I had Kennedy and he was a lot better and more talkative. But Oj was definitely the best. With Oj, after so many lessons with Hakim, I finally knew how to do a two-point turn. Leap is affordable and accommodating as I am a college student and I was quickly able to get my license.

Positive experience: My son just received his drivers license thanks to the behind the wheel coaching at Leap Driving Academy! I was able to set up flexible appointments. The team was very knowledgeable. I do think the late/cancelation fee should be cheaper if it happens one time.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience here. I had an instructor yell and lose their temper my very first lesson. I even had an instructor literally tease and bilittle me when I told them I was nervous, he laughed and mocked “Oh you’re making me nervous”. Another instructor ate his lunch and was on his phone almost the whole session. I hope this review helps a new driver make a better decision than I did. Please do your research like I should have. I can’t believe this is a “5 start” rated driving school.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed by their knowledge and patience with my son. He passed his driving test on the first try. They have online classes, which makes it easy for customers who do not have their licenses yet and behind the wheel once they pass the writing portion and already spend some time behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: The instructor in leap driving academy is very good. The online session is very helpful for people who are new to driving and the instructors help us understand about driving safe and making sure use a lot of head checks and pay attention in the road.

Fantastic experience: Leap probably offers the cheapest 36 hours driving lessons in the nearby region. The classess were very helpful, especially being an international student. It helped to learn the rules and regulations in the USA easily. The 6 hour behind the wheel wasn’t as good as expected, they try to finish early sometimes, but that's okay I guess. I also took 10 hours driving coaching class, which was very helpful for me to learn driving. The coach was very helpful and guided for the road test which I passed in my first time!

Fantastic experience: I did my DEP with LEAP and really enjoyed it. My instructor Ojo was very patient and thorough with his explanations. 5/5 would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Negative experience: The driving instructors have no patience, are rude and use the cellphone while "teaching". I am surprised that the reviews are good since some of my daughter's friends also did not have a good experience. I would not recommend this place at all.

Once i set up my Behind the wheel appointments, the instructor in the car made me feel very comfortable on the road ! i also passed my MVA Drivers license test on the first try ! thanks to Leap Driving Academy. :)

Fantastic experience: I chose Leap Driving Academy for my teenage son to take classes after he passed his permit test. Leap staff were very accommodating offering payment arrangements and the ability to schedule your own dates for drive behind the wheel sessions. My son learned a lot and the driving instructors were very good. In fact as soon as my son completed his behind the wheel training, we scheduled his license test and he got it on the first try!!! Positive experience: The classroom education is very useful for people preparing for the knowledge test. The instructor Oj is very patient and caring. The content of the class is more engaging than you would expect with videos and anecdotes illustrating some otherwise boring topics. The fleet of training cars seem to be fairly new and well maintained. Definitely worth your bucks if you need the MD driver education program.

Negative experience: Honest review. instructor was okay in class teaching but felt like he really rushed to get the students out of class didn’t make sure we were okay with the lesson, don’t feel like I got my $ worth. When behind the wheel (driving with instructor) he got frustrated because I didn’t get it right the first time he explained but it was my first time driving. I’m sure they’re are better driving schools around the area. Wouldn’t recommend especially to first time drivers.

The mandatory driving school can be very boring but the instructor (OJ) made the class not only educational but also fun to participate. I did not see a single person fall a sleep in this class. Everyone was eager to be a part of his class everyday. I could also tell that the instructor enjoys his job, cared about future driver's safety as well. If you are looking for a driving school, I recommend this class.
