Fantastic experience: Amazing driving school! Also affordable compared to others. I had to get my road test as soon as possible. I called the same day for an appointment to see when I could take the test and to my surprise they could take me the same day.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I walked in, and the receptionist was on her phone, completely inattentive. When I asked for help, she was rude and unhelpful. Customer service is important, and this kind of attitude makes a terrible first impression. If there were zero stars, I’d give that. Definitely not the kind of professionalism I expected.

Fantastic experience: This is a great school! The staff are very kind. You can tell that they are happy to help with your success. They helped through the whole process and I felt like they went above and beyond. Sinight is awesome and she made the process fun.

Fantastic experience: I took my driving test. I was late to my appointment but I was still able to take it the minute I walked in with no problem. The driving instructor who tested me was very nice and helpful making me at ease during my test, she gave me great pointers after my test as well. I was also able to print out one of the documents I had electronically there. The whole process was quick and smooth, I loved the place and people so I would recommend this place to others.

They are caring and have a wealth of knowledge about driving. They are respectful and extremely patient. I decided to return for some refresher lessons because if the positive experience. I want to continue to grow as a driver but most importantly a person. They are very affordable and cost effective! I highly recommend safeguard driving school for your driving needs!

Fantastic experience: The sweetest and nicest lady helped me get enrolled in class once, the last time I went there was so educational and interesting, and I learned a lot from the class, the driving teacher was very patient when I asked her some of the road signs or road rules that I do not understand and she was very helpful, she was nice and funny, the lady in the front who works on computers and other people who makes appointments, helped me again to get a copy, she was very patient, kind and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Sweetest instructors, very helpful. I loved taking lessons with them. They never pushed me if I wasn't comfortable and always reassured me when I made mistakes. Their advice would help me improve by my next lesson. I just took my road test today. Didn't take long at all, took 15 minutes, had a great instructor who kept me comfortable throughout the test. I passed so I'm extremely happy and pleased with how my lessons went here. Would definitely recommend and even will to my own family members. :)

The instructor is really friendly and gives you enough confidence when nervous. Overall I’d suggest you to schedule road tests here. Very convenient that it’s also Close by to the DPS license office :) Would recommend 10/10 !

She shows herself as one who is quite professional at her work. Her communication skills, while pass instructions during the driving test, were simply excellent. Fantastic experience: I took my driving class and test here, and I would no doubt recommend this school over an over again, I was very scared of parallel parking but my instructor was so flawless with teaching me how to effectively parallel park. If you have an opportunity to take your classes or test her, go for it with all confidence.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took her road test here. I called on Monday and we were able to get an appointment Tuesday. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. The road test was $99 - which is about the same price as other schools in the area. Seniat Yakob, the lady that administered the test, was professional but kind. My daughter has anxiety and Seniat put her at ease. I will definitely tell my friends to use Safeguard.

When learning in classroom everything is just so simple to understand they also say it in a way that everyone will understand, the teacher also doesn't mind answering any questions. The behind the wheel instruction the teachers are so prepared, calm and patient. Overall I have a really great experience THANKS SAFEGUARD!!!

Negative experience: I called to get information to enroll my 16 year old grandson in the behind-the-wheel portion of their teen driving program. The young woman I spoke with had no clue as to what she was talking about. She kept telling me that I would need him to call and give them his information. What information??? I’m his grandmother and guardian so what’s wrong with ME giving you his information? He has a Texas Driver’s Permit so why does any information from the online program he used matter at this point? I have the certificate used at the DMV, so why can’t they just use the current info i already have? This person made it impossible for me to spend my money with all this nonsense about ‘he needs to call’. This kid can’t enter into any contracts and he has no money only his good looks.

I really think they make the rules up as they go! But the two beautiful ladies at Safeguard was awesome! They were so kind and patient. The lady that help me and my daughter was amazing and the school made a huge difference with us. The two ladies showed kindness and knowledge of the business and the willingness to answer all my questions. No matter how many questions I asked. Fantastic experience: I took the Teen Driving Ed courses in person during the summer and also took behind the wheel lessons with Safeguard and I’m completely happy with my experience! From the very beginning, Ms. Senait, the instructor, was very patient and nice with all the students and made sure everyone understood the material. Furthermore, during behind the wheel lessons, Ms. Senait would explain everything thoroughly to me and always provided constructive feedback on skills I needed to work on. She also tried her best to make sure the student driving felt as relaxed as possible by being patient. I can definitely say this driving school helped me immensely to make the transition from getting my permit and license as smooth as possible! Thank you so much for everything!
