Fantastic experience: Robbie was a great instructor! I highly recommend this wonderful woman to all new and learing drivers. When you make a mistake she lets you reflect on your directions and helps you to correct yourself. If you need a clear visual of a scenerio she would get objects to help guide you through something. I say all that to say Robbie will help you a lot!

Fantastic experience: Ms. Robbie is an amazing driving instructor! I came into my lessons thinking I knew a lot, but she showed me just how much there was to learn. She’s patient, passionate, and truly dedicated to making her students the best drivers they can be. I love how serious she is about what she does she doesn’t just teach, she makes sure you understand. While i can only speak for my self, i can very well tell she goes above and beyond to help her students become a reflection of her skills and knowledge. Positive experience: I had Mr. Robbie. She was a good instructor for technique, however it was surprising and uncomfortable as she talked politics and conspiracies the whole time. She even made me watch a video with a “doctor” explaining and trying to prove hospitals were trying to kill their patients during Covid. She went on about how polio and Covid were “made Iabs” and asked me to critique the video. I will not be using this driving school again and don’t recommend to anyone. I don’t appreciate being indoctrinated during my lessons. If I wanted to go to a Trump rally I would’ve.

Fantastic experience: I had to take a Defensive Driving Class to reinstate my license. It was a good course , easy to understand, the teacher explained everything well. I would recommend you go to A-1 Driving School. For any classes you might have to do.

Fantastic experience: I Though I was gonna pay for a class and not get a certificate but the class was actually great the instructor was cool .( Note: Be About 10-15 mins early) You Need A Zoom App/Account they will email your certificate Wich you can print for free at the DMV ,This is Absolutely The Best Option . GREAT Job !!!

Negative experience: I never got the chance to experience this school because how rude and nasty the older lady was to me on the phone. I let it go the first time I called thinking she had a bad day, but the second time. I asked a simple question and she responded like I was wasting her time, "what is it you want". That was it for me. I was trying to find the best package for my son to start driving. I will spend my money somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Today was great I had 2 hours with Ms.Robbie , she is great at explaining and guiding you , I was even surprised at how well I did and I give her the upmost credit for bringing that out of me .

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved this class. Rob B was a great teacher to work with, gave out so much information I would have never known without this class. Felt like filling in another piece of the puzzle regarding licensure and roadway laws. Not to mention he wants you to pass the 10 question test so bad, he “gives” you the answers to most of them if you’re paying attention. I’ve gotta say, my favorite tip from Ron that changed my whole driving world that I may NEVER HAVE KNOWN, is that EV’s are HOV EXEMPT!?!? I mean in Atlanta if that’s not always your goal… then I don’t know what is. Thanks, Ron, and A-1!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience taking a defensive dive course and was able to learn the ins and outs to the rules of the road. I also learned more knowledge about road laws I didn’t previously know.

Fantastic experience: Goes over everything you need to pass the test ! Very understanding context ! How ever I believe there is way too many breaks and honestly they didn’t monitor the folks in the class enough I witnessed several violations that should have been corrected and the student should have been dismissed without a refund !

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my on road driving classes. I had Ms. Robbie as an instructor and i can say with confidence that she knows what she is doing. She is a very effective teacher who tries to break down each component in driving so that the student understands. Although she can be stern when you are behind the wheel, she is that way because she cares and I am a better driver for it. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent time with Ms. Robbie as my driving instructor; as my first time behind the wheel I greatly appreciated a strictness of instruction and course correction, as now I'm starting of with the ideal driving habits which will lead me to be a safe & competent driver. She also taught me a method to make the parallel parking procedure quite easy to understand & remember, in 4 pretty easy steps. Fantastic experience: My experience with the virtual defensive driving class was great! I was skeptical about sitting in front of a screen for 6 hours but it wasn’t bad. The class was interactive and we were given plenty of breaks. I recommend this course to everyone. You also receive your certificate the next day

Fantastic experience: Under unfortunate circumstances, I was in a situation where I was made to have to take a driver defensive class/risk reduction class. The instructor, Joel was amazing. He was so caring and personable. He made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of whatever situation landed them in the class. Even tho it was 2 and half long days, Joel made those days bearable. I hope I never have to attend another class like this but if I did, I would definitely recommend this school over any other. Thank you for all y’all do.

Negative experience: First I would like to say, the customer service is TERRIBLE. They don’t answer the phone, if they do they are not very helpful. Second, my first appointment with Ms. Theresa was canceled because she didn’t arrive without call or email saying she can’t make it. I had to reschedule with Ms. Robbie. Third, if you are a beginner…DO NOT book an appointment with Ms.Robbie. It was my second time on the road, I still have some learning to do. She made me feel terrible about myself. She was not encouraging. She kept aggressively pushing my hands off the wheel as I was turning. She made me really nervous and uncomfortable. I would never book with her again. This is A SCAM! PASS GO AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR $200!

Negative experience: Honestly I would recommend this class, if there is a different instructor! I took the class online. Jan is very rude and unprofessional! She cut me off, when I was talking and said stuff like she doesn’t need to hear your story! She muted my mic, as I was talking basically telling me to shut up! When she started with me because my name wasn’t how she wanted it! She threatens every time she gets to kick you out of class! I didn’t pay $95.00 for this class to be disrespected and spoke to like I am a child and if I had more time, I would have requested a refund and went elsewhere. She told this one student he is pathetic because he doesn’t remember the driver Ed school he went to, 4 years ago! She said how she knows they learned to sit and listen in kindergarten, when other students was moving around. She told this female student to use the bathroom when she tells her to or on her break! Jan is very rude and ignorant! If you tried to address it or even smile at her insults she muted you and threatened to remove you from class, asking you if you think it’s funny. Other than that the class was good and knowledgeable

Fantastic experience: A1 driving school is incredible. I sent my son here for his driving lessons and I just recently attended for a defensive driving course. All I can say is amazing service, instructors and staff. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't looking forward to having to take a defensive driving class, but A1 made this experience amazing. My instructor was so professional, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to me and the other students for the wide range of reasons we had to be in this class. I think it's already made me a better driver, as I've avoided a few dangerous situations already by being more aware of the laws, and the road.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE a rip off. Instructor Robie was awful. I paid $625 for three lessons and test. After the first lesson I told her not to ever come to my home again. I ended up paying another company $500. A1 didn't even try to find out what happened or offer another instructor.

Fantastic experience: This was a great school to use. The sign-up process was simple and the instructor was knowledgeable and easy-going. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Ap used to conduct meetings was hard to navigate. I wasn’t even touching my phone and it would take me off screen. If you don’t stay on screen you will be kicked out of the meeting. I would be watching the videos and look down and I would be off screen. This happened several times throughout the classes. Office staff seamed like the right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing. $360.00 for the class is rediculous but you have to eat it to get your license back. It’s all a money game with the law and courts..

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to Miss Robbie for her really detailed and caring way of instructing! I started off super nervous about my driving ability and just nervous to be out on the road. Miss Robbie taught me first the importance of paying attention to everything on the road (signs, people, other cars, lanes). Miss Robbie also made sure to encourage me to be more assertive and put my trust in my own abilities to perceive my surroundings and take appropriate action based on that perception without needing to be told. This approach actually allowed me to become confident because I saw that as long as I was focused and paying attention to my surroundings, I could make safe judgements. I made mistakes, but she always made sure to correct them and explain why that was the wrong thing to do right after. Overall, she was extremely encouraging while also being completely honest, and I really appreciate the care that she shows for all of her students. I passed my road test easily thanks to all of the hours I spent learning with Miss Robbie.

Negative experience: These people are crooks. I paid for my drivers test over a month ago and no one called me to schedule my lesson. When I reached our to them they kept putting me off until I finally asked for refund. Which I still haven't gotten and was lied to twice that it was done. DONT GO HERE!

Negative experience: Robbie is not a good instructor for beginners at all. She was informed I was a BEGINNER and gave me no type of guidance about how to start the car, where things are located etc. she just told me to drive. Throughout the 2-hour lesson, she continued mentioning how she’s been with the company for almost a decade, and it made me feel bad for her other students. Robbie kept making comments about my generation, saying we can’t follow simple directions. As an instructor, you, out of all people should know not everybody has the same learning style as well as people learn at different speeds. You can’t just tell somebody who has never driven on a busy road before something one time and expect them to be perfect at it. I don’t understand how she expected me to do a proper left-hand turn perfectly when she was demonstrating to me on a BOOK from the PASSENGER seat. Robbie also kept making remarks about how her life was in my hands, which honestly I think is not the best thing to say when you’ve been ridiculing a teenager for an hour straight. Glad I didn’t book the full 6 hours with her, I know one thing for sure. If I book with this school again I sure will not be doing it with her. Long story short, if you are a BEGINNER DO NOT book with Robbie, I promise it will make you never want to drive again which is sad because I have been really looking towards to this lesson since I got my permit recently I even paid with my money. Negative experience: Please understand if you are in a service led business, good customer service and having a great professional attitude when answering the phone and helping your customers goes a long way in a service-led business. Remember your Attitude determines your Altitude!!!! Please try to excersise more patience and less rudimentary rudeness.

Negative experience: They don’t answer the phone I purchased my driving test and have been calling for 2 weeks to schedule. I didn’t get a email or anything. This is stressful and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I took a defensive driving course with you guys on October 2nd, 2021 I was advised that I completed and passed the course. And I still haven't received my certification of completion through email that I was told I would receive. I've called and reached out about 3 to 4 times since and haven't heard a single thing back!!!

Negative experience: I purchased the online driving and Joshua Law 3 months ago for my daughter. She only received the online Joshua Law course but not the link to schedule driving. I’ve called and called and called only to get the runaround about it. I asked For a refund and still haven’t received a refund. This place is horrible and do not care. I will Never refer anyone here!

Negative experience: The customer service here is terrible! Go to 1st stop! If you call to ask questions about a HUGE step in your child’s life which is driving…you’ll be disappointed! I talked to two different ladies both with horrible attitudes when I was asking to PAY for for instruction prior to my son’s driver test. They tell you that you can practice with the cones anytime…etc. This place is horrible!

Negative experience: I won't be recommending this driving school to anyone. From start to finish was unpleasant. Scheduling, speaking with someone, getting completion certificate was very difficult to say the least. My son's driving instructor(Ms. Robbie)was very informed, knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern for my son's safety. Other than that,I have nothing positive to say about A-1 Driving school.

Positive experience: I took all of my lessons with no problem but when it comes to taking my driving test it is an issue. Everytime I try to call to schedule it I always get the person is out on vacation. In my opinion there should be more than one person giving a driving test.The school is a bit unorganized but it should work if you’re trying to learn how to drive and get your license.I was able to get my driving license after successful completion of taking the driving test.

Fantastic experience: I just want to to personally Thank Dwayne for the last two days of my driving lessons. He’s very professional and he understands how to explain and coach you into understanding the logic of driving without the pressure of thinking of messing up. I really think if you can ask for a instructor I would refer him to help thanks again Dwayne ‼️

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS COMPANY ROBBED ME, A POOR COLLEGE STUDENT, OF $300!!! I keep calling them and keep getting ignored. They will not give me my money back for a lesson that my instructor cancelled and the road test they never let me take.The customer service is so poor, everyone kept treating me like I asked them for a favor- even the driving instructor. The instructor is racist too. I paid $700 altogether just to hear racist remarks and to be robbed. Like literally thanks for nothing.
