Even when I had a different instructor, Raul, on the day of my test, the school was communicative about it and he was equally supportive. Thanks to them, I passed my exam! I really want to give a special thanks to all the ladies working here and the one they have in the Hialeah office. Big shout out to Elsy, Deno, and Melissa . Very nice people . It sucks when you get in trouble with the law for traffic tickets, but you have to take care of this because the state demanded. And even though you won't believe it, it's just a better and benefit all of us as a community. Unfortunately I had to do a 12-hour course class and I got it done in three days. 4 hours a day, which was very reasonable. You have to take your notes because this is very serious to the state. You know sometimes you don't think about it but it is very important that you never text and drive it can wait. Because the first two days you're just learning about signs and relearning how to drive on the road but on the third day you realize the consequences of people's actions when texting and driving or even worse drinking and driving and how it affects families and affects your family and the lives of many people. You guys know how much I love my city, I'm not bringing any negativity energy, but I remember we had got a traffic school shut down because they were stealing from people $120 way back in the days for missing their appointments. Anyways I just wanted to report that because there's good people here and they're not like that. Please keep strong communication with your traffic school teacher if you're going to be late or need to reschedule its important, so they work better with you. Negative experience: I recommend you don't use this place, staff and specially the manager are very rude and unprofessional. I was lied too, I was given the wrong information, my schedule was changed without even calling and confirming with me. It's been 3 days and I've yet to receive the certificate of completion for the drug and alcohol. You're better off just going to the DMV they only charge $10 to take the driver's license exam, these people charge $60 If you do decide to book with these people just make sure you get the right information and ask for details. You are dealing with an unprofessional staff and even worse an incompetent manager. They even lie on their reply. They say they offered a free retake which is what I was asking for. So why would I write a negative review instead of accepting the retake I looked at all the reviews and they're multiple people the had the same issue with you people. So to tell me you never had this issue is an absolute lie. Here is your opportunity to show your company has integrity. Are you going to give my son a free retake, YES or NO?

Fantastic experience: Fernalee was the greatest instructor of them all she helped me passed the test with an outstanding performance. I'd defintely recommend her if you'd like to learn how drive!

Fantastic experience: Great school, the study guide they provided was extremely helpful. And the staff is super friendly and ready to answer any question you may have. The only thing is that I believe the driving exam is a bit overpriced, but you definitely get what you pay for, so it’s up to you if you want to pay extra and receive the best service. Overall, I definitely recommend. 10/10

Positive experience: In June I registered for driving lessons. My instructors were Jonathan and a certain lady, I don’t remember her name. Jonathan was such a great instructor, the lady was so rude, words can’t express how she made me feel that day. I regret meeting her. Such a person needs to be trained on how to teach people.

Positive experience: Review was helpful and to the point. The driving exam itself left for a lot of room to be improved on. They let you sit in the lobby for hours with no communication on when the actual exam will start.

Fantastic experience: My son recently completed his driving school lessons at 24 Hour Traffic School and he had such a great experience. The instructors were friendly, patient, and kept my son at ease throughout his lessons. I was expecting to see some sign of nervousness, but instead, he said it was a lot of fun! The good thing about this driving school was that they tailored the sessions to my son’s needs based on their assessment. He passed his driving test on the first try and they took care of much of the documentation thereafter. Pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again to 24 Hour Traffic School for adding another confident and safe driver to my household. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Everything was super easy and smooth, definitely worth every penny to not have to make an appointment with the DMV. After making the appointment, the day came and I arrived at the office for the review which lasted a good while and I was able to do everything that was going to happen during the exam and I got some pointers and tips to make sure I was successful during the exam. After waiting for the examiner to arrive, I took the test and it went super smooth, it was just like the review and all I had to do was go to the DMV to get my license printed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recently took their driving exam, which included a review session and the driving test itself. The staff at the school were all friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable and well-prepared for the test. It was raining heavily on her test day. Understandably, the school doesn't conduct tests in downpours, which I completely respect. However, this caused a delay, which unfortunately made us miss our DMV appointment. On a positive note, my daughter passed the test after the rain let up! Since we missed our original DMV appointment at the Margate location, we went to the Sunrise location which is just 5 minutes away. Luckily, we were able to get a walk-in and she received her license within an hour. Overall, we had a good experience with 24 Hour Traffic School.

Negative experience: There are scheduling issues here, confirmed my appointment on 3 times over the course of the week and they ended up overbooking and double booking my time slot. Didn't even bother to call me ahead of time letting me know, just told me they would take me an hour and a half after once I got there. Don't come here if you value your time.

Negative experience: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT SCHEDULE FOR HERE. I had an appointment scheduled MONTHS IN ADVANCE and they cancelled not once but TWICE and LIED about their systems being up straight to my face. WORST PLACE EVER. Now I have to wait months.

Positive experience: This place is really good for driving education and the staff are all amazing. The instructors are clear in their instructions and all very nice. I had a driving test retake after failing my first time (which was my fault) and the instructor told me what I did wrong and reassured me that it was ok. However, for my second test, the instructor I had was constantly on her phone, texting a friend, during my drivers exam. It was really weird but I wouldn’t claim she was unprofessional she just was texting people on the phone and it made me really nervous but my mistakes were mine and I own up to them. I don’t feel like this place is a scam as the instructors are kind as are the people that work there. I ended up getting my license at the DMV the same day.

Fantastic experience: Very good service, If you are not getting an easy driving test appointment with the DMV, you can go to 24 hour traffic school. I knew basic driving so I opted directly for a driving test here. First they will give you proper 30 minutes driving test training and review it. Then if you are feeling confident you can go for a driving test or you can reschedule it. Mine was clear in the first shot.

Fantastic experience: I just took my driver’s exam here after failing it the first time at a different driving school. My instructor and examiner was super helpful and nice, which helped ease my anxiety. Their feedback was awesome and the whole staff is very polite and on time with everything. If you’re looking to get your license definitely come here everyone is great!

Fantastic experience: This traffic school is amazing. My driving instructor was Jonathan Dupont. I highly recommend him for people who never been behind the wheels, teens, or people who want extra pointers/guidance when it comes to driving. His way of teaching was clear and concise allowing me to be able to learn how to drive pretty quickly. We always start on time and utilize our full lesson by doing pretty much everything like parking, lane changes, u-turns, 3-point turns, etc. As a result from his outstanding coaching I was able to pass my drivers test. Thank you so much Jonathan! I’ll be sure to recommend you to people needing driving lessons there at 24 hour traffic school located in Sunrise.
