Fantastic experience: I just want to say that I passed my road test on the first try on July 21, 2023. Thank you so much to both of my instructors, Mr. Noel and Mr. Herve, who taught me everything I needed to know about driving safely on the road. They gave me some great tips, which really helped with my road test. I also took my 5-hour course with them, and Mr. Noel was the instructor. He gave some very helpful tips that will pretty much prepare you for driving. Also, thank you to Ms. Judith, who gave me some very helpful tips right before the road test, literally minutes before the road test, which was super kind of her. She is super nice and helpful. She is very patient and encouraging. I can say the whole staff was super nice to me. I highly recommend Autotech Driving School. I have already referred my sister to them, and she’s going to start soon. Thank you once again!!!!!!

Negative experience: All these five start reviews must be lies because the level of service I received is worthy of no stars. The scheduling at this school is very unorganized and the training given is sub par at best. I booked a package with test and SPECIFICALLY requested I be contacted before test in order to book additional lessons if needed. This did not happen and instead of admitting they dropped the ball they instead said that it my fault for not knowing in advance how many lessons I wanted. They do not like changes in client schedule because the world evolves around them and not the paying customer. Please scroll down to Yadira Lawrence's review which explains the same. This business is a joke, please take your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: They reply in the reviews and pretend to be classy they did me ode wrong with my lesson I would buy 3 extra lesson before my test and they would cancel my test and push it month back so that 200 dollers wasted with no practice these Haitians are scam artist they don’t help they jus tell u ode shot u don’t want to here and jus for u to join their school this school is all about money not helping u I failed to many times and lost so much money for the same repeated problems for them to keep pushing my test date

Negative experience: This place is not welcoming at all. The two times I went in for info, the woman who I spoke to did not acknowledge me, due to her laughing and being on the phone. When I asked for some information,the first day, the look that she gave me was like daggers. I'm pretty sure if I didn't say anything she would have never assisted me. Even so, while still on the phone, she just pointed to a wall and said look there, as I ask for pricing and scheduling. I was told I had to put down $500 and I had to call the instructor to set up a time. Which I thought was odd. One would think that if a company is providing a service, something such as scheduling an appointment would be included with said service. I didn't have enough cash on me so I returned the next day and again I walk in to the woman on the phone. However, this time she got up to help but still unwilling to end the call. She asked for my permit and as I went through my pocket to take out my permit, she picked up a clipboard on a table and was looking for what I assume to be an intake form. As she flipped through the pages I saw multiple copies of permits from different individuals, just out for any and everyone to see and have access to. Which was scary for me. At this point I did not feel secure in giving any of my info to this lady. I called my husband instantly and explained what just happened and he told me to come back home, that place sounds shady. So I told her I'll be back knowing very well I was not and she just shoo me away without asking what had changed my mind.

Fantastic experience: After taking the 12-driving lesson package with Auto Tech, I passed the road test last week on the first try. I got the driving lessons as a birthday gift from my wife and it was the best gift ever. I am very happy I took the lessons with Auto Tech because of the professionalism and knowledge of the team. I took lessons from Mr. Herve and Mr. Noel, they are simply the best. They explain to you with patience and get you ready for the road test while teaching you to be a good driver, which makes you feel confident.
