Negative experience: Horrific. Failed twice just because the guy didn’t like me.

Negative experience: Driving test instructor showed up with a poor attitude. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I highly recommend any other school but this one.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE !!!! Take your money and never follow up with drive times to finish called 5 times can’t get a date !!!!!!

Negative experience: 91 days after taking classroom portion and still waiting to do driving hours. Called 3 times. Only offered to work in during school hours. Each month told we are scheduling you next month. Huge regret closing this more expensive place. My child will not get her license on time. Don't schedule the kids classroom portion if you can't fulfill the driving portion. Just wanted my money!!

Negative experience: Took the classroom portion at the beginning of July and have been waiting on the driving portion for a month already. I called repeatedly and was given no set time frame. I suggest going to keys 4 safe driving or anywhere else if you actually need your license

Negative experience: Its been 4 months since my daughter has taken the education course. She still hasnt been scheduled to drive behind the wheel. I will be requesting a refund for the driving portion and will be contacting the state.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. No understanding of customer problem/ situation if he/she is late for schedule classes..a waste of money. I would not recommend this school to nobody

Negative experience: Don’t use them if you need your child to get their license in a decent amount time. They will fail to tell you they are months behind in the driving portion. They made it seem like it might be 2-3 weeks after the classroom portion: we’ve been waiting 2 months and have been told it will be at least another month, go spend your hard earned money at another driving school that is more organized.

Negative experience: It's all about the money ..please ,please ,please do not send your child there. My son took the written class about 4 months ago and we are still waiting on his road skills.

Negative experience: Facts are: -No communication - multiple phone calls made, hard to get in touch with right person, never received call back -Not scheduling rides - always having excuses and their best answer is 'We have 3 months after class date to schedule rides' -It is over 3 months - no rides scheduled, no communication -No appologies, no remorse, argumentative and blaming everyone but taking responsibility However on positive note - they are stil scheduling more classes to have more students and not schedule their rides too

Negative experience: It’s been going on two months still haven’t got scheduled to do my on the road driving and you have to complete it and pass the test with in three months makes no sense‍♀️

Negative experience: daughter had driving test this morning and when we get there they inform us they have to rescedule because they instructor called in. my wife and my daughter both had to take off work. no call to inform us or anything. come on guys and gals yall got to do better.

Negative experience: My son finished his classroom hours back in May, it is now September. I call twice a week, trying to get his car driving lessons (that were already paid in full for) scheduled. I've yet to get a response or get him on the schedule. The Lake Charles office is ran very unprofessionally.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with all three of my driving instructors. Mrs.Anitra was my first driving coach and she was really fun to talk to and we had some heart to heart connections we even laughed. Mrs. Heater (red hair) was my second and we shared stories of the past and also the future. We even talked about some stories of her bus driving experiences. We laughed and had a good time. Last, but not least was Mrs. Heather and we talked about anything and everything. She drove one of my sisters in the past and we even had some good enjoyable moments. We shared so much to where we are now family and we love it! I will for sure recommend this driving school to the youth that are patiently waiting fir their turn. Thank You!!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to the school before the hurricanes hit and Mrs Heather went above and beyond to help and was very personable and knowledgeable. Then it was time for my daughter to finish up her course and to get her certificate. I was in Houston with health issues and called to schedule an a for my daughter. Again Mrs Heather went above and beyond to to accommodate us with my schedule and my daughters. She went out of her way to help us out especially with Covid. I would definitely recommend them to ever I know. Mrs Heather gets 100 A+

Fantastic experience: All of the driving instructors/teachers were kind and helpful; they gave great tips in a good manner. They let me do my thing while driving and gave constructive criticism on areas i could improve on while on the road. I would highly recommend this driving school to potentially get your permit/license, as they communicate the rules of driving well. :)

In the month of November I’ve met a sweet lady by the name of Heather, who helped me achieve my license. Might be pricey,but it’s worth the experience and the communication. When I receive my license I couldn’t say anything but thank you, thank you, and thank you. She was so understanding and patient with me. I learned so much from her to. She made 100% sure I knew everything I needed to know to be a safe and defensive driver. Fantastic experience: The work staff here has been great . My son benefited from the class a lot . He gain a lot of book knowledge from Heather . He comes home and tell me all the technical ways of driving and points out the wrong things I do when driving . And we have a very challenging schedule and the Manager Heather has been a saint . She has been so helpful w me and patience . I have had to move his road time a few times and she is always so understanding and accommodating . I have two more kids to go through drivers ed and since these ladies have made my experience so un stressful and very easy , I will definitely be sending them through this school .
