Fantastic experience: I passed my drivers test on the first try. I did first 2 classes with Rohan and last 2 classes with Victor. My schedule was tight so couldn’t stick with just 1 instructor. They had their own styles of teaching and both did an excellent job. My classes close to my road test were with Victor. He was very thorough and explained the reason for everything he was teaching so u won’t forget. I remember hearing his voice in my head during the test and it helped me to not make my usual mistakes. The receptionists Natasha and Anniesha were extremely kind and helpful. Always sent reminders about classes etc. I give this place 10/10. Listen to your instructors and do what you are taught and practice and pray and you will pass the test. Would recommend anyone to go to them.

Fantastic experience: Yo this is the best CDL driving school. I’ve been to a couple independent driving schools and even one mega carrier and couldn’t obtain my CDL class A. Jay is a very wonderful instructor and sherry is an angel. She was able to fit me into training and a CDL road test within two weeks because my permit was expiring. Fantastic experience: Took 8 lessons at this place and got my CDL B in a little bit less than a month after I got my permit. If it's one thing about Glenn, it's that he's very good at teaching you the inspection and in no time, I was following his exact sequence for passing all the different inspections for the bus. What's nice about their bus is that it's a smaller bus but still a Class B vehicle, so you can pass the road test with this bus and get your Class B in the same way as if you passed the road test in one of those big school buses. Anyway, I'm glad I learned to drive the Shore way, and really have to give Glenn props for having patience with me for the most part.

Fantastic experience: Got my Class A CDL on my second try yesterday, and it's all thanks to Shore. I see a lot of reviews talking about Glenn and while I've met the man twice, Jay was my instructor for all 15 of my lessons. Jay himself was a cool dude and was very easy to talk to, and never once yelled at me whenever I made mistakes driving the truck. He was also very thorough in explaining the inspection part of the test, which helped me pass that part easily on my first road test attempt. The women who answer the phone were always friendly and informative too, and were actually good at scheduling lessons to fit my schedule. And finally, if you're after a Class A with no manual restrictions, Shore is the place to go. They have a green tractor trailer with a synchronized 6 speed manual, which almost felt like driving a car. Very easy to upshift and downshift, and there's no splitter since it's only 6 gears. It made getting the road test in a manual truck easy since I didn't have to worry about learning the splitter for the test. All in all, I'm happy I learned to drive the Shore Way.

Fantastic experience: Got my class A CDL today. Thanks to Shore Driving School and Glen Buddasingh the instructor for his patience with me. He was calm and very informative about what to do and what not to. I never knew a thing about tractor trailer before I came to Shore. I did 10 lesson and wasn't feeling confident, even though he said I was ready. I payed for another 10. The cost is very reasonable compared to others also. Now I feel like a pro. Ready for the road. They are very professional and were very patient with me as well. They are thorough and will have an answer for any question you may ask. They will get you ready for your exam no doubt! Office staff as a whole (Sephora and Natasha, 2 names I did remember) was also very professional and were extremely communicative. Fantastic experience: Shore driving school offer one of the best CDL program. I had some tractor trailer driving experience prior to signing up with shore for classes. I was able to pass the CDL class A test by taking only 4 classes. Both tractor trailer instructor (Glen and Jay) was great, they teach everything the DMV inspector expected someone to know. 100% recommend this program to anyone working towards or going for a CDL license.

Negative experience: My mother went to do her driving lessons here. It was such a terrible experience for her. Her instructor was very rude when she would ask questions and not helpful at all. They did not prepare her properly for the road test. They made her practice with one car then sent a different car for her to use to do the road test. She will be taking more classes but not with you guys. What a waste of my money. I do not recommend. They didn’t even show her how to do a 3 point turn. She was so unprepared for the road test because of you guys and she did 7 classes. What on earth were you teaching her for 7 classes ? Just wasted her time

Negative experience: I paid for the 5 class package for $330. I did ONE lesson and decided I wasn't ready yet due to my anxiety flaring up during the lesson. I requested a refund and for 2 weeks they kept calling me to reschedule the lessons and I kept telling them NO, when I asked for my refund they said they had to charge me $50 for the one lesson I took. I was okay with that and just wanted my $280 back now they keep telling me their supervisor will call me for my refund,I even went to the office they have and they told me the supervisor will call, i called them two days later cause i aint get no call and they told me the same thing, its been over a week now not including the 4th of july weekend that just passed and I still haven't received a call. So I called again today on July 7, 2021 and they told me the same supervisor will call me BS. We shall see what happens if I still don't get a call or my money I will be making a report with the BBB.

Negative experience: THIS IS THE WORST DRIVING SCHOOL IN RICHMOND HILL QUEENS . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! I Payed for 10 lesson package here worth $480 And failed to pass my test because the driving instructor are horrible and don’t teach you anything . I attended a different school and got my license in only 5 lessons. DON’T MAKE MY MISTAKE

Fantastic experience: After many years I decided to get back on the road and take the 5 hour class again and try for my driving test a second time. I was given the instructor named Rohan. He was fantastic! He really made sure you understood what you were doing and felt comfortable enough to pass the test. He was always on time for the lessons and you can tell he cares about whether the student truly understands everything. He was amazing! After my first lesson with him I made sure to request him for all of my remaining lessons. Nevertheless, I passed on my first try! I was so nervous after my last experience with a different school years ago where I did not pass. Negative experience: This company stole my money!!!! I was scheduled for driving lessons and they have no records of my purchase. I’ve been calling for months and every time someone picked up the person would say the person I need to speak to is not in the office or would give me a later date to call. I would wait until the later date and then I’m hit with another excuse Of it’s the pandemic no one who can help me can take my call. 3 months of constant calling has past and I’ve finally spoke with the manager and he couldn’t even find my payment. Very unprofessional and dishonest now I will have to report this company

Negative experience: Before the pandemic I went to them and set up lessons and a road test never got either because they don’t know how to communicate I told them that I no longer live in New York and since relocated to Florida the account I used to pay them was closed and asked for my refund.Now they trying to steal my money talking about there going to send it to the closed bank account ,Does that make any sense? No and all I asked for was a check there unprofessional I regret going there in the first place.If I don’t receive a check from them there is going to be problems for them

They are ripping you off with the prices, and their own employees DISRESPECT their higher staff behind close doors, imagine how they were with a customer. They only help their own people meaning they’ll give discounts to who they choose and are kind to those.. I send an email to the school and informed them about everything and they replied two weeks later not solving anything. Good luck.
