Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing I'd been struggling with the Houston DPS driving test and felt so uncomfortable every time I went to any of the DPS so I gave Tomball elite a shot and they were so comforting and nice even gave me advice and talked to me during my test which helped make me feel not as nervous and judged and they helped process my certificate for my license which saved me a trip to the awful DPS and saved me some confusion online I greatly appreciate and highly recommend this driving school

Positive experience: Mrs. Latoya (owner) is accommodating and understanding, and remained very professional. We went through alot trying to get my son’s license and she helped us so much.The adult driving teachers are patient and kind.They really take their time with new and experienced teen drivers.Now let’s talk about the front desk admin. If you want to be talked over, misunderstood, gas-lighted, and feel incompetent then you’re dealing with Ms B. As nice as she sounds in her tone, it can be very condescending and dismissive. I remained respectful to her but overall I feel her incompetence will be the downfall of Ms LaToya’s business. She is the initial contact that we all must experience. Maybe a lesson in customer service? And learn to listen instead of going on a 30 min rant!! I would’ve given them 5 stars because the service was excellent.

Their patience and kindness are exceptional qualities that allows potential drivers to learn and succeed in their driving journey. Fantastic experience: I truly loved every moment of the behind the wheel lessons with Mr.G. He’s very patient, attentive, and have a great sense of humor to help ease your nerves. I also loved how encouraging and supportive he is throughout the lessons. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. I took my test with them after my lessons and I passed on the first try. If you are looking for a driving school. Tomball Elite Driving School is the school to go to. Although every driving instructor is wonderful, I recommend asking for Mr. G because he’s incredible. I promise, you won’t be disappointed and will be well prepared for the road and the driving test.

Fantastic experience: I was learning how to drive at an older age and a bit nervous about it, but I must say everyone at Tomball Elite were so welcoming and patient. My main teachers were Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Burton, and they were truly calm, collected, patient and kind. I felt like I was sitting with my father, they were just so comforting. They're patience definitely paid off because I was able to pass on my first try, so I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to learn how to drive.

Fantastic experience: As a student for both their drivers ed courses and their driving lessons it was a great experience. The drivers ed was well made and made pacing easy. Their in person driving lessons had great instructors, very polite and nice. Taught me how to drive and made good conversation along the way.

Negative experience: Our oldest went there 8 years ago and seemed ok. Our 16 year old just completed and when I drive with her it as if she has never been to a class. When she went they got out early, at the end the multi hour class dismissed after 15 minutes. Waste of money.

Fantastic experience: I love the driving instructor and the receptionist.. this is the BEST DRIVING SCHOOL… my teen was taking well care of, and took the driving test with them as well!

Fantastic experience: Hopefully you are reading this review BEFORE choosing a driving school. Our oldest daughter went to Tomball Elite Driving School and they were nothing less than amazing!!! For our youngest daughter, we tried a closer driving school in Magnolia. What a nightmare! I wish I had taken my own advice above and read the reviews about that school in Magnolia. We headed back to Tomball Elite Driving School. Even though we had paid someone else, for the same services, we were happy to pay Tomball Elite Driving School. We had to deal with the issue in Magnolia. Our daughter's safety was worth it. We have complete trust in Tomball Elite Driving School, and they did not disappoint. She had her license in about 45 days: completing the on-road driving portion successfully. They even let us schedule the driving exam with them. It flowed perfectly! Thank you! Please use us as a reference if you have parents that need to speak with other parents. We would be happy to.

Fantastic experience: My son took his driver's road test here. LaTonya was great. She made my son feel at ease when taking his test. We are so glad we went with a private test rather than going through the dps. It was less stress on me and my son.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here. Being new to the country, we were unfamiliar with the licensing process. Miss Billie explained everything to us and was happy to answer all of our questions ( multiple times!) We also had a scheduling conflict that needed a resolution before opening hours and we received a call back immediately. The instructors are very patient and positive and our son felt comfortable with everyone. Our daughter will start training next month.

Negative experience: All this people care is about your money, now you know , they couldn't be anymore rude when you call this place and they don't have anymore ways to get more money from you, now you are just a problem to them and the way they talk to you on the phone shows what they are about

Fantastic experience: Coming into this school, I had absolutely no experience behind the wheel but I never felt lesser than because of my lack of experience. The school is very organized and professional and the instructors and administrators are very supportive. From my first lesson to my road test, everything was easy to manage and coordinate. If you come here, you will certainly learn how to drive well and with ease. Would highly recommend to anyone! :)

The writing may of been hard, but the drunk goggles expirement & the SIPDE Activity was very fun to try, not like anyone -imaginarily- ran over a child... And the slushie group was funny. No, but really, we learn a lot & it's very informative. Not all fun and games because driving is serious, but still interesting. We also played Heads Up & Deflection. Act like no one knows how to drive. Peace out. ✌️

They were so calm and patient with him, but most of all he had so much fun. Every day he would come home and tell me all about the different games and activities they did! I love that he had different instructors behind the wheel, his favorite was Mr Richardson, he really calmed my son's nerves and made his experience great!

Not only are the students really nice,but the teachers are very nice and like to have fun with the activities and lessons.This is a great driving school and I recommend you go here to get your permit.

Negative experience: I can say they are convenient. They are very difficult to get in touch with. Quite unprofessional. They had us leave there thinking we had everything we needed to get our son's TDL and that couldn't have been further from the truth. Now we are scrambling like crazy to get the forms together that the driving school should have told us we needed, not to mention a VOE which they NEVER mentioned. Steer clear.
