Fantastic experience: Avon I had the best experience going though Parker Professional Driving school. From having Calvin and Wayne in the class room and Scott and Mac out in the field they were the best instructors i could ask for! I came in with no experience driving a manual and was able to pass my test on the first try. Thank you again from everyone at Parker especially all the women in the front office!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely enjoyable experience. Phenomenal instructors in the class and out in the yard. I passed my class a exam first try! The equipment wasn't bad either. For a two month course, they definitely make you feel confident in your ability to be a trucker. I feel like a part of the family. My plan as of now is to gain my 2 years of experience and come back to be an instructor!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking into getting your CDL A or B my suggestion would be Parker’s Professional Driving School, I had an amazing experience both in the class room and the field but of course the field was fun. All the instructor were extremely knowledgeable and super nice and helpful including the wonderful lady’s working in the office. I am extremely happy I chose Parker’s to train for my CDL. They really are the best and I am extremely happy I got my training with them!

Fantastic experience: I found Parker Professional Driving School to be very informative and helpful. Harry was very knowledgable and did his best to make sure we were ready to move on to in-person driving practice. Kevin did a great job in working with me on practicing maneuvers and the air brake test. Office staff was courteous and helpful in scheduling physical and test dates. One suggestion may be that less time could be spent in the classroom, and more time focusing on the driving aspect.

Fantastic experience: I'm a one and done from the West Boylston location. I can't recommend Parker P.D.S. enough. These amazing people will do there absolute best to get you your license. The student to instructor ratio is well balanced and you will get the time to ask questions and get quality answers. Again this is a quality school with quality instructors at a completive price. I was super confused before i get here because i couldn't locate these guys on satellite view. But there is this gentlemen, he is what we need to be happy of this industry. Welcoming, laughs, hepls he unloads quickly.

Fantastic experience: The staff and all of the instructors are absolutely top-notch.They want you to pass. And they very happy when you do. I have been to the test site twice and watched other schools. Fail within minutes the first time I went there was 4 of Parker students that all passed and 4 of the other students. I was last to go all the other students from the other school had all failed before I was up to test. The next I went there was 6 of them and again they all failed. I failed my first time because of myself. This school i inwould recommend to ANYONE that wants to be a truck driver. Thank you and your incredible staff for EVERYTHING that they do from the office to the classroom to the yard they truly care that you pass.

Fantastic experience: Parker driving school in Avon was the correct choice when I decided to get my CDL, they went above and beyond on so many occasions. Melissa in the office is extremely informative and helpful, even after passing the road test and graduating, she was helpful with placement and resume building. The instructors were all knowledgeable and patient, special shoutout to Ryan! He was beyond helpful and always motivational, he’s got a great teaching style that’ll make ya feel confident at test time. All around great place to get your CDL!

Fantastic experience: The staff at Parker Driving School in West Boylston is very knowledgeable and patient! There is a lot of information to disseminate and they do a phenomenal job of presenting it in layman’s terms! The instruction they provide when you move to the field is exceptional, by the time they’re done teaching the students I feel like I know everything there is to know about the vehicle, inside and out! It really prepared me for the final exam with the RMV which I passed! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Parker Driving School to anyone that is interested in obtaining a CDL License!

Fantastic experience: Class was so informative and reall set me up to pass the test and get my license! All the instructors I worked with were amazing, patient and well learned about all aspects of the exam! If you’re lucky enough to get Michelle in the classroom you’ll have blast and learn so much! When you’re in the yard Steve Matt and Ray were so helpful that it made it easy to learn everything! 10/10 would recommend this course if you’re getting your class B or A!

Positive experience: The Parker school in West Boylston was the right choice for me over the NETTS school. I almost went threw NETTS myself but after being at the test site twice and seeing them all fail air-breaks assured me I made the right decision. I got my CDL A in only 10 weekends. No need for the six months they try to force on you at NETTS.

Positive experience: I want to start of by saying, I am not a student but a very concerned family friend of a student that took classes at Parker Professional driving school and was very scared to speak up do to the consequences that could of prevented him from getting his license. I will like to express on his behalf. The school itself is a wonderful school they have many diversity employees and some amazing instructors and some not! But the experience he in-counter with some instructors & the state police was mouth dropping from the racial slurs, verbal abuse that came out from some these so called professional instructors to instructors, instructors to students and state police to students had me speechless! The racial words that are used to the students and instructors that work so hard everyday to teach this students and the students that pay so much to become something whether they are immigrants or not. It’s very sad to say this is still going on in our work place and a in schools. We need to be educated again and again be mindful that we are all equal & beautiful no matter how tall, short, American, or immigrant, race & color we are, be mindful of what we say around each other, be mindful that words are hurtful and just remember WE ARE ALL ONE! Just to say the owners are not aware of this, but this is a very serious matter that need to be spoken or addressed to all his employees. Find a solution, find resources to educate them, be aware, be involved cause it’s very important to get to know your employers and over all a mandatory meetings about this subject so the company can grow and people can have a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: Well worth the hr drive every weekend, Andrew was a blast and made the class part fly by so quickly with his sense of humor. On the field, I couldn't ask for a better instructor, Jim was top notch and made sure I passed the first try. William was very informative on the road and really cares about your learning experience I didn't feel pressured. I'm going to miss those guys for sure!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Parker. Sign-up was a breeze. I received superb classroom instruction from Andrew and Harry. Once in the field Jim and the other instructors very quickly and smoothly made everything become second nature with shifting, maneuvering and driving. Last but definitely not least Melissa in the office was a joy and pleasure who graciously and professionally dealt with any and all questions I could’ve imagined. They genuinely want all their students to succeed and that was apparent from the very beginning. Personally I managed to pass my Class A test on my first try and I owe it all to the faculty and staff. I felt beyond adequately prepared. Fantastic experience: These guys really know what they’re doing! From having Harry in the class room and Kevin, Brian, and Wayne in the field. They had what it took to get us all ready for our road tests. Harry was super informative and any questions we had were answered with ease. All the guys in the field really took the time to get us acclimated to the trucks and the time we needed to work on what ever we were struggling with. Wayne even put in a good word with Capitol Waste to land me my first CDL job. These guys don’t just want to see you pass your road test, they want to see you succeed afterwords. Fantastic experience: Just like any other institution there are ups and downs. Each instructors here are very unique in their own way. Harry is super knowledgeable and direct. Andrew is super funny and humorous. Jim, Jerry and Wayne are super student oriented (I had a hard time with one part of the course, each of them took their time teaching me in the best way possible) I would’ve loved to buy them a round of drinks! In the office Mike, Linda and Beth are super attentive(granted Linda has less tolerance for bs) but they care very much. Jose and Arthur are the old timers, some of the stuff that they will say will just leave you laughing for a while. The school has resources and so many trucks. They went above and beyond to make special accommodations for me. I am extremely grateful. EVERYONE AND I MEAN EVERYONE at this school wants you to succeed but you MUST DO YOUR PART and study. Most of the troopers give you multiple breaks and they let you make couple of mistakes here and there so long as you demonstrate that you’ve put in the effort.

But all the instructors were very patient, friendly, and encouraging. They never made me feel like I couldn’t do it. I especially want to say Thank You to Bubba for ALL his help. He didn’t just teach me but he also explained maneuvers & backing-up in a way that it made sense. He was a calming presence for me & the extra confidence boost I needed. Positive experience: Delivering to HelloFresh. Warehouse is fairly new at this location. Warehouse building is in the rear of these other establishments. Warehouse is not clearly marked but address is accurate. Follow the road to the rear of the location. Find the receiving door & check in. Door is the only thing clearly marked as HelloFresh Receiving. Arrived extremely early for a midnight appointment. Was instructed to park in the dock & wait till appointment time. Offload was fairly fast and easy. Afterwards was given the option of parking overnight in the door if I choose too. Great friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Got my cdl via Parker about 2 years ago. Great instructors… helped me pass with state trooper on my 2nd try and learned a lot. If anyone asks me where I went for cdl school, I’m proud to say Parker in Avon!

Negative experience: Gave me an online price to ship a truck! Website said a price was told price was wrong. Add $150 even though I signed my electronic signature! So price was jacked up with no driver to be found. At your own risk!!!

You're not paying for a CDL your paying to learn how to drive a truck safely from the best, so you can pass your cdl test. Instructors were great! Trucks were nice! If your on the fence about picking a school like I was listen to your gut and choose PARKER!!

Fantastic experience: i came here after an epic fail of a school in Johnston Rhode island.....but coming here was the best thing I've done..all the same make trucks HUGE! not some beat up equipment they are all road ready unlike the skeletons at said other place. the trainers here are the best...i nailed my road test the first time....if you want a great school and people who care about your out come and not you income....sign up here ! linda will get the scheduling done...ralph and steve were my instructors...very great... do your research but in the long run this is the place to end up

Negative experience: Update I did get a call from the owner who did apologize for the bad experience with a full refund. Altho it wasn't a great experience I was happy the owner reached out. DO NOT! Waste your time or money with this place. It is a revolving door with there employees and they do not care, they will sit with there face in there phone your entire lesson making you do maneuvers rather then teaching. You'll only hear from them when it's time to head back. They'll tell you they offer 2 and 4 hour lessons and you'll be able to finish the school in 3-5 weeks, what they won't tell you is you'll have to fight and beg for a 4 hour lesson and you would be lucky to finish in 5 weeks. And the c*** in the office is miserable and awful to deal with. Do not make the same mistake!

Fantastic experience: Great step by step training from classroom to field to the road. They work with you every step of the way. Just passed my CLASS A road test thanks to Parker. Some of my coworkers went to another new england truck driving school (hint hint) and aren't doing so well. They wish they had gone to Parker with me. School is expensive but worth every penny

Negative experience: This school is not for everyone. Specially not for people who works hard for them money. The only care about the money, not you. I signed to in this school... they don't give me anything to support me (no CDs / timer watch) I went for the road test, I did not pass it because a dam timer watch cost a dollar. I count to with my brain 1 to 60 . the trooper saying I count to fast I was shot 10 second... the school cannot provided a timer watch who cost $1. I asked the instructor for timer watch. he even not have one either. That so insane. they not even paid the state the $35 from the $300 you paid for the road test. I would never recommended this school to anyone. they don't care if you pass or not.

Fantastic experience: I recently obtained my CDL from Parker's, incredible experience with instructors and plenty of hands-on training. Jose, Bubba, Jim, Greg, Ricky, Dave and Ric are the dream team of trainers! Mike the Director and office team will help you in any way possible. Best advice is study the airbreak and pre-trip exam video's every day by Downloading the video's and utilizing them with any free time especially at home!! If you follow their blue print you'll pass!

Fantastic experience: I’m rating this 5 SO PPL WILL SEE.How Horrible this “School” is .I traveled from Metrowest to check out the facility and possibly enroll.Once there the front desk lady was unhelpful like I’m was bothering her,She said ohh all classes are full till February-March no additional info didn’t ask my name or want to ask me any questions even though I brought my DMV record like I was asked via Email.If this is how they treat potential students I would stay far away from here.The front desk woman clearly didn’t want to do any work or be helpful.So I went home shaking my head ,I had a Cashiers Check to even pay for my enrollment but she just brushed me off.RUDE,RUDE,RUDE.Find a better option and don’t waste this woman or the schools time.

Fantastic experience: Here’s my experience: This school can help you become a great and safe driver. It will certainly help you get your license. They are very helpful but you have to want it. Every instructor ( Jim, Rick, Craig, Andrew, Jose) is good and each will show you different techniques to become a great driver. Can the school be expensive ? Yes! But remember you are investing in a career so it’s worth it. Parker helped me obtain a Class A license and I am glad I went to them. Thank you Parker! Negative experience: I was taking private lessons when all of a sudden they stopped calling me in! I called in and spoke with the receptionist, but she told me that I was supposed to call them even though from the begging they were the ones who would call me to schedule a time to do lesson. I've tried calling back to set up a lesson, but they never reach back.

Fantastic experience: Parker is an amazing school if you’re looking to get your CDL! They will drill all the necessary information into your head in a matter of 3 weeks (for Class B) to get you prepped for the road test with the state trooper. I took my test with the trooper today and passed first try. I couldn’t have done it without the help of the instructors - Brian, Kevin, Rick and Andrew. They were out there every day with us during the field training making sure we got air brakes, pre trip inspection and maneuvers down pat. It was a great experience that I will never take for granted and well worth the time and dedication put into it all. Fantastic experience: I just graduated with my CDL Class B w/ passenger endorsement and I could not have done it without Parker Professional Driving School. Everyone I have spoke to that works there was so helpful. Sandy, Beth and Linda were amazing and very professional. My instructor Kevin was amazing, a great teacher and very patient with me. This is the only CDL training school I would recommend. I would also recommend the private lessons to anyone out there looking for your Class A or B!!

Fantastic experience: Thank to all Parker service team and all these great instructors specially Mr Ricky,Mr Steve,Mr Jim and Mr Ralph. They did a great job with me in 2 months I get my license easily. When I first start I told I won’t be able to learn all this but Ricky always be a motivation instructor to tell yes we can do it, if he can do it than we can do it And last training I have instructor Ralph was very kind and patient with he try to found every where that I’m not perfect and make sure we work on them and next day I pass with no difficulty Thanks again Parker team Thony monevil

Fantastic experience: Parkers professional driving school was great. Natalie was extremely helpful in getting me set up with taking my private courses, and she was fun to work with. The instructors were very helpful, you need to tell them exactly what you want help with so they can direct you. Definitely will recommend to anyone trying to get their CDL class A.

You will take with you the importance of the core competencies regarding safety and having a positive attitude that this crew talks about and implement them to get ahead of pretty much most of the competition out there right now! Go for it. Supportive, Professional, Knowledgeable staff in the office ready to help. Shout out to Linda who rules and sets up the scheduling and also to Pam...who is kind of scary at first is the COOLEST. Whole program totally worth the $$. God Bless.
