Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Tiffany Driving School! They are always quick to respond, and schedule appointments. I recommend taking more than one lesson to really go over the little details on the road test (like checking ALL the blind spots, and the perfect 3 point turn). I failed my first test, but this school helped me schedule another as soon as possible, and corrected everything. Rene is a great instructor! Super patient, and gave so many little pointers I will never forget! Thank you guys!!

Negative experience: The guy showed up 10-15 mins late every time. He was impatient teaching and didn't bother how to drive but just wanted to teach you points of passing the driver test. He gets angry if you ask him a question

Fantastic experience: Tiffany Driving School have been helpful and responsive during my driving journey. I moved to NY from Australia 11 yrs ago and haven’t driven since. This year I decided it’s time to get my license and enjoy some weekend trips away this summer! I took 4 driving lessons with Mr. Durogene, he was knowledgeable and patient. I also did the 5 hr online course through Tiffany driving school, and they coordinated my road test, which I passed today!! I really never thought I’d be able to drive on the right side of road (Australia is on the left), and I’m so excited to be driving again!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a great experience at this driving school. I had never driven before, but I was fortunate to have an experienced instructor Rene who, while strict, was exactly what I needed. Thanks to his guidance, I passed my driving test on the second try, mostly because I was very nervous the first time. Also Phill was always available and very accommodating with scheduling lessons. This level of support made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and most importantly, I learned how to drive. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking to learn how to drive

Negative experience: I should have guess by the state of their awning. that is dirty and neglected! They could not care less about you. The teacher on Sundays is great, but the one on the weekdays was very nasty and toxic, screaming at you when you are doing things wrong while texting on his phone all the time. When I failed the road test, their only comment was if I wanted to keep charging the new classes on the same credit card. Very empathetic. And they send you an email so you can leave your feedback, but when you give less that four starts, it doesn't go through. That's why I have to come to Google to leave my review and balance that totally unreliable 4.7. Avoid it if you can. I ended up starting from the scratch in other driving school and it was night and day. I have my drivers license now, but not thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with them. Philipe, the guys who works at the office was great and helped me with all questions that I had. He also did the best he could to adjust my request to their schedule. Also, Rene, the guy in charge of giving you the classes was amazing, and he definitely gave me good tips about everything I should know to get approved on my road test. My wife is thinking about to get her permit soon, we definitely will go back there!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany gave me my first experience behind the wheel, and now several years later I found myself driving behind them in my own car! Learning here was smooth and I was able to pass the test on my first try. I highly recommend this place. The neighborhoods they taught me in varied from quiet home areas and astoria park, to the traffic and commercial filled streets under the train tracks, so you can get experience in many types of situations. Tiffany was my instructor and she was very polite, patient and clear in her instructions. Always felt comfortable enough to drive with her. I'm very happy with the experience I had, they opened the way for me to experience things I wasn't able to by sticking to only public transportation (and let's be real, the MTA was, still is, and probably always will be, atrocious, insufferable and insanely unreliable). I drive everywhere now and refuse to go on the bus or train unless absolutely necessary. The peace of mind you'll obtain is amazing. You can definitely kick start your driving skills with this place, give them a shot. I did and got my own car now.

Negative experience: Below, the answer says they offered to work with me and I said I would leave a bad review. Such a thing never happened. They hide behind a computer and their employees and flat out lie. I've never seen such a thing. I recommend steering clear of this business. They are difficult to reach. They say they open the office at 9 but rarely do. They only have lessons available from 9-5. Their instructors are inexperienced. I had to cancel a lesson because I had a back spasm on my way to the school. I couldn't reach them but left messages. The got back to me eventually saying that it was fine. 2 weeks later, they said I owed them $70 as a no-show fee. They asked me for a doctor's note which hasn't happened to me since high school. I couldn't go to work either but no one asked me for a doctor's note at work. It's ridiculous. I asked to speak to the owner as the employees said it's his call. They would not give me his phone number, only a generic email. This owner, Daniel who also owns Epic, never replied. I called the school, texted, emailed multiple times and no response. They said Daniel was busy. I don't know what he is busy with if not his business. This is such a scam. Don't waste your money.

Negative experience: This place needs more communication between the office, its instructors, and the students. Do not be surprised if you are unable to attend a class because: the office is closed and no one answers, or because the instructor never shows up because of some scheduling error

Negative experience: Somebody told me about this place since they speak Portuguese and I also recommended it to my mom and 3 other friends. The person who used to work there was very kind and polite, she used to help a lot. Now they have somebody else in charge for customer service. She made me an appointment at DMV even after I said I’d rather take the test online. She said I could decide anyway, I paid $30 to this driving school to schedule a time for me to do the test on DMV, something I could have done by myself for free and to take the test at home, what I wanted since the beginning. Instead of explaining me how things work, they asked me to pay for it, so I canceled the appointment and Daniel refused me a refund. Somebody who works there helped me sharing Daniel telephone number (since it’s impossible to talk to the owner, receptionist wants to know everything, but I couldn’t complain with her about her bad work - makes no sense), then Daniel/who owns the place told me he could just refund my money after I said who gave me his number. A coercing situation for something that is my right. Nobody would ever bother him, if their employees do their job right. His excuse was that his number is being shared and people have been bothering him even on weekends. Well, there’s a reason for that… Even though I was thinking to do the driving test with them, no more! Seems easy to make a business grow and make money if you do a job like this and especially never learn from own mistakes. You just agreed to give my money back if I answered that question, and I will not. If your number is being shared it’s because neither I nor those other people got the service we paid for. Otherwise, we’d never waste our time. If I was reluctant for the right thing to be done, it’s simple to transfer my money, you have all my information there that I sent since you agreed to pay me from the beginning. I know I just called Daniel (and just him, not all staff) ONCE, and I have all conversation here. But I understand, so many complains that you have to show clients as wrong that’s why you can’t do the right thing. As I said, never learn from own mistakes. God knows everything! Take care!

Fantastic experience: This place is the best! I have personally used Ferrari and found it to be exorbitant for no reason! Eventually, I got my license privately without a school after using Ferrari. I wish I knew about Tiffany back then (I got my license about 4 years ago). My husband recently used this school and from beginning to the end (he got his license yesterday), customer service and professionalism were exemplary. Also, you can text them so you don't have to call them every time you need to schedule something. Despite the uncertain times, they were always available to make an appointment or even reschedule with a short notice! Lastly, you cannot beat the prices here.Great service for fraction of the cost of its competition. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I passed my test last week thanks to Romana and the driving school. I did about 6 lessons (I already could drive previously from the UK i just needed to get used to driving in a new country). I didn't pass first time but that was mainly because of the horrible examiner I got but the second time round I got a very nice examiner in Maspeth, and I drove for only 6 minutes before he passed me. They are very friendly and understanding, the booking and communication wasn't the best but overall I had a great experience with Tiffany driving school! Thank you Romana!

Negative experience: The people in this school are complete TRASH!!!!!! Literally asked for some simple information and instead of politely giving it to me, Rebecca was on her high horse giving me attitude. Why exactly am I coming to spend my money here? I would cool the attitude because there’s plenty of competition and VERY UNNECESSARY. If you don’t like your job, find another one. If you’re not capable of communication, find one that’s not people related. Let’s also add that they are allergic to answering the phone, incapable of scheduling basic appointments, and simply unprofessional. At their rate, they could give the lessons for free and it wouldn’t matter. Attitude, professionalism and reliability is completely lacking.

Negative experience: I chose this place because of all the great reviews . I took my first lesson last week and it went very well and I really liked my instructor. Unfortunately when I showed up for my 10am lesson today, nobody answered the door....or the phone..I waited 10 min, then grabbed a coffee at Starbucks and came back 20 min and still no answer. Very unprofessional of them. It sucks because they are very affordable and seem like good people. I went to another place and got a lesson for tomorrow morning because I can’t count on them to be there tomorrow. (Shrugs)

Fantastic experience: Tiffany gives great tips on what to look out for when being tested. I have 2 foreign drivers license and have been driving for 3 decades. Ask anything and she will give you as much information as possible. Those tips helped me pass the test.
