Negative experience: Unfortunately, this rating has little to do with their instruction (it’s great) and more to do with the professionalism. For a year straight, I’ve called and left voicemails and haven’t received a callback, an email, a voicemail — nothing. I understand everyone isn’t super professional as it relates to analytics but there is no reason to have a business phone and NEVER answer it. This is how people set appointments. I’m not kidding. My call was answered once two years ago and it was because a woman was on her way out the office. It’s ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just did her road test with Dee from Elite Driving School & i can not express how AMAZING he was eith her, not only did her clam her anxiety, he made her feel comfortable which bosted her confidence. He explained things that wer to come in acway she understood what was expected of her so she didn't feel stressed at any time. Everything went smoothly, i couldn't ask for a better fit for her. I would recommend this place for anyone that need to get their road test done, especially if your love one if having doubts or stressed about anything. Negative experience: A family member of mine has been trying to make an appointment for road testing but every time they call they deny him, telling him to try again in 2 weeks just to be denied again. Idk what the problem is buts it's getting frustrating. Idk how to make an appointment when they tell me to bc they just deny it every time. I've also whlent through these guys in the past and have screwed me over in the parking portion. The worst part, they have hung up on me before even though they were open for another 2-÷ hours. This place is severely unprofessional and it's sad since I see so many goo reviews.

Fantastic experience: the BEST place to take your road test. Marty was the most kind and amazing instructor I have ever had. I had so much anxiety about taking the road test after not driving for a bit and when I tell you he eased all of my nerves HE DID! not only did he give me corrections to make, he was extremely patient and didn’t just sit in silence and write things down he actually spoke to me and we had great conversation.

But he made me relaxed and kept encouraging me through out my test. He also gave me useful driving tips. I highly recommend this place for both lessons ( even though I didn't take but going by his tips I think they are top notch) and the road test. Thank you so much Brian and elite driving school!

Fantastic experience: I had to choose between Elite and Courtesy test sites for my wife's driver's exam. Courtesy's Shelby twp office is larger, which stood out to me. But they also had numerous reviews mentioning they failed. In contrast, Elite had fewer reviews, but mostly positive. I decided to schedule my wife's test with Elite. Our examiner, Russell, was friendly and patient, which helped alleviate my wife's nervousness, and she performed well on the exam.

Negative experience: Horrible, my instructor failed me on the parking portion even though I did perfectly fine on everything else except for parallel parking. I was unable to take the driving portion and they had the audacity to charge $75 and I wasn't even out for 20 minutes. I had a severe breakdown after leaving and was almost hospitalized. DO NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous, anxious, all the usual works when it comes before this test. Then I got Brian and it was so much better then expected! He was friendly, helpful and easy to talk with, providing basic tips and advice. Definitely recommend this place to ANYONE who is worried!

He is an exceptional instructor he made everything very simple and to the point while also emphasizing caution & safety. I was very anxious about my test and there are driving test centers within 5min drive from home but after reading the reviews online I decided to drive 40min to come to Elite for my driving test and I was not disappointed! I have a foreign license and needed to do a driving test to get my US license, and Marty and his wife Angela have been professional and made the whole process very smooth. Highly recommend Elite!

He was the absolute best ever!! We talked I felt comfortable. He was very helpful, patient, and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else.. Fantastic experience: I just finished Segment 1 here. It was very instructional, and having the classes online was really nice. I recommend Mark as a driving instructor as he was very direct, while also being understanding to me as an inexperienced driver. Given my score, you can see that I would definitely recommend this class.

Fantastic experience: Elite was the best choice that my son made for his driving test. The staff was very cool and laid back but still made sure that he understood the driving rules and the driving laws. They made him feel very comfortable and relaxed so that he wouldn't be nervous and would make mistakes and fail his test. His instructor even waved at me and told me that my son had passed and that everything was cool. I waved back happily. I was so glad that they were able to properly instruct him while making him feel comfortable enough and relaxed enough to pass his driving test. And on top of all of that, they are set up to where you don't have to go back to the Secretary of State personally to get your driver's license. You can just simply go online to finish the process. Perfect. I would advise anyone to come to elite for their driving test. Very good job you guys for understanding how to get the Young beginning drivers to just relax and take their time so that they can feel comfortable.

Negative experience: Well I called this place 6:02 and they picked up the phone and hung up on me I called right back ALL I GOT WAS THE LEAVE A MESSAGE THATS OK I HAVE 4 TEENAGERS READY FOR SEGMENT 1 .. GUESS ILL GIVE MY MONEY TO SOMEONE ELSE. ‍♂️‍♂️

Negative experience: This place is a waste of money and time they take ur money and don’t even let u drive all they do is let u park in a parking lot with cones and if u failed the Parallel parking part they don’t even take you on the road I wouldn’t even give this place one star ! Negative experience: Very un professional to have someone text us from an outside number at 9pm Saturday night and cancel our Sunday morning appointment for 815am what is that all about complete unprofessionalism.

Fantastic experience: My son had his road test at Elite. He was extremely nervous, the instructor helped him stay clam and feel a bit more comfortable. Because of the instructors demeanor, my son was able to relax a bit and he passed his test. The instructor was there before we were, we did the parking lot test, freeway and the residential streets. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go.

Negative experience: 1) driving instructor was half an hour late 2) instructions were not given thoroughly BEFORE the driving test 3) after points were taken off for not following the unthorough “instructions”, instructor THEN proceeded to give instructions that were supposed to be given BEFORE 4) because of the instructor, will be made to pay another $50 for THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

Negative experience: So I sent my son to just take his test there. First of all the instructor shows up a half our late. The the only thing he did with him was have him turn onto Harper then turn down by CVS to go to the Civic Arena. Had him do a parallel parking and back up into a parking spot. Who doesn’t actually take them on a few main roads or the freeway. That’s not very good testing to make sure your child is ready
