Negative experience: Very unpleasant service. When we came to the school, the staff of the school was loudly talking in Spanish. When we started talking in our European language, lady from the counter came to us right away and said please be quiet. We felt discrimination. The car they used for the driving test was very low condition. And when my daughter decided to adjust the mirrors, he gave her attitude. The way he trained my daughter according to her was very unprofessional and very low driving skill. Definitely do not recommend this school. Disappointed. -Father of my 17 year old

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Western Slope Driving School! I was nervous about learning to drive, but my instructor, immediately put me at ease. He was patient, thorough, and always explained things in a way that made sense. Every lesson was well-structured, and I never felt rushed. I particularly appreciated how he tailored the lessons to my specific needs—whether it was highway driving, he made sure I was comfortable before moving on to the next skill. The cars were clean and well-maintained, which made me feel safe throughout the lessons. They also offered flexible scheduling, which worked perfectly with my busy life. After just a few weeks of lessons, I felt completely prepared for my driving test. I passed on the first try!

Negative experience: Came here to do my written test, I failed the first two times. When I finished taking my test the third time and didn't pass the Asian guy, Adrian tried explaining it to me. I was very nervous and he could very much tell. I was not treated with respect. Even after seeing me breakdown he continued to yell at me and make very rude comments about personal things. Not only that but when I was doing my test he was very loud and didn't care about the people who we're testing. On the other hand the main lady with really long hair was respectful and when I failed my written test the fourth time, she RESPECTFULLY went over it with me. She didn't make me feel nervous or stupid for failing. Overall, I would not come to this testing place, especially if you have other options.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated my driving instructor and the service I received here. It was great to walk right in without an appointment and they were very calm and kind.

Negative experience: I do not suggest taking a drivers test here. The instructor, Adrian (I believe) is NOT fit for this work. He is unable to maintain a calm and professional environment for new and nervous drivers (such as myself) especially after these nerves have been communicated. Yelling during tests should never happen as it just heightens nerves and will most definitely lead to more mistakes. He even told me to get my eyes checked at the end of the exam and took 10 minutes to yell at me while I was crying in the car- then proceeded to ask me “miss are you ok” in the lobby. I do NOT suggest this business. No one deserves to be treated with the disrespect I was shown.

Negative experience: Recently had a driving test with Adrian. and I told him I was extremely nervous and already have severe anxiety and he just dismissed all of it . was distracting me the whole test and yelling at me . I would have much rather he just told me where to go instead of all the constant distractions that led me to fail. I wasnt all that nice at the end which I regret but it was very upsetting because I know the reason that I failed was because of all the distractions and the constant yelling . He was overall not a good instructor.

Negative experience: I recently took my driving test with an instructor named Adrian, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the start, Adrian was rude and dramatic, which made an already stressful situation much worse. During the test, instead of providing a calm environment for me to focus, he was unnecessarily distracting, which impacted my ability to concentrate on driving properly. As a result, I failed the test. It’s also important to note that most driver tests provide retests at a lower rate, whereas this company keeps the same price. I believe driving tests should be conducted in a professional and supportive manner, and that was not the case here. I hope the company will address this issue so future students don’t have to go through a similar experience.

Fantastic experience: Can I just tell u, what a fantastic way to go. This Driving Institute in Parker is the best place to get your license for any reason at all. Cuz of Covid, my license expired in Florida. I was living in Texas at the time. Somehow after a year, u have 2 start over. Meaning, from the beginning, when u were sixteen. It was so nerve racking. Getting the paperwork was very difficult, 2 say the least. Everytime in Texas when I went 2 the DMV I was turned down until I got the right paperwork. Ok, so now, I am staying mostly in Colorado with my son. I needed 2 get it done, In Colorado, the DMV doesn't offer the driving test. U have 2 go through a school. Before u can take ur driving test, u must pass the written first. So I did that. Took me 3 times until I passed the the written, OMG! OK. So now it has taken me years 2 get things right. Of course I was expecting the worst. Cuz of all the obstacles I was going through. So here it is, I walked into the Western Slope Driving Institute. No waiting, super sweet people. I was such a nervous wreck when I first got there. The instructor was the nicest, calming, sweetest, personable man I have ever met. He totally got me, he knew that I needed special care, and he gave me that. SO I PASSED! If it wasn't for his expertise, I probably wouldn't of passed. Even if u have 2 go out of your way. It's worth it. The only thing is, they don't take cash. So prepare.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service. My grandma had to take a driving exam and she is very hard of hearing and the instructor had a tremendous amount of patience and great sense of humor!

Negative experience: If the skinny and Asian guy it's taking your test, don't waste your time and money. Way too dramatic, racist and unprofessional. I can tell why they have that many bad reviews. I decided to go to another driver school the same day and pass the test. He just keep shooting that "you are putting my life in danger, I dont trust you". Better go work in a kitchen or some environment you don't work with customer service, as a Team Lead and trainer on Costumer service I'm .

Negative experience: Never even think of this driving school. The male instructor is tooooo rude and short tempered. He started shouting at me as soon as I started driving.He continuously kept yelling at me and mocked my driving throughout the test. Seems like he is just trying to panic the driver and fail the test so that they can make more money. This test has affected my confidence in driving too. Today I gave my drive test at another driving school and passed the test successfully. The instructor even appreciated my driving skills. Please be aware of this driving school and instructor and just avoiding going there to save your money, time and self confidence

Adrian made my daughter feel immediately at ease. He was so patient and supportive with her. Miles better than the experience I initially expected when started calling around to schedule the driving test! The team here is excellent and I would gladly come back to this establishment! Fantastic experience: I recently came in to take my driving test and my exam was conducted by Adrian. I was a little worried because they did not take appointments but to my surprise I was taken out to drive almost immediately. Adrian was encouraging and engaging the entire time he put me at ease and was pleasant to have a conversation with. I appreciate that because I was so nervous.

Negative experience: Very negative and frustrating experience today for my daughter’s driving test. We arrived ten minutes prior to opening for “first come first serve” testing, and were told there was an hour and twenty minute wait. It was closer to an hour and forty minutes before we were seen. While waiting, we overheard the tester mocking a precious driver and her parking. The tester mispronounced my daughter’s name, and brushed it off when she corrected him, and did not bother introducing himself. He was immediately in a sour mood when my daughter, upon my instruction, asked to walk around the outside of the testing vehicle to get her bearings and check the tires. I was watching his frown from the lobby and he was extremely rude about her wanting to take her time and adjust the seat/mirrors. She told me after the test that he was very impatient and wanted her to GO GO GO. He failed her 5 minutes into the test when she didn’t slam the brakes upon sighting a child on a tricycle at the curb. He was violently angry, making it difficult to rationally comprehend what the situation actually was. I kept asking him to clarify what had happened and what she should have done. My daughter and I drove the exact test route so that I could see for myself what had happened, and the point where the child was, was directly after a left turn into a residential street, with zero visibility. The speed at making the turn was 8 miles per hour. My daughter said the instant the child came into view, my daughter slowed further, and began to pull the car further away from the child, but the tester slammed his brakes. My assessment is the tester had not seen the child, overreacted, and blamed my daughter. He started with a chip on his shoulder, insulted her driving, and my instruction, and provided contradictory orders. Very unfortunate experience for a new but competent driver. Wish I would have read the commiserating negative reviews.

I did make a couple of minor mistakes but he made sure to address them with me, very easy going. Also located directly across the parking lot from the dmv.

Negative experience: I took a driving test to get my DL from this facility which was borderline rude and not informative about very important deadlines for taking proof to the DMV to get the physical DL. So I missed the time frame to submit and must retest. Everywhere else that I look online says that they have a discounted rate for people who want to retest so I have been reaching out to this company to see about a retesting option. I’ve called 8 times at all different times of the day and get no answer. I was able to leave one vm but now they constantly say the vm is full. So looking like I’m going to a different company now and paying full price again cause these people won’t answe

Fantastic experience: Had a road test with Adrian (Andrew?, something like that). The facilities are a solid 3.5/5. The car 4.5/5 The examiner 5/5 The test was around 15m, simple and easy, way way easier than other states/countries. If you fail, its 100% on you.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! The male instructor was very rude, disrespectful and passive aggressive to me. He was completely silent during my drive, I made some mistakes but he then proceeded to make me feel stupid nervous and was overall a rude person. He kept yelling at me. He barely even gave me feedback. He just made me feel bad and stupid. He immediately left the car and slammed it and walked in side didn’t even open the door he shut it in my face. He made comment saying “My life depends on you” he told me when I made a complete stop I had to wait at least 2-3 min to turn kept yelling at me to look were I’m going when I turn when I did exactly what I was supposed to Do not go here. Am absolute complete waste of money and time. He overall made me think I did a terrible job even when I fix my self when I parked and told me why I parked like that kept. He was breathing hard everytime the guy was very inpatient with me I don’t recommend this place.

I’m usually extremely nervous while taking these tests in my past but he held conversation with me throughout the drive and was very friendly! If the instructor have any issues or problems with other race people plz stick a board like “ Even Other race people come here and take road test we will fail you even though you did good , we will insult you by asking unnecessary questions like who thought you driving ? How many hours u drove in US ? All these questions u will ask wen a person is about to start the test ? Dnt judge people with color / race. Am happily passed my test with other school the same day he failed me . My friend who took the test in this school passed ( it was other location ) and her experience was good since she had an awesome instructor who was a lady ( not sure of the name ) she is really good. JUST BEWARE of the other instructor who wants to fail everyone who takes test with him .
