Fantastic experience: Norm was terrific teaching my daughter. Very pleasant guy, and my daughter felt at ease immediately with him. He was there when she took her test and passed perfectly. I would 100% recommend him to anybody with kids learning to drive. He's especially helpful at the beginning when they first get their permit to get them comfortable on the road with several hours of driving, and then again at the very end before the test making sure they can do all the skills involved including parallel parking.
