Fantastic experience: Patricia Westsik was wonderful, not only is she a great teacher but she’s also a great person. She helped me build confidence while driving and I will forever be thankful for her extensive help! Skagit 911 Driving School was terrific and I’d definitely recommend it!

Negative experience: I took the firefighters test and Lady at the desk is nice but talks and laughs loud too much and I lost all my focus during the test. They don’t even bother closing the door atleast since she wants to talk real loud the whole time someone is taking a test

Fantastic experience: As an adult who has done almost no driving in the past 30 years I was very nervous about getting back behind the wheel. My instructor Patricia was wonderful - she was calm no matter how stressed I was, and made certain I knew exactly what I’d need to do in order to pass the driver’s test. I really appreciated her background as a police officer - I knew I was getting the best possible information. Great experience overall and I passed my test!

Fantastic experience: I recently signed up for driving classes here and the service and staff are AMAZING! Very clear and straight forward. The driving instructors are very professional and helped me so much to pass both my written and road test. I passed successfully with lots of help and encouragement. My driving instructor was Patrica, and she was Awesome. She guided me and told me what needed to be improved. Shoutout too her she's did such a great job, and shoutout too Jenny who took me on my final test. She was very sweet and professional. We jumped straight too it, and she congratulated me afterwards! Thank you, 9-1-1 driving, and biggest thank you to your wonderful staff 10/ 10 service I will definitely recommend y'all!

Fantastic experience: Our experience with everyone at the Skagit 911 Driving School, Mount Vernon location was pleasant. The ease of zoom classes and online scheduling was nice and hassle-free. Oscar was very helpful working alongside my son and his extremely packed sport schedule. Oscar went out of his way to make sure we were able to schedule drives that worked with us. I highly recommend Skagit 911 driving school for any teen wanting to do drivers Ed.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, The classes and instructors were very great. I have nothing to complain about. They also offer pick up and drop off if you decide to practice with any of the instructors and dont have transportation to get to their building. Which i really appreciated because uber is inconsistent where i live and i couldn't always get a ride from family or friends. They encourage you to ask questions and if at any point you are nervous and you are unsure about something, the instructors patient and understanding. If you’re like me, i had a genuine fear of driving because i witnessed a pretty bad accident, the instructors here are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you are comfortable. 10/10 would def recommend

Fantastic experience: The employee where great rather I called or emailed they would get back to me with any questions I had. I got a lot out of there driver education program the instructor do good with explaining in detail. I like how much they go out of there way with giving you reasoning of when your on roads of why you do certain things in situations and point out where there could be dangers so you watch out for those things.

Fantastic experience: Oscar and Odin were both awesome! After failing my first test by a few points, Oscar thoroughly explained what I needed to fix, and after signing up for the next available slot I improved my score greatly and passed. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this place to do your license exam, the staff is very professional and very kind to all the people. Don't feel terrified taking your exam with them. Oscar the inspector is very professional in what he does, in addition to making you feel good in your driving test, there is also a lady who is at the reception and I want to say that I owe my respects to her who receives us, she is an excellent person

Negative experience: Called a bunch of places first to find a school that would work for both my child and myself. Completely lied and said they offer in person learning just to get my money. Not only do they not offer, but then when I call to figure out what's going on and why they keep sending zoom links, the customer service was horrible. Don't waste your money. Pick a different place to teach your kids

They always asked us if we had any questions, they’re enthusiastic, and they made me feel a lot calmer on the drives. After taking the online course I was able to get a 36/40 on my knowledge test and a 90/100 on my driving test. I definitely recommend taking 911 Driving School!
