Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this business enough for new drivers! It was actually recommended to me by my daughter's friend, and I was impressed from the moment I first reached out. The scheduling process was seamless -- I spoke with the granddaughter, who was extremely polite, and she promptly sent a confirmation for our appointment. When the forecasted heavy snow made my daughter nervous about her test, I reached out to reschedule. I spoke with the grandson, who was incredibly understanding and quickly set up a new date that worked better for us. The flexibility and willingness to accommodate were greatly appreciated. On the day of the test, we were greeted by Mr. G, the instructor. He was punctual, polite, and immediately made my daughter feel at ease. As a true gentleman, he was patient and provided clear, concise instructions, which really helped calm her nerves. Despite the anxiety, he made the whole experience enjoyable and smooth. From the ease of scheduling to the professionalism and warmth of the staff, this business exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a supportive, flexible, and professional driving school for new drivers, I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: the examiner ( smith), unfortunately it's disappointing behavior, he didn't have any kind of patience for the examiner and his instructions were very vague and he kept shaking his head while she's been doing the parking, I positive that he wasn't ready for examination yesterday and he was about to want to leave, that's why the student felt nervous and frustrationd , she's failed

He made me feel so reassured and he passed me!! he gave me clear instructions and was honestly an amazing instructor. Their price is also great I payed $110 for road test and car rental while other places charged $150+. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to take their test to take it here. 10/10 experience in everything from making the appointment to taking the test!!!

Fantastic experience: Easy for booking appointment by the phone. The examiner (Mr.S…) is very friendly with clearly instructions and makes you calm down in the first sight. I recommend to read the test guide document (download from SOS website) carefully before you take the exam, it’s really useful and has many tips for you. Once read done let’s go! Negative experience: They don't pick up calls and are not active on any of their websites Mr. G is not the good guy here, there were hardly 15 20 points I had deducted but still he failed me, he didn't let me drove the full path. He didn't listened to me at all when I requested him. I know he's a friendly man but he is very serious towarda the test and ends up failing you if u do minute mistake. I personally do not prefer this school even though they have less fees.

Mr. Smith was very nice, extremely professional, and gave my son some excellent feedback to keep in mind. He even gave us the keys to his vehicle to sit in while he was with my son on the road test. Fantastic experience: Process of setting the appointment was very easy over the phone, on test day my examiner Mr. Smith was great. He was polite, patient, direct and clear with directions and calm. Which alleviated my nerves and helped me calm down. He gave great feedback on my driving and explained the reasons on what I did and some things I needed to improve. He gave enough time for me to follow his directions and made sure I felt like I could do them when I felt safe and comfortable to do so. Overall the experience was great and I passed! I highly recommend going here for the road test.

Fantastic experience: This was the best experience from start to finish. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The intake person was very polite and professional. Now let me get to the road test. Mr. Smith was EXCEPTIONAL. He is a no nonsense instructor. He takes time to gently, but firmly explain situations and reasons for why you are doing what you are doing. Fantastic experience: First I would like to start off with the secretary. She was very patient and phenomenal with informing me details on when the schedule for the day I wanted was available. Once I confirmed that date I was really nervous about the test. But as soon as the day came and I saw the instructor he was really patient and nice. Well spoken and made you feel comfortable behind the wheel. All my nerves left my body and everything was as smooth as I could ask for. Very patient and funny gentleman he is. I passed my exam and I am now licensed and happy to say another member of my family has been blessed enough to pass with this company. 3/3 on the families stat sheet and I definitely recommend them if you are planning on taking your road test!

Fantastic experience: Took my sister here 5 years ago for her exam and took my brother today. Mr. G was so patient and reassuring while complimenting on what they did right and explaining things when they did something wrong. Fantastic experience: i took my road test may 9th with mr. charles and i had a calming, knowledgeable, and supportive experience. i was extremely nervous and anxious but he was very understanding and allowed for me to take my time during my test. we had a great conversation while driving for the test and in the end i passed! i recommend most definitely taking your test here, it is straightforward and easy when you know what you’re doing and what to expect! good luck!

Negative experience: Worst place to try to take your test. I would give zero stars if I could I called on a Wednesday 01/18/2023 and I was told by the receptionist that they could probably get me in the following Monday but I had to make the payment before they could hold the appointment for me, so I did. Just to be told that they didn't have any openings until April 10th!!!!! I really felt duped and when I asked about getting my money refunded back to me to cancel the appointment I was told that it was non-refundable!!!!! Total freaking scam!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Multiple appointments changed to their monetary advantage. I’m a real person, not a friend of the family posting good reviews. They know what they’re doing to get your money and not give refunds. I CANT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH. SCAM ARTIST WARNING!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say this is the best place to take a Road test I took my test with Mr Smith he was very understanding and he was able to explain everything he was calm the entire ride and and overall an amazing instructor, he asked questions about hypothetical collisions to get a better understanding on what I would do, honestly what I found to be the most important thing is that i was very comfortable and wasn’t nervous as soon as we started. Also the Price was Very reasonable I had previous schools charge me 120 to take a road test with my own car and I payed 50 during my test. if i could give Mr smith a 10/10 i would!

Fantastic experience: Mr G. was great! I am 55years of age and wiser and haven't driven a car in over 7 years. So as you can imagine, I was a bit rusty at it. And very nervous and I didn't get a chance to practice as much as I would have liked. He was patient, clearly explain all instructions. I would give Mr.G, this high rating even if I failed the test.

The gentleman who took me through the test was very professional, he calmly pointed out when I was wrong and corrected me. Negative experience: I went here to take my road test, although I passed, my experience was very rude. I understand instructors must be strict, I mean after all, they are who allow us to be on the road. But, yelling at someone, and being stern, are two different things. Then, at the end, after signing my certificate I was criticized for having a tattoo. I was told I’m going to regret it when I’m older. Those kinds of things, you keep to yourself. You keep your opinions of others out of the workplace. I will never suggest that anyone goes here after this incident.

Although I did not pass the first time, I am grateful to have experienced that because, on the second test, I was aware of what to do and not to do. Negative experience: My daughter just got in my car after her road test crying actual tears! this might be the worse driving school ever, do not let the good reviews fool you. i told my daughter she should look into this driving school because it is black owned and we are black support black owned businesses, but do not go here for your road test. they make their money by FAILING you. my daughter had been driving for 8 years and he failed her before she even got out of the parking lot. don’t go here!!
