Fantastic experience: Heriberto Perez helped a lot when it came to learning how to navigate the road, easily explained many of the harder concepts. He kept the whole drive entertaining and made sure that any and all mistakes were corrected by the end of the lesson, would heavily recommend!

When we first started practicing I got so overwhelmed and nervous I cried to Ms. Jazel because I was so afraid of driving. She calmed me down, and instead of judging me, she understood and encouraged me to push myself. She was very patient with me, even when I was being stubborn. Positive experience: My experience was a mixed bag. On one hand, my driving instructor, Jazal, was absolutely phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and supported, almost like family. Her teaching style was clear, patient, and effective, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t have passed the test without her guidance. Jazal is a true gem, and she is the reason I’m giving this review a higher rating. On the other hand, my experience with the administrative process left much to be desired. The lady named Heaven, who initially explained the class package, was very misleading. She made it seem like the drive for the actual test was included in the package, only for me to later find out that it wasn’t. When I asked her if my last practice session could be switched to cover the test drive, she flat-out told me it wasn’t possible. Later, I found out that she could have made that adjustment but chose not to, which was very frustrating and felt dishonest. Overall, while the driving instruction itself was excellent, the lack of transparency and misleading communication about the packages was disappointing. If you decide to go with this school, make sure to clarify all the details of what’s included upfront. And if you’re lucky enough to get Jazal as your instructor, you’re in great hands!

I was so nervous, but those instructors helped me a whole lot & made me not nervous to be on the roads. They made it easier for me. Fantastic experience: Hi I took my driving test today at Pleasanton DMV with pass guarantee driving school with instructor Heriberto Perez. They took me to the test center before an hour and took me the route test usually happens which gave me confidence. I personally tell if you are choosing pass guarantee driving school then choose your instructor as Heriberto Perez as he is very good and clam. He gives a good time in his session.

Fantastic experience: I had a great time with Ms.Jazel I had multiple lessons with her and she really got me ready for my test. She was very detailed oriented and she really paid attention and wasn’t afraid to comment and let you know what needs to be corrected and how it needs to be if you still didn’t get it she was willing to show you I got a good understanding. Also she was very fun and nice to talk to. I passed my test on the first time.

Fantastic experience: My driving experience was a bit overwhelming at first, but thanks to my instructor Jazal, I was able to push through! I passed my test with flying colors. She’s straightforward and explains everything in detail, without sugarcoating, which really helps it stick in your mind. Once you talk to her, you realize how understanding she is, and if you need a moment to breathe, that’s completely fine. I won’t lie—I did stress quite a bit during the lessons, but what helped me relax was Jazal reminding me that I’m doing this for safety—to protect myself and others on the road.

I reached out to pass guarantee driving school for help days before my test and the school arranged for training within hours of reaching out to them. They were quick to understand my urgency provided immediate support. Jazal is extremely patient and encouraging. I had a wonderful experience training with her. Fantastic experience: My daughter forgot her Pass Guarantee completion certificate and DMV won’t accept an emailed copy. Unfortunately, we have only 20 minutes to my daughter’s driving test at DMV and Pass Guarantee had a driver rush to DMV and provided us with a new copy of the original certificate for $25 under 15 minutes. Fast forward. My daughter’s test was done, and she passed - saving us the aggravation of coming back. What a great customer service! Thank you Haven!

Negative experience: I took 4hrs lessons plus test and all instructors are friendly excellent driving instructors, providing a wealth of invaluable driving tips throughout lessons. Their teachings truly improve my driving skills. The main issue is the difficulty in reaching the office. Regular calls don't work, and even WhatsApp calls are unanswered. Despite reaching out with inquiries, there's no response. This level of customer service is disappointing, and i do hope that the owner will investigate who's managing the WhatsApp communication.

FYI: I practiced a lot with my friend before the test around the dmv route and took only one hour training+ DMV test package, only for the test. Fantastic experience: My experience with Jazel was great she gives specific directions on how to drive well and has me well prepared for my driving test, i recommend her and this driving school.

Negative experience: I wanted to share with you that I signed up my daughter for her driving lessons a few months ago, and although the driver trainer was an excellent choice, the company itself does not believe in customer service. I paid $455.00, for this lesson, a night before my daughters driving lesson she got a high fever so I canceled the session so the driver does not get sick, common courtesy I thought. However, the company charged me $50 for missing the lesson and cancelled my account. I have since then reached out multiple times and was told that the owner will call you and now over 2-3 months no one has even gotten back to me to resolve this issue. Just because us parents are forced to go through these driving schools I feel as if I am being bullied into paying an additional $50 so my daughter can get her final lesson and go for her license test. Isn't $450 enough to pay for a driving school? I am do not recommend this school to anyone, because God forbid you get sick or you have to cancel for any reason, they will charge you more. Go to them at your own risk.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful, informative, and polite. I was instructed by Samir and Fareed, and I learned a lot from them and passed with their help. I got a lot of experience through six hours of practice driving plus the one hour practice drive test. It really is a guaranteed pass if you take the time to learn and absorb the information they teach you, and continue practice with the instructors. Definitely recommend.

Before meeting her, I was really nervous because I’ve heard of so many horror stories with all kinds of instructors but I promise you she is AMAZING. She is super kind, patient, and understanding. And not once did she ever make me feel bad for being 19 and taking driving lessons. She is also super funny lol. But overall I genuinely loved my experience here!!
