Negative experience: This message is for the owner. I'm sorry, but thanks to the poor Customer Service I received today from the person who said her name was Melisa and that she was the Manager, I will NEVER be able to recommend this place to anyone. Today 11/22 I was very disappointed with the Customer Service I received from her. She was rude, disrespectful, sarcastic, ironic, aggressive. I told her that she should be sent to Customer Service training, because a customer does not deserve to be treated like this, even over the phone. She is not a good listener. She doesn't know when to stop talking to start listening to the customer. I tried hard to explain and find answers and she kept talking non-stop during my conversation. How frustrating. The Dad here paid for the package of 3 lessons in advance. 1) On the 2nd appointment: I had to cancel due to family issues, and I called to cancel the day before the appointment and I even called the same day of the appointment at 7am as a reminder. I talked to her about it when she called me and that day she was normal. 2) Today she told me that I have to pay $50 fees if I want to make the appointment for my son again. Telling me that their policy says 24 hrs cancellation. I reminded her of point 1. But she insisted that I have to pay $50 fees. 3) At the 3rd appointment: the instructor was late. The parent was informed according to her notes, so I simply asked the Manager to what phone number the instructor informed that. Manager Melissa did not want to mention the phone number, and was very rude. Just for asking this, it was caos. I did not receive any message, that is why I needed to understand it. Very rude, no so sure if she hates answering or solving doubts/questions from clients. Conclusion: I am very disappointed. I told her that I wanted to speak to the owner and she immediately gave me a name and I think even an email address. OMG! No so sure, if she really cares about this business.

Fantastic experience: My son worked with Derek P. who is extremely knowledgeable, professional and upbeat! My son used him for his 3 driving lessons and had nothing but great things to say about him. My son clicked with him and enjoyed his lessons each time. My son passed his driving test at DMV first try, with only one minor mistake! I used driversity for my 25 year old 10 years ago (passed first time also!) as well as myself almost 30 years ago!!!! They’ve always been top notch and still going strong! Definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to learn to drive in a fun, professional and interactive way!!! Thank you Driversity for your years of great business serving our community and putting forth safe drivers!!! Definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Derek was an amazing instructor for my son. Very knowledgeable and thorough in his teaching. My son always felt comfortable engaging in conversation with Derek and asking questions from their time on the road together as well as questions that came up while practicing at home. As a parent I appreciated that Derek was very communicative with me after every lesson and always made sure that I had time to ask any questions as well. I could not have asked for a better instructor for my son. We have already referred Derek and Driversity to our friends and family.

Positive experience: I give this 4 stars only because my instructor. I had instructor joyce and she was wonderful a very nice lady, the only thing that gave me anxiety was when i would lightly do something wrong and she would completely grab the wheel, i just felt unsafe and uncomfortable when she did it and she did it twice. I understand we are on the road but i didn’t think it was a good idea to just grab the wheel especially with a learning driver because i was already nervous. Other then that i like the school

Fantastic experience: I had 2 lessons with Christina and I will possibly have more just for the practice and honestly I have no complaints! She was very helpful and prepared me for my behind the wheels test. I truly recommend doing the lessons with her, she makes you feel confident in what you are doing if you are doing it right and helps you with respectful feedback plus she is super chill! Overall I really recommend this driving school!! Very satisfied with it :)

Fantastic experience: My last instructor was Ms. Joyce, and she was amazing! I’m an anxious driver but she helped me become more comfortable behind the wheel. I wouldn’t have gotten my license without her help and reassurance. She’s not only an excellent teacher but a very kind person.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Dean, he was very calm, laidback and easy to talk to if I had any questions or concerns, was very professional!

Fantastic experience: Dean is an incredible instructor who makes it very clear he wants to see nothing but success from his students. He is great at giving advice and suggestions without applying pressure and giving corrections in a positive tone.

If you purchase driving courses make your appointment with MS.JOYCE she is wonderful. P.s I took my behind the wheel drivers test today and PASSED because of her training.

My daughter was really nervous that it was going to be awkward and uncomfortable driving with a stranger, but Dion made her comfortable. Thank you Dion! We highly recommend Dion and Driversity.

Fantastic experience: I had two instructors: Derek, and Dean. Both were very professional, and taught me what I needed to know for the California DMV Driving Test! If you’re looking for comprehensive on-the-wheel driving lessons, I would recommend Driversity!

Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely amazing experience with Driversity Driving School. Derek(my instructor) was knowledgeable, personable, experienced, and very constructive with his criticism. I felt more comfortable driving with Derek than I am with my entire family! If you or your loved ones are considering this school for behind the wheel lessons, I would 100/10 recommend! I passed my DMV behind the wheel test with a perfect score on the first try and it was all thanks to Derek's expertise.

Fantastic experience: I did my first lesson with Christina and I definitely recommend scheduling your lesson with her. She told me straight up what I was doing bad and what I was doing good which I appreciated. She was also welcoming and chill! First lesson with her and now i feel more confident with driving.

Negative experience: my experience during my first two sessions were okay but not informative as to how important my errors were with christina, she would not let me drive on the freeway as well due to her anxiety although she is a drivers instructor.. however i changed to derek for my last appt and was stunned at how well he explained and corrected my errors making me practice over and over again until i got it down, making it super simple in a comfortable environment. i 100% would drive with him again as you learn on roads, the freeway, and backing up!

Fantastic experience: Ms. Joyce was so sweet and she made my driving experience comfortable, she doesn’t get frustrated when teaching and she is thorough with teaching, she explains things, she demonstrates and she teaches you step by step, the overall experience was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I didn't know what to expect going into lessons but after four of them I can honestly say that I could not have managed without Driversity. The instructors are amazing—patient and super friendly! There were actually two lessons that had to be cancelled due to one of my instructors falling ill. Given the threat of the new Covid strains this was understandable. Despite these complications, Driversity got back to me very quickly about make-ups and refunds. In summary, I am a completely different driver and now quite confident I will pass my test the first time around—grumpy test-givers permitting.Thank you, Driversity, and all its instructors for making the road a safer place.

I felt the lessons really prepared me for my behind the wheel license test which I was able to comfortably pass as a result. My daughter was so comfortable in her care and learned so much. We just hope she is still around when our younger daughter needs lessons.

If I'd make a mistake, she'd nicely tell me what I did wrong and just gave me the reassurance to keep driving and letting me know that I'll get it next time, was very happy to receive advice from someone as patient and helpful as her.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to drive with someone official but Dionne created a comfortable and enjoyable environment. For the past 3 lessons, I have learned a lot and Dionne answered all my questions excellently. Fantastic experience: I’ve had two driving lessons with Christina and have learned a lot so far! She is very kind and encouraging when she makes corrections to my driving. She has helped me become much more confident behind the wheel and I can apply much of what she has taught me while I’m driving with my parents. I would definitely recommend her as a driving teacher to any of my friends who are trying to get their license!
