Negative experience: Listen to the bad reviews. This is a sales place. Their goal is to get you to come in so that you will PAY THOUSANDS to waste months of your time in extra counseling. Their counselors have to be used and they claim that they are sent from the judge and is required for 90% of people to get extra sessions regardless. I no longer drink, and I also can't afford to potentially pay thousands for additional sessions at the behest of a "counselor" who wants nothing but to make you pay as much as possible. They will also call you back multiple times; they have very open availability for the sessions etc because this is a scam sales place. I didn't go here.

Positive experience: kind, caring and polite. They made sure to get 2 parts of the 3 things I need to do done in the one weekend. But they didn't explain that the 3rd part is months long... **So be aware!!!****. They say substance abuse evaluation is one time -yes BUT that evaluation is to tell you that you have months of sessions to attend! Lucky Nexus blue water counseling has virtual options. But this is still pricy like 1700.00 for the level 1... So the weekend at the in person class doesn't include that pricing or any of those sessions. 12hra + 16hrs.... No one tells you that. Fantastic experience: Wasn't sure what to expect going to the classes, but it wasn't near as long and boring as I thought it was going to be. It was actually very educational and Sarah was a great class leader! Not to mention the staff here was very nice and helpful!

Negative experience: Not upfront about charges or time class will take. The 1 star is for Sarah she’s the only good part of the company. They have people not computer literate doing clerical work. A 15 min job takes 2 hours. It’s a 3 step program it will not be done in 2 days by any means. The fee also you will have to do an abuse counseling in addition at your expense. They need to be more upfront and honest.

Negative experience: They are thieves! Please do not sign up with this program. Lakeisha at the front desk is extremely rude and should be fired! After cancelling the class with weeks notice, they are refusing to refund the payment. Since Lakeisha is the person that answers the phone, she just hangs up and will not transfer you to a supervisor. This place is a scam! There are more reputable DUI schools in the county. Again, they are a scam, so be careful. Also, I wrote a letter to the owner, David Frost, no response! Contacted Francine - The Program Manager, via BB website, no response. Please be smart when dealing with this company.

Negative experience: My honest review is a 1, the Incentive offered for a 5 star review was a $50 dollar gift card, almost certain this is not allowed and is against Google policy as it is falsifying reviews. Find a better school that actually cares and dosent just want your money, the people doing your evaluation are questionable. I had someone who was just hired do mine and then the actually person who was supposed to do it showed up 30 minutes late and restarted the process without introduction or warning. The facilitator was sarcastic and disrespectful given my circumstances and did not accurately record my responses. How this is an actual school I do not know, but I will tell you it is run the same style as an AA meeting with minimal education provided.

Fantastic experience: Learned many techniques and tricks to stay on the right side of life with my decision making when having to coexist with the rest of society in a safe and sober manor. Instructor was informative and positive in the reinforcement to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
