Fantastic experience: They are a little ways out but well worth it. Unlike many places that just want to keep students coming back and extract as much $$$ as possible, they are really effective with clear, simple tricks that make life much easier. I have been driving a long time and took a refresher and road test to convert my license and must say Ms. Bernice is wonderful. She is confident and makes you feel comfortable right away, clearly cares a lot about making the best drivers out there. My sister had poor and unprofessional experiences at well known schools in Houston and this was a game changer. I would only recommend this school to all my friends / family.

Fantastic experience: Primetime kept me sane! I used them for both of my daughters and had a great experience from a parent's perspective. They were easy to schedule with around a busy family's work and school life. They are very responsive if you have a question or if you need to change/cancel an appointment. Plus, they are nice people. My kids looked forward to their driving lessons and I enjoyed the conversations I had with them throughout the years and rotation of kids.

I went to another driving school first and they did very little to prepare me- I regret not going to Prime Time to begin with!! Ms. Bernice was kind, direct, and very knowledgeable with great tips & tricks to pass the road test. As an older student (30+), I was very self conscious but I was treated with nothing but respect and compassion. I highly recommend this school to teens and adults alike!!

Negative experience: Most of my reviews are positive and I don't really post negative reviews unless they are well worth going out of my way to bother writing them... This business made it worth my time for a negative review. We have been trying to drop off a check to pay for the enrollment and have visited the location on multiple occasions during the weekday but it has been impossible. Hours of operation are not posted anywhere. We have even called and texted to coordinate a day and time to drop off the check. In fact, it was today 4/24 at 1pm. We showed up at 1:05pm and nobody was there. The lights were off, there were no cars in the parking lot, and there was no indication that the business was open. We texted and got a lousy excuse that someone was in the back - even though it seemed like that was not true at all. There are a lot of good reviews, which is why we chose this business but it has been nothing but disappointing. Not very impressed with whoever works/doesn't work the office when they are supposed to meet their customers. I wish I could speak with the owner so that they could make this right. Why is it so difficult to pay for driving school?? Zero stars for customer service. Very disappointed. Was hoping for a better experience. Businesses should focus on customers. Employee personal interests and excuses should never be what the customer hears from the business.

Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I would’ve never guessed that I would achieve my drivers license today, in September, all thanks to Prime Time Driving School and the amazing staff there. From receiving my permit, all the way to receiving my drivers license, this school guided me each step and made everything so easy. Saying that I love the staff is an understatement because I don’t know the right words to express how amazing they are. They are so helpful, so sweet, so easy to talk to, and super patient. They’re also so friendly. If you’re thinking about coming to this school, whether it be for you, or your child, or a friend, I would advise you to not second-think it. This school is perfect. I started at step 0, and right now I feel at step 100. I used nothing but what was taught to me throughout these driving lessons and I practiced on my own time to see personal progress. I doubted myself so so much, but with the help of the staff, I was able to be reassured that I had the potential to keep moving forward and succeed. It’s funny to think that a few weeks ago I was crying often thinking i’d never be where I am today, (with my drivers license), but here I am. Today is a very special day for me as I reached such an incredible milestone. I promise you will not regret coming to this school. Every cent is worth it. I am so glad that my mom helped me find this place. I have nothing but love and appreciation for the amazing staff and this amazing school and I wouldn’t have picked any other people to help me reach where I am today.

Fantastic experience: I can write a whole book saying how PHENOMENAL this school is! The minute you walk into this place feeling the comfort and seeing how nice and professional these women are. Bernice is just SUPER amazing! Seriously no words to describe how amazing this lady is! If I could call the mayor and rant about her I would. She needs to be awarded for the good work she does she is literally a God sent woman for this job! She will turn your whole life around. The skills she teaches you will have you on the road in no time and she’s going to teach you the safe way! I wish I could say more of how AMAZING Bernice is! Her 5 star reviews should be a 10 star! Take your child or as an beginner adult , save your time and come to prime time and work with Bernice! Every second you spend with her you’re going to want to extend your time! She is just that good! No need to be nervous and scared; she got you! I vote this the BEST driving school with the best instructor in the UNITED STATES! Yes I said it. Fantastic experience: I phoned a few driving schools before phoning Prime Time. They were very thorough, professional and kind. Booking classes was easy and they made the process of going from no license, to learner's permit, to full drivers license stress free and smooth. I highly recommend them! Fantastic experience: While we didn't come here to take driving lessons, we DID come here to take the state driving test, which I didn't know we could even do until my daughter's friend clued us in. I'll say that the office staff was top-notch and made it extremely straightforward. Crystal was the one who handled all the up-front stuff. Bernice was the one who administered the test, and my daughter said it wasn't intimidating at all (she passed, yay!). We had an appointment to take the test at 2:00PM, and we were done by 2:15PM. So, upon Crystal's suggestion, we went to the DMV on Dacoma to see if they could "squeeze us in" without an appointment for the actual licensing. So we did, and we were in-and-out of there in about 20 minutes, including all the time to fill out the state paperwork. We walked out of there at 3:02!!! It was only an hour to take the driving test AND go to the DMV and walk out with a license. Truly amazingly good!

It turned out that I was able to get my license with the help of all the services they provide. Omar and Mrs. Bernice were extremely nice and very passionate about their jobs and I just felt so comfortable with them while they were teaching me. I highly recommend this place for your driving needs at a very reasonable price!

Fantastic experience: When I first heard I was gonna take a drivers ed class, I honestly dreaded the idea of sitting in class doing boring activities. HOWEVER, this school honestly made drivers education so fun and interesting. Mrs.B was one of the sweetest and funniest (but serious when she needed to be) people I’ve ever met. She cared for her students immensely and didn’t make students feel ashamed for anything as she would always give us any constructive criticism. I went to this school 2-3 years ago and I’ve never been in any altercations/accidents and have even been complimented on my defensive driving!!
