Fantastic experience: Really amazing driving school, I passed on my first try by the help of Steve, he really helped me with the lessons and taught me a lot of things while driving he is a great instructor highly recommend
Fantastic experience: 0 errors on my DMV behind the wheel test because of them. I'm 25 for context, in Placer. Really quickly, Jyoti and Steve got me confident and good at driving. Took 5 lessons, all of them they came exactly on time, or earlier (with permission, they called ahead!). They listened to exactly what I needed to learn, gave me detailed notes on what could use improvement, and worked on fixing all of my shortcomings. All instructors were a joy to have in the car, and were chatty in a non-distracting way. You don't feel more pressure under them -- learning to drive does that enough. Instructors get invested into you and want you to succeed as much as possible. You get the full 2h, and nobody else is in the car but you and the instructor. I was trained in a 2021 Prius, which is great because it's a simple automatic that's modern enough. They turn off features like backup camera and showing the last read speed limit sign to encourage you to develop these skills. Scheduling was easy and the lady is nice -- while they have an online portal, I preferred the phone, which they answer quickly. You can pay for half the lessons in a package if it's too much to take on at first by calling them, they just won't schedule the lessons you haven't paid for! I'd highly recommend trying them out! If you're on the fence, go halfway on the lessons! Be invested, show up to your lessons, and you'll have a good time.
Fantastic experience: Hi, This is Ravi, thanks to local driving school for helping me in getting my license. I would like to convey my special thanks to Steve for helping me out with my mistakes to get my license in first attempt. Steve, Thank you so much for your time. Last but not least, I believe it is Val(excuse me if I’m wrong with name ) who I spoke in less than a week for my schedule test to get a class, she quickly helped me out in getting a class from Steve by speaking to other student who actually scheduled for the same day. Thank you so much guys!

Upon checking with our Instructor, it was noted on the schedule that when our Instructor went there, he was told you had other things to do that day and that we are getting another reason when we spoke to you over the phone. While the 2nd lesson didn't happen, you also fail to notify us in advance about the 3rd lesson which happened only a couple of days apart from the 2nd Lesson. The cancellation fee is also somehow a means for us to compensate our Instructors for their time trying to make each lessons happen. We hope to speak with you again regarding this matter and we still hope to turn things around for you. When you get the chance, just feel free and reach out to us any time at (530)673-1647 and look for Mani or Sara.
Negative experience: He does know how train people and he not kept his word never and ever go to this school
Negative experience: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was not able to attend my driving lesson as schedule because I am not feeling well, they are asking me to pay a cancellation fee of $100 for them to reschedule my 2 remaining driving lesson. They are telling me to call in advance but it is very unpredictable if you are getting sick. I paid $500 for my driving lesson and asking for another $100 for cancellation fee. They are not considerate and their drivers are not telling the truth the reason why their customers was not able to attend the driving lesson.

Fantastic experience: Part 1. I can’t explain what a good experience I had. Such a great school to book my lessons with, customer support is always there and I wanna thank to my amazing instructor, Steve, for having patience with me. He has that good calming energy that won’t give you anxiety like a loud husband on the passengers seat. Thank you again guys!!!!! You are the best!!!!!! Part 2. I passed my exam with zero errors!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this Driving school. All the instructors are good and Jyothi is godsent to me. She is very experienced and can analyse our skills and guides us accordingly. She made me really confident and suggested me the needful. She is very friendly at the same time very professional. If you want your license, just trust Jyothi's guidance. Sometimes you may not know that you know enough and just need a little push and Jyothi is an expert in that. Such a positive person and she teaches you all the possible scenarios on the road and how not to fear them. Facing your fears is the mantra and Jyothi by the side of you makes it easier. Special mention of thanks to Charan and Sarah in the reception is always a sweet heart. I passed my test on the first go. Thank you Jyothi and Local driving school.

Fantastic experience: Joti helped me for my final BTW test. I only took their 200$ package which includes 1hr of training before the test. And Joti gave all the important instructions and takes in the exact routes for the BTW test. She’s very friendly and understanding as well. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Xochitl is rude and very unclear with her instructions. She talks about other things to distract you but yells at you at the same time.

Fantastic experience: Two weeks ago I danced, though there were no music! I celebrated though there were no venue for my party! I have won the race though the track was invisible! Today I am still rejoicing because I have gained the Victory. Praises to my HEAVENLY FATHER IN JESUS NAME, who led me to Local Driving School. Two weeks ago I was awarded my Driver's License because Local Driving School Went Above And Beyond To Help Me Win. It All started when I found Local Driving School On Google. I rang their number and my first impression was Polite and Welcoming. Though I never saw the faces of the office staff, I heard their smiles in their kind and beautiful voices. They offered me a seat in the driver's seat and made at Home. I had more than one instructor because the instructors rotate locations on different days, and I must tell you, all three instructors were great! They voice spoke sincerely, their actions showed me kindness, and their hearts showed me compassion. They were truly patient and kind to me, which helped me gained confidence. XO, Jodi, and Mani these were my instructors. They all did their job very very jobs well. I can tell that you find peace and joy in your job! Thank you very much much! And to all the office staff though I never saw you in person, you all were great! There is not enough words in Oxford's Dictionary to express my Gratefulness to Local Driving School. Negative experience: Bad customer service. This company will not give you your money back for any reason. They tried to keep my money without any services rendered. I had to get my credit card company involved. Rude and will not call you back. I do not recommend them at all. Find your self a real reputable company with no shady practices.

Fantastic experience: Really nice staff, helped me pass my test, they have patience and let you re-do what you did wrong as many times as you need to and let you practice what you request to learn on each lesson.

Fantastic experience: I had Ashley Otto and she was absolutely amazing! Coming into the lesson I was very timid and nervous about learning how to drive and after this lesson I feel so confident in my driving abilities! Ashley is very encouraging, laid back and never made me feel stupid for making silly mistakes. When she did correct me she made sure to explain it in a calm manner. She also makes the car ride enjoyable with having conversations making it not awkward. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley and will make sure to schedule my next lesson with her!

They are very observant and give really great advice on what you should work on. And they're very easy to talk to along the trip! I definitely feel more confident about driving now than before. I highly reccomend this school!

He helped me with things like lane changes, stopping at the right distances, and even going over the dmv driving test so I know what to expect.
