Negative experience: I honestly have failed the test I tried to reschedule no answer no one in the damn office nobody and when I heard they were closing I was like I need my refund cause this is stupid I nearly paid 700 just so this crappy ass school and people who don’t know how to teach and just don’t ever answer the phone don’t care about customer service i will not recommend this school at all never going to it again and never will because first that’s called stealing money being rude I hope this business shuts down never again a disappointment

Fantastic experience: My daughter took the adult licensing course and we added extra behind the wheel instruction as she felt she needed it. The business is closing, which you would think would affect customer interactions but everyone was helpful and friendly. Ms Lisa G gave her the final lesson and then did her road skills test. After the test, she gave helpful feedback of things to practice. It was a positive experience and we would recommend Ms Lisa G for future drivers.

Negative experience: Paid for my son to go to driving school there. Teacher did NOT teach what they would actually be tested on. He went over Thanksgiving break, now they are closing and he’s not finished the course! STRAIGHT SCAMMING TRASH is what they are!!!

Negative experience: Keaton Martin needs to be fired!!! He failed my daughter due to “he has to go to brunch” with his mother. I don’t care what you have to do we paid $600+ for driving school for this foolishness! He also gives last minute instructions due to being too busy on TikTok and yells at the students. Thank God we don’t have to deal with this foolishness anymore and just go straight to the dmv. AVOID this place at all cost!! Communication is horrible and so is the driving instructor Keaton Martin.

Negative experience: Does not even let you take driving courses. I am 17 years old and I took the paper tests and passed it and we had to contact this driving school in order to schedule a time to start my driving course to get my license but they did not give any paper showing that I passed or anything and never called us back. They have scammed us and it would be nice if we can get my license

Negative experience: I got a email saying classes for Gonzales,LA were canceled response to email by the 15th of October I replied refund please no response I have been calling I sent more than 5 emails even got a block response every time I go to the actual site no one is there I think as a business you should reach out to me I shouldn’t be wondering what to do especially when I paid almost $700 even log on website they’ve nothing about cancellation for cancelled classes I should’ve automatically got my money back this place needs to do better

Negative experience: Been trying to contact them of almost a week now. Class has been paid in full and I can't schedule online. They are not responding to our emails or voicemails. They never answers the phone. Can someone please respond to this review on how to contact them or file a complaint or get my money back if we can't get on the schedule

Negative experience: Will never return repeated phone calls and emails. Lot of posts on ascension parish FB pages showing this a common complaint. Do yourself a favor and find a different driving school for your kids.

Negative experience: After paying, does not answer phones or return calls. A group of customers waited in their office, outraged at being charged $600 for nothing 2 days ago. Owner doesn't show to his own business. Not sure why reviews news stating this fact are being deleted.

Fantastic experience: Mr Wendell was very patient with me while driving on the road with me. He takes his time there’s no rushing. It was comfortable. Mr Wendell is super nice and keep me on track, his teaching is easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: My experience here at breauxsdriving school was very nice, it was a place where I could learn at my own pace with good instructors. My instructor mr joe knapps was very nice and taught me how to drive, I went from driving 3 miles am hour in the neighborhood, to going 70 on the road very comfortably. Over all good school, and educational system.

Negative experience: First class the instructor was 40 mins late. When my Daughters turn came for driving the 3rd time instructor was late and last day of driving the instructor slept/ had eyes closed for a good bit of the drive. Did not teach parking. Getting the final envelope for DMV was a huge hassle, after driving was completed and could not get a phone call back during those weeks. When I finally got someone she stated for me to come to facility to get paperwork it was ready, I arrive there on my lunch break and it was not ready, wasted trip. I keep calling and received the envelope over 3 weeks later. Unprofessional business. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: Ms.Margie was a terrible instructor she made me cry the whole 2 hours I was with her if she wasn’t screaming at me or making fun of me she was in her phone. She made me never want to get behind the wheel again because I was so scared that I would end up with up her as my instructor again. My driving got worse after having her as an instructor. However mrs.Dawn and Mr.gabe diaz were both amazing instructors. Ms.Dawn was my class instructor and me.Gabe did my first behind the wheel. He made me feel confident in my driving skills even if they weren’t great, and Ms.Dawn always made her classroom feel open and welcome she prepped up well for the written test and made sure that anything we didn’t understand that she explains in a way that helped us

Positive experience: Maggie Jackson was a terrible instructor. She didn't teach my daughter she yelled at her, was on her phone, and belittled her. It was a horrible experience for my daughter. Her previous instructor was Gabe Diaz. He was encouraging and told her what to expect and how to handle in new situations. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.

Fantastic experience: When I was looking for schools, I didn't have too many choices around my area, so I chose the only closest school to my place which is Breaux. The school experince itself was great! I'm an adult with the driving experince, so I took adult driving course with the driving skill test as a package for 600$(which I think is very pricey). So my first day was a 6-hour lesson of driving rules, it was okay. Next 4 days I had 2-hours driving lessons and fortunately I had 2 literally best instructors Mr. Dallas Adam's and Ms. ValJon Ferchaud. They are very chill and nice people, they gave me clear instructions, were very nice and chill! I took an exam right away after my last lesson, it was okay for me. Thank to Breaux for having such great teachers, that made my experience very easy and enjoyable! Total spent time from entering the school till getting a license was 9 days❤️

He‘s comfortable and knowledgeable with safely thanks to Breaux's Driving School, LLC . Ms. Ruth is a wonderful and caring driver's education teacher; we are grateful for her excellence in teaching safe driving skills to our child.

Fantastic experience: First and foremost, this was the simplest process to get in, registered and paid. The parent meeting is super informative of what is to be expected from start to finish. My son took all of his driving hours the Monday starting after finishing his classroom hours. He passed his test today. The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. So far it has been a wonderful experience. The driver instructors were informative of what he will need to continue to work on as he remains in the learning process, but also said that he was a good driver and was happy with his performance. I also thanked them for showing them the video of what can happen if you are not careful driving because like I told my son, "they are trying to save your life" and make you and the others aware of being a SAFE driver and what NOT to do. Overall I would give it a A+++ experience. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd time putting a teen thru a driving program. I have used three different driving schools and this one was a charm(the best)! My experience with them was professional, and organized. Their driving web-site was very self-explanatory and easy to use. If I had another teen I would definitely use Breauxs again! Negative experience: School is a scam. Wasted $500 only to get a piece of Paper that I completed the class. No Permit or Driving License. On top of that, I noticed that it seems students are being pressured to leave positive reviews to hide all the shady stuff this school done lmao. Thanks for robbing $500 out of my pocket. I will be going to Road Scholars Institute of Driving for a better experience and better non lazy instructors.

I seen some reviews stating they take a while to schedule driving test but in my experience I was able to go from the written test to the driving test in a timely manner given my circumstances! Fantastic experience: After miscommunications and numerous problems I had with Breaux's years ago, it seems like they have a better staff than years prior. The communication and professionalism seems to have improved dramatically.

Negative experience: Instructors did a good job with class, however the lack of returned phone calls, emails, cancellation of class, with no notice, time spent on my part trying to figure out what is going on, and poor communication from others is the reason I will find another school for my younger kids when they are old enough.

Fantastic experience: Breaux's is an awesome driving school. They are very accommodating and work around your schedule. Ms. Veljon, the behind the wheel deiving instructor is amazing. She communicates well and is very transparent when it comes to the needs of her students. She helped to reassure me of any existing fears I had with my teen about driving. She made sure my teen was road ready. She was very patient and kind.

Negative experience: Don’t even bother with this school, they purposely fail some of their students just to get extra cash out of them. Surprised lawsuits haven’t been filed already.
