Negative experience: Do NOT go here for drivers education… go to Drive My Way. All star Driving School is so frustrating and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had 2 other children go to Drive My Way and it was a pleasant experience. Save yourself a lot of heartache… sign up early or you will be forced to go to this second rate driver education service like I was.

Positive experience: Mr. Trudeau is a great instructor who taught me many things. He did scam us in our games, though.

Positive experience: I had Lori, she was nice and kind of funny, I enjoyed driving with her and she made me feel safe and assure me what to do. When I had class with her she was understandable and on the road she pointed out my errors and helped me understand how to be a better driver

Negative experience: TERRIBLE COMPANY !!! DO NOT sign up through All Star for your child's driver's education. It has been over a month and they have not had any driving slots available to complete the necessary drive time , I have called numerous times and emailed and gotten no resolution. Don't waste weeks of your child's time and hundreds of dollars on a company that cannot fulfill their obligations so your student can get a permit - and will not even bother calling you back.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible communication, broken down vehicle, yet they still dangerously used a malfunctioning car for my child's first two driving lessons, then decided it was too dangerous. They canceled the last four driving sessions and NEVER let us reschedule. I emailed 3 times and the response was "we forwarded this to the regional manager". After they failed to fulfill their end of the bargain we should get our money back. But of course I just get no response and no refund. If you feel like throwing your money away, sign up with these clowns.

Fantastic experience: Aidan was great in messaging me and my daughter about her registration paperwork and confirming that it was uploaded to her portal. I appreciate him taking the time to notifying me right away about an error I made on the paperwork, what needed to be corrected and then replying to me email in a fast/timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the service and follow up I received from Aidan Mcguire. I needed to submit an additional doc for my daughter's driver's ed and I would have missed the deadline if Aidan did not follow up with me. Much appreciated!

Negative experience: The worst. Been done with segment 1 for 3 weeks. The driver keeps canceling scheduled drives! That are set up on their website/platform. We have had 3 other drives that the instructor couldn’t make it to. Been waiting for the last drive (of 6) that we set up 2 weeks ago.. just got cancelled. Now out into November. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to get your student licensed. Place is very unorganized. Will not be doing segment 2 with All Star.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this company and even more terrible service. We paid for our daughter to complete segment 1. She completed the test and started her drives with the instructor. Drives were extremely hard to find and schedule due to too mNy kids and not enough instructors. After two scheduled drives the instructor told my daughter that he was going to give her a slip to drive with her parents because she was not ready to continue with him. Very strange since they are the instructors with the training, signage, and brake installed on their side of the car. Anyway after two weeks the slip never arrived. I contacted the company and several days or a week later they responded indicating to just wait a little longer. Two more weeks later, I contacted the company again and they responded a week later that the instructor should not have done that and they were going to make some drives available for my daughter. By this time there were another class starting so even more kids to compete with for drive times. We were never able to complete any more drives. Two months later we have moved and I requested proof of her passing the exam portion in order for us to hire another instructor to complete the remaining drives. They responded by saying that I would have to start segment 1 over with another company and they wouldn't issue even a partial refund. I know that there are not enough driving schools , but definitely do not use this one.

Negative experience: If I could give this negative stars I would. We have been trying to reschedule my sons last drive for almost three months now. Surely he has forgotten all he has learned. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone when you call, as they are always “experiencing higher than usual calls” so you are forced to leave a message. Good luck getting a call back!! Emails? That took two weeks to hear back. Our case has been elevated to all management and it’s been a week and nothing. I’m so overly frustrated I could scream! Do yourself a favor, sign up with a different company. At this rate my son will be lucky to have his permit by the time he is 26.

Positive experience: In general, mr. Trudeau did a pretty good job of teaching us, and there were no real problems. The only issue I felt that there was is that I felt like the homework and the class work covered the exact same things, which made the homework feel unimportant.

Also, Mr. Trudeau was a better teacher than I could ever have imagined. He was understanding and very calm, even if you make mistakes. Overall 10/10 and an easy five stars.
