Fantastic experience: I went here for driving class and had Mr. Tony best teacher I could ask for teaches you tricks and ways to make sure your ready for your road test

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I would. You cannot cancel for any reason even days in advance. The fee of $55 is nonrefundable - fine. But, then, if you cancel, it's an additional $30 fee. So, because of a family emergency, I'm out $85. This is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Highly do not recommend going here. I went to this driving school, not once but twice, to take my road test and was failed for my parallel parking. The guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was not very polite both times that I went. Almost completely lost my paperwork both times that I went as well. I ended up going to a different place, seeing as I only had one shot left before having to wait, and passed, no deductions on my parallel parking at all.

Negative experience: Bad experience. I feel sorry for any teens being taught the wrong things here. It will cause accidents. Stop signs DON'T require two stops during a test. This place is a money hungry scam . The tester didn't even put his name on the paperwork. But the office told me it was probably Sam Jones.

Fantastic experience: When I took my daughter there originally to discuss getting driving lessons I spoke to Robert, he was very polite and informative. When we went back for her lessons my daughter said she was nervous at first but Robert, who also happened to be her instructor that time after a few minutes got her to calm down. She said he didn't "jump" and "gasp" like me at every turn (excuse me) and he helped her stay calm. So, kudos to the Killeen driving school and an extra kudos to Robert for having nerves of steel.

I went in there today to take my road test, and passed on the first try!! The lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming, and the instructor was very patient with me!! I passed with a 92.

Negative experience: There service is not good. They are very rude and rarely answer the phone. My daughter had lessons and had a road test scheduled. We had to cancel the road test because even though her last lesson was 6 days ago they still didn't have her certificate ready. We called multiple times on multiple days and they did not answer the phone. If you have other options don't go here. Update i had to give less stars: When I went to pick up my daughters certificate. I got a lecture about how it is my fault the certificate was not ready because the school name we had on there was wrong. We had accidentally had the hs name instead of the killeen driving school on the original paperwork. Yes, that was our fault. 100%. So he just kept repeating to me how it was not there fault that we had the paperwork wrong and how I wrote a complaint about them and it was not even the schools fault. Here is what was killeen driving schools fault: 1. Did not tell me when we first brought them the paperwork and paid them $400. They didn't. 2. Did not tell me at any point in the 3 months my daughter was going there the paperwork was wrong. They didn't. 3. Did not tell us when my daughter completed her lessons. They didn't. 3. Answered the phone on the 3 different days we called them leading up to my daughters road test so we could find out in advance that we needed to change the name of the school. They didn't. 4. They waited until someone showed up at the business asking for the paperwork to notice it was wrong. 5. Then give customers a lecture about writing a bad review and take zero accountability for their own mistakes.

Fantastic experience: The best place to obtain your driving license, Professor Robert was very kind when teaching the driving class and Mr. Sam when taking the road test was the best. I recommend this school inTexas.

Negative experience: Hello On saturday i had a lesson for 2 hour behind the wheel practice. I was not told my instructors name but he had me drive him to his house. He told me to wait in the car while he went inside to get something. As a female this made me really scared and i was told by family and friends that this was very unprofessional. Aside from that he was very rude and condescending on my first time driving on the highway,saying things like “why can’t you get it the first time” and yelling whenever it was time to turn in heavy traffic. Even though it was his job to instruct me,he would often be on his phone during my session towards the end. I dont expect him to be gentle because his life is on the line as well but i was very scared,nervous,and anxious during my session. He was a tall black man,with a bald head,and the car we drove was maroon without a sign on the top like the rest of the cars. Thank you for your time and i hope that someone else can have a better experience than mine.

Fantastic experience: The day before my test, Mr. Tony, an instructor there at the driving school gave me the best method for learning how to parallel park. After positioning the car, the steps he gave me were to first put the car in reverse, turn the wheel all the way to the right, signal left, look left, and start reversing. This method allowed me to learn parallel parking in little less than an hour and I definitely recommend the services the Killeen driving school provides as well as Mr. Tony’s.

Fantastic experience: This is the fifth family member that i have brought to Killeen Driving School over the years and have had a great experience with each time i have used Killeen Driving School. Lesson's taught was perfect for getting my family member ready to take the final drivers exam. The Drivers Parallel Parking Training area helped immensely on helping pass this challenging part of the drivers test. Overall, I would highly recommend Killeen Driving School. Especially Noteworthy was instructor Robert.

Fantastic experience: Mr. Jones made it stress free and passed me on my first attempt of Class C exam, not that i got a perfect score but this is definetly the place for new drivers.

Negative experience: Today I went with my daughter to take her driving test and the gentleman who attended her did not want to give her her test because according to him she was missing a required document which they never told her she needed. We had called to request information and asked about the documents that my daughter had to bring for her exam day and they only talked about the document that we brought, They told us that we had to make another appointment and they wanted to charge us 30 dollars more, and my daughter replied that she was not going to pay more, that please, since they were not going to let her take her exam, they should return the 90 dollars that she had already paid and he The man who attended us told him that he was not going to return the money because of his establishment policy. Here in this place, they gave us bad information, and after that they stole our money. I do not recommend this place. My daughter's birthday was today and she had to go through this bad time because of these people. I gave it one star because there was no rating lower than this.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience learning to drive at this driving school!! The instructors let you know what your doing wrong and what you did right. I highly recommend Mr.Roberts, he is a great instructor and you can tell he is passionate about teaching. He breaks down everything so its easier to understand and gives us ways to remember. The instructors all take driving seriously but still make it a comfortable environment to learn in. I learned alot from my classes and lessons and I will soon have my license thanks to all my instructors. Thank you Mr.Roberts and Instructors for everything

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place for learning how to drive. The instructors take their jobs seriously and do their absolute best to be as thorough as possible when teaching. My instructor was Robert, and I very much appreciate his instruction when he took me out to drive.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. The female at front desk is screechy and has horrible manners and her English sucks so you can't even understand what you got wrong. She is super picky about paperwork but then doesn't explain what missing or what the issue is with what you have. Will not use again after this overpriced service with horrible customer service.

Tips on how to parallel park/reverse and even how to set up my side view mirror. He tried to simplify things when he is explaining the way you can easily understand and remember it. Negative experience: Came in to ask about scheduling a behind the wheel practice, we didn’t know if it was gonna be expired but even so didn’t give her the right to rudely explain it to us in unkindly manner, we understood that it was expired but didn’t get why you had to be rude explaining it to us we get that jobs can hard sometimes, but still doesn’t give you the right to take it out on customers

Fantastic experience: KILLEEN DRIVING SCHOOL IS THE BEST. THEY HELP US OUT START TO FINISH. IF YOU GOT SCARED HIGH SCHOOLER TAKE THEM HERE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL.

Negative experience: If you fail, they hold your paperwork hostage so you can’t take a test with another driving school or even the dmv. So if you want to take it again with them you will have to pay $60 not $30 like they promise online. And if you have a person that is a nervous test taker, don’t bother going here. The first thing they do is parallel parking and if they fail they don’t finish the test, so they don’t know how they did on the rest of the test. Or get the experience, so they can work on their nerves. My daughter doesn’t usually drive an automatic, she usually drives a standard and all they have is automatic and you have to use their cars to take the test.

Fantastic experience: Spent 6 days here to learn how to drive, 3 in one month and 3 for another. One instructor, Robert, was excellent and very forthcoming on what you need to do, and emphasized the consequences of your actions, positive or negative.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding customer service. I forgot some of my documents at home, but they allowed me time to go back and get it. Definitely recommend this service. It's also the quickest way to get your license if you don't want to wait for months for your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Before I started, I struggled with turning, but after one lesson with Mr. Robert, I improved and learned a technique for turning and now I’m great at it. I couldn’t even imagine doing parallel parking, but they teach you how to do it in 6 steps. All of which, are simple to learn and you’ll nail it every time. I’m appreciative of all the things I’ve learned from this school. They want you to do well, so my advice is to listen, don’t take it personal when you get critiqued because they’re here to help you out, and practice outside of school. I passed my drivers test today, and I owe it all to this school. I definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This driving school was quick, easy, and efficient! I had no issues and was taught well. I struggled with my parallel parking but with the help Mr. Tony, I passed with flying colors in just 10 minutes! Getting set up to take my test was easy. He also has a great personality which helps, so when your driving you’re not as tense and you can relax and not be in your head as much. If you can try to get Tony 10/10.
