Fantastic experience: Hi, I'm Harry. Let me first say that If I could give SFMSS six stars I would! But I don't want to over-think this! Hahaha (an inside joke)... So suffice it to say, the course given by 'Coach' was the best course/seminar I have ever taken! (and I'm a 65 y/o guy, so I've seen a lot of these types of things). And yes, the instructor is, I would daresay, 'lovingly' called 'Coach' by everyone in the course. Because he was indeed our 'Coach' for those two days. You see, I would assume that these courses are probably all generic and just plain boring no matter where you take them. But the experience I had (and from what I saw from all of my classmates-fellow riders, they had as well) was made special and so memorable by the big-hearted, jovial, entertaining Drill Sergeant like persona of Coach! But what made this experience (and experience it was!) so special is that he made a real & genuine connection with each one of us. You could clearly see that he loved what he was doing and that he really cared about each one of us. And in the deadly serious business of riding a motorcycle in South Florida, his expert knowledge, his incredible ability to teach, inform, inspire and bring out the best in each student (all at once) and his long years of riding experience were incredibly instructional, entertaining and inspirational all at once! So Do Not go anywhere else other than Southeast Florida Motorcycle Safety School for your Basic Rider Course (or the advanced courses for that matter; I plan on enrolling soon!) Harry 9-30-2024

Fantastic experience: Not only is this a review but it’s a thank you note, I entered this course without any experience on a bike whatsoever, limited knowledge of terminology, equipment familiarization and limited situational awareness. Shout out to Coach for being patient with the newcomers and having appropriate accountability to make sure we were all successful. He was very transparent on how intense it would be, but wanted everybody to keep in mind that it was never personal, and it was his absolute obligation to make sure that we are safe without any compromise. So again, I think you coach and highly recommend this course.

Fantastic experience: Great school! My wife and I took the course together. It was so much fun! COACH Frank and his awesome FIANCÉE JC are fantastic. You learn so much in 2 days. Be prepared because the days are long and it gets hot. Bring a snack and water. I've been riding motorcycles for a long time and this course isn't as easy as you think it would be. They will teach you the proper way to ride and be safe. JC she was clear and very patient. We were a large group with a mix of experienced and new riders, however everyone felt the course was important and got the best out of it. I learned a LOT! They were encouraging, and reassuring, but made sure that we were prepared for the many scenarios that we will encounter at one time or another as riders. I hope they know how much they're appreciated. I highly recommend taking a class with them. Thanks

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. I came into the class with knowledge in riding a bicycle as well as an automatic transmission dirtbike as a kid. Never ridden a manual transmission bike and Frank A.K.A. “Coach” was able to teach me in less than 20 minutes; I’m not exaggerating. The best advice I can give anyone taking this course is to be humble, open-minded, and willing to learn. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

Fantastic experience: I recently took a motorcycle class and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I had been eager to learn how to ride a motorcycle and gain the necessary skills for safe riding, and this class exceeded all my expectations. The instructor aka Mr. Frank known as Coach is highly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about motorcycles. They created a supportive learning environment that put me at ease right away. The class was well-structured, covering everything from basic controls and balance to advanced maneuvering techniques. The instructors ensured that each participant received personalized attention and guidance, regardless of their prior experience or skill level. I don’t see why people will write a bad review. Let’s start by following the rules in and out of the classroom. Your safety is paramount and Coach will not let you down. Give 100% and he will give you his knowledge.

Negative experience: I hate writing reviews, however someone had to say it, because they ask you to leave good reviews. I wish i could provide zero stars for the way these people treat the students. The instructors are unprofessional, provide no instruction or details, after he arrived 30 min late with no communication to the students waiting outside he was extremely rude and condescending to the class for not knowing where to park, spoke down to the students for not understanding and was just downright disrespectful.The person who answers the phone also does not care to help, they seem to be very helpful until you have paid for the class. I refused to complete the class under an Instructor who will talk to me like im stupid when I paid to learn what I obviously don't know. Please find another school with people who atleast have some decency and respect for others.

Fantastic experience: Hello, Coach Frank is the best coaching instructor. I kid you not He has one of the greatest personalities EVER! Coach Frank will properly teach you everything you need to know to ride a motorcycle and pass that exam in only two days. Just pay attention when he's speaking, and raise your hands if you have any questions whatsoever. Coach Frank will yell from time to time but don't take anything he says personally, he's a coach for a reason. Coaches will yell at you from time to time but don't take it personally. In the end, he wants what's best for you. He wants to make sure you're ready to face the zombies [Drivers on the public road] outside the training course. Coach Frank also offered me a ride from Hialeah to Hollywood, FL because it started raining hard. That's a 25min drive! Really show how genuine of a person he is. Thank you, Coach Frank.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this course but more importantly the instructor "Coach". I have a lot of seat time and experience and was still able to gain value from the class. What sets this class apart from other company's out there is, if you are a new rider or new to the community, Coach will make sure you have a list of contacts and offer A-Z assistance to ensure you have the resources needed to be a successful rider. South Florida is a jungle and he ensures no one is hung out to dry. You complete your endorsement in this class but you gain a HUGE network. Other courses don't offer that.

Fantastic experience: After reading the reviews. I made the choice to go to this class. The reviews could not even come close to how amazing this experience was. Coach is such a great instructor. I have never been on a motorcycle and I learned so fast with his teaching techniques. I highly recommend this course to anyone. Thank you coach. We need more people like you in this world.

Fantastic experience: This experience goes beyond attending a school to be taught, believe me, I thought I knew how to drive and it was after receiving classes from Coach Frank that I really assimilated the true meaning of riding a motorcycle. The content of the class was approached with a lot of motivation, good humor and attention to the truly important things, and the moral code that riding these steel horses represents. I was very satisfied and left with many teachings that I never imagined receiving there. Conclusion: The best you can do, for yourself, and for others. Go!
