Fantastic experience: 2 lessons later and I passed my driving test on the first try. The instructors are very patient, work well with you even if you’ve never driven a day in your life. Lots of practice with parallel parking at the PennDOT center. For lessons it’s cash only going at $110 for 2 hours and $150 for the test day including the car+refresher lesson prior to the test.

Negative experience: One of the drivers told me to park the car in the parking lot and to take a break. For 30 minutes he was smoking then came back and wasted 30 minutes of paid time to smoke. Waste of money and do not recommend

In my opinion they charged from me one hour reasonable price for the driving. Fantastic experience: It was so great. Ben and Ahmer were very careful and considerate of me and my experience. It wasn’t only about just lessons; it was also about bonding. I got to know them, and they are passionate about their life experiences, which makes me feel welcomed. They even picked me up and drove me home. Other than that, lessons were accurate and necessary. They showed me the path and route of the test, like where you’re going, and they then showed me how to park. They showed me great tricks, and I utilized them well, thus I passed my exam all because of them. They explain it all well, AND they tell you the laws, so you won’t fail with their tutelage. Guaranteed. Just put your heart into it, and you’ll pass. 5/5. Perfect.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! I had my first appointment and the driver came and then another appointment scheduled for early in the morning and when I called to see if anyone was coming the lady scheduling the appointment said she had nothing in her system, absolutely ridiculous!!

Negative experience: My brother recently started taking lessons here and had a horrible experience each time. The first time, he had scheduled a lesson, the driver was late, and the second time the driver didn't even come. The lady in charge of scheduling the appointments kept giving excuses each time. Each time she kept blaming the drivers without giving a professional explanation as to why drivers were not coming on time. I can't be sure, but it may be a communication issue between them. Overall, I would not recommend.

Negative experience: I also had a driving lessons today at 10 am I was getting poor communication through text from the driving teacher when getting a touch with him so I know to be aware of the directions the day I start learning how to drive. At the being when we get at the parking lot and he tells me to switch places with him and after that he tells me what direction to go and how to use an turn signals when learning not even a minute I got confused and I was having trouble what to do because I was a first time driver while I am going through those faces he yells at me repeatedly and continue to be rudely disrespectful throughout the session. And while being in the car with him I felt uncomfortable and I didn't want to drive anymore.

Negative experience: Picked my 17 year old daughter up for lessons in the "driving " school car and the lesson was for 2hrs. After the time in which she should have been returned home, I received a phone call from my daughter. She was alerting me that the teacher had her switch out of the Ben's driving school car and had her wait for him for over 20 minutes in his "personal" vehicle. My daughter then informed me that the teacher went in to a house which I later found out was the home of the owner to pick up papers. Business or personal should be handled on your own time. Not on the expense of a minor. It is too much going on in this world to handle a situation in such a manner. The teacher did not return my child until some 30 minutes or more after the time of the lesson. I was furious . He told her he lived in Bensalem. As a parent that is not my problem for a paid service. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: How? Is this place rated a 4 star. It's embarrassing how they argued with me about a scheduled appointment when I literally have text messages that I even sent them about my scheduled appointment. It's cool though. I've heard of better places. Good luck on your non professionally ran business.

Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience with my instructor Kim he was very helpful I did 1 lesson with him then and called Mr.Ben a couple of days later and scheduled a road test and got kim as my instructor again and we took my road test at the Huntington Valley DMV and passed my test on the first try .

Negative experience: I called and spoke to a person name Ben and asked a few questions and he said had to come to them because I was too far which was fine with me, and we agreed on a time and day. The day of my appointment I called just to confirmed the address and Ben said the person who giving me my lesson was not in today. Which was so unprofessional because I would have went there and waisted my time not knowing that if I haven’t called. So then he called me back and said he would see if someone else would. He called back and said he has nobody else today and that he has no recollection of me calling him. That he would have texted me to confirm the details and said he didn’t take my number down and stuff. I’m like your the instructor it was your job to ask me that all on the phone or gave me a call back.

Fantastic experience: My son passed his driving test today for the first time thanks to Ben driving school. You are the best in town. Thanks to Knorr my son’s first instructor and a big thank you to Mousakim for helping him to get to that point. You guys ROCK!!!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Joe and he was AMAZING. I set up to have a driving lesson the day prior to my exam. We practiced mainly parking because that's what I needed the most help with. We practiced in a parking lot but also on the street. On the day of my exam, we practiced again then headed over to the test at Penndot. I passed!! He was so helpful, communicated very well, patient, and made me feel super comfortable. Thanks to him, I know how to park and was able to past my drivers test on the first try. Joe is the best driving instructor. When you schedule your lesson, ask for him!

Positive experience: It's hard giving it 5 star when my instructor Knorr who I liked left and I was driving with the owner Ben. I honestly was scared to drive with a different instructor who can possibly mess up my confidence and make me uncomfortable which that exactly what happened. I didn't back down because my test was a week away I needed more practice. I wasn't going to do a review but maybe Ben would read this and be more careful how he treat people who pays him for professional driving services.I drove with Ben 1 time before my test, Driving with Ben for the first time was ok and we made a appointment to pick me up at 7:45a before my test at 9:00a to practice at the Penndot sight. The day before my test he calls me canceling that he won't be able to get me at 7:45a and would move up the exam time. We wasn't able to practice at the Penndot that day. At 9:30a He show me the Penndot and pointed and explained what I had to do. But that's not practice. Then shortly he gave me instructions with out me knowing what time my test was for I was told it's time then and there to drive for my test. His instructions wasn't clean when we drove I felt he was more nervous then me. I drove taking my test with him in the car and after Penndot told me congratulations I passed Ben told me "man you gave me a hard time" all I said was Mmm. Instead of feeling happy for myself I felt like I wasn't ready and he dropped me off at the Penndot door rushing me with frustration and I didn't expect to get dropped off and had to find my way back home with barely anything on me.

He was the only driving teacher of my wife coming to pick her up, going out for driving practice and only after 2lessons, they scheduled the test for her, gave her some encouragement and thanks GOD, SHE PASSED. After the help of GOD, they were there to allow my wife to get her license. I would recommend them to anybody

Fantastic experience: I had Noor as my instructor. He taught me very well and a really easy, simple parallel parking trick. Starting from no experience at all, I now know how to safely drive because of him as well as know how to easily parallel park not only for the test, but in the real world as well. With his help, I only needed 2 lessons before I took my exam and passed on my first attempt! The driving instructor who took me to my test was Mehdi. I loved his personality and he also gave me a great lesson prior to my test. I highly recommend Ben's Driving School

Fantastic experience: I had no clue what to expect with this driving school, it was last minute because my test was the next day, I just wanted to rent a car. I called Ben’a driving school and was told it was $120 and I thought it was kinda expensive, little did I know, I was gonna also get an hour of practice from a certified instructor before my actual test. And even littler did I know, that it was EXACTLY what I needed! Mr.Ben told me my instructor’s name was Mr. Joe and he would meet me at Penndot. He was there EARLY, and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything about the rest thoroughly, he made me feel prepared! I honestly don’t think I could have passed without him. I would highly recommend Ben’s Driving School and highly recommend Mr. Joe and an amazing instructor. If you really want to pass on your first try, HIRE them, NOW! It was money very well spent!
